The traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine are used complementarily, and the medicines have combined action to achieve internal and external treatment, clear heat and dry dampness, detoxify and relieve itching.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of treatment of fungal infection diseases of feet, and in particular relates to a foot washing powder and application thereof in inhibiting beriberi, foot rot and foot odor.
Background
The beriberi and the foot rot are foot skin inflammation and itching caused by fungal infection, blisters can appear, and the symptoms become more serious along with the increase of time. The foot odor is caused by that under the condition of hyperhidrosis, bacteria on the feet multiply and decompose keratin, and urea and lactic acid in sweat are added, so that an odor is generated. If the shoes are not breathable and the air is not circulated, the more concentrated the odor is, and the odor is extremely strong. Antifungal medicines are mostly used for external coating or oral treatment of beriberi, but the antifungal medicines have large side effects, the treatment of beriberi is a long-term process, the long-term use of the antifungal medicines can cause side effects such as liver function damage and the like, and meanwhile, the compliance of a patient using the medicines is also influenced, so that the treatment is easy to interrupt, and the treatment effect of beriberi is finally influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine complementary use, and the foot washing powder which has the combined action of the medicines and achieves the effects of internal and external treatment, heat clearing and dampness eliminating, detoxification and itching relieving, and the application thereof in inhibiting beriberi, foot rot and foot odor.
The invention adopts two technical schemes for solving the technical problems:
on one hand, the foot washing powder is disclosed, and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of salicylic acid, 6-9 parts of boric acid, 6-9 parts of benzoic acid, 1-3 parts of sulfur powder, 1-3 parts of licorice powder and 1-3 parts of borneol powder.
Further, the components are preferably as follows by weight: 8 parts of salicylic acid, 6 parts of boric acid, 6 parts of benzoic acid, 1 part of sulfur powder, 2 parts of licorice powder and 2 parts of borneol powder.
Further, the components are preferably as follows by weight: 10 parts of salicylic acid, 8 parts of boric acid, 8 parts of benzoic acid, 2 parts of sulfur powder, 2 parts of licorice powder and 1 part of borneol powder.
Further, the components are preferably as follows by weight: 12 parts of salicylic acid, 9 parts of boric acid, 9 parts of benzoic acid, 2 parts of sulfur powder, 2 parts of licorice powder and 1 part of borneol powder.
The pharmacological and medicinal properties of the components are as follows:
salicylic acid: a fat-soluble organic acid, white crystalline powder, exists in willow bark, beautyberry leaf and Betula platyphylla in nature, and is an important fine chemical raw material. Can permeate hair follicle, effectively dry suppurative part of face blister, and has effects of removing sweat odor, relieving itching and swelling, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation, etc. besides antiseptic and antibacterial effects.
Boric acid: chemical formula H3BO3White powdery crystals or triclinic scaly crystals, smooth hand feeling and no odor. Dissolving in water, alcohol, glycerol, ethers and essential oil, and making the aqueous solution weakly acidic. Can be used as hemostatic and antiseptic.
Benzoic acid: also called benzoic acid, the molecular formula is C6H5COOH, which is a compound formed by replacing one hydrogen on a benzene ring with carboxyl (-COOH). Is a scaly or needle crystal having an odor of benzene or formaldehyde at normal temperature. Its vapor has strong irritation, and is easy to cause cough after being inhaled. Slightly soluble in water and easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and diethyl ether. The benzoic acid can be used for preparing benzoic acid salicylic acid ointment, which is a medicament prepared by adding lanolin and yellow vaseline into benzoic acid and salicylic acid as main raw materials. Wherein benzoic acid in combination with salicylic acid can be used for treating adult dermatomycosis, superficial fungal infection such as tinea corporis, tinea manuum, and tinea pedis.
Sulfur: sulfur is also called sulfur, colloidal sulfur, sulfur block. The appearance is light yellow brittle crystal or powder, has obvious smell and can volatilize. Sour, warm and toxic, entering kidney and large intestine meridians. The efficacy is that the external application can kill parasites and relieve itching. Can be used for treating scabies, eczema, and skin pruritus.
Licorice root: belongs to perennial herbs, has strong roots and rootstocks, and is a tonifying Chinese herbal medicine. Light smell, sweet and special taste. The functions are mainly used for clearing away heat and toxic material, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough, and treating abdominal cavity and the like. It can be used for treating carbuncle, sore, ulcer, and sore throat. It can be used singly, orally or externally, or combined.
Borneol: also called borneol, orange slice, blumea balsamifera, borneol, tomatillo castanoca, borneol, plum ice, etc., is prepared from stems and leaves of blumea balsamifera of Compositae or branches and leaves of camphor of Lauraceae through steam distillation and recrystallization. Also can be obtained by a series of chemical processes using turpentine. It can be used for treating block pattern of coma, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, sore throat, aphtha, sore and ulcer, swelling and pain, and unhealed ulcer.
On the other hand, the application of the foot washing powder in inhibiting beriberi, foot rot and foot odor is disclosed, a user adds hot water into a foot washing basin, all the components of the foot washing powder are uniformly mixed and added into the foot washing basin, and the affected foot is soaked in the foot washing basin for 20-30 min and then naturally aired.
Further, the temperature of the hot water added into the foot basin is 50-60 ℃.
Further, in the process of soaking the affected foot in the foot basin, hot water is added for multiple times to keep the temperature of the water in the foot basin.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the salicylic acid guides other medicines to permeate hair follicles of affected parts, then boric acid, benzoic acid, sulfur and borneol are matched and cooperated to kill fungi and bacteria, and finally borneol is used for astringing wounds of the affected parts, so that internal and external concurrent treatment can be achieved under the combined action of the medicines, beriberi, tinea pedis and foot odor can be effectively inhibited, heat is removed, dampness is eliminated, detoxification and itching is relieved, the selected components have no obvious irritation to the affected parts, the medicine compliance in the treatment process is good, continuous treatment can be achieved, and the treatment effect is excellent.
