Test example 1
The tobacco samples obtained in examples 1 to 8 and comparative example 1 were subjected to sensory evaluation after 15 days of storage in a sealed bag, evaluation method: sensory evaluation is carried out by an evaluation group of 5 members, wherein evaluation indexes comprise five indexes of characteristic fragrance (sweet orange fragrance and peppermint fragrance) intensity, characteristic fragrance release stability, coordination, miscellaneous gases and irritation of the granular essence, each index is fully divided into 10 points, and the average score is obtained as a final score. The evaluation results are shown in the following table:

The results show that: the wax film is used for helping the retention of essence and spice, so that the characteristic fragrance intensity during burning and sucking is greatly improved; the use of multiple wax film components can improve the stability of characteristic fragrance release and fragrance coordination; the use of a high proportion of a low melting waxy component is advantageous for the release of flavour and fragrance, because the temperature in the filter stick is relatively low (average temperature between 40 and 50 ℃) during smoking of a conventional cigarette; the wax film coating is not easy to be too thin or too thick, the comprehensive quality of the 5% of the using amount ratio of the sensory evaluation wax liquid is better than 10%, 3% and 7%, the too thin wax film can not effectively seal the fragrant substances, and the too thick wax film influences the stable release of the fragrant substances and can introduce a small amount of miscellaneous gas; as can be seen by comparison, the waxy coating formulation of example 8 is the preferred coating formulation.
Test example 2
The tobacco samples obtained in examples 9 to 13 and comparative example 2 were subjected to sensory evaluation using a dedicated smoking set after being sealed with a sealed bag for 15 days, and the evaluation method was as follows:
Sensory evaluation is carried out by an evaluation group of 5 members, wherein evaluation indexes comprise five indexes of characteristic fragrance (peppermint taste and cool degree) intensity, characteristic fragrance release stability, coordination, miscellaneous qi and stimulation of the granular essence, each index is fully divided into 10 points, and the average score is obtained as a final score. The evaluation results are shown in the following table:

The results show that: the characteristic aroma and sweetness of the particles coated by the wax film are improved; the samples obtained in examples 12 and 13 using various wax film components exhibited improved stability of characteristic fragrance release; the sample of example 13 has slightly higher characteristic fragrance intensity than the sample of example 12 because the wax film formed by using the high melting point wax component in a large proportion has better sealing property, and the heating section temperature is higher when the non-burning cigarette is heated for smoking, so that the complete release of the essence and the perfume is facilitated (the heating section temperature is between room temperature and 300 ℃). The mint essence has larger irritation to the nasal cavity, and the coordination and irritation index are slightly reduced after the wax film is used, but the sample prepared by the embodiment of the invention is not influenced, and the advantage of improving the fragrance carrying performance is reflected.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides a perfume carrier particle for cigarettes, a preparation method and application thereof, which uses a granular perfume carrier material as a core material and a wax coating material for coating to form a shell, and has the following advantages:
(1) The wax coating has good essence blocking effect, can lock the essence and the spice of the inner core at normal temperature, and can be heated and melted to release the essence and the spice in the core material when the cigarette is sucked.
(2) The core material and the coating material selected by the invention are natural plant materials, so that the invention is safe and reliable, and does not generate negative smell to cigarette smoke.
(3) The coating technology has good extension application prospect, is not only suitable for irregular particles produced by a swing granulator, but also can be used for regular particles produced by an extrusion spheronizer, and can be applied to microcapsule products.
(4) The invention has simple process, easy realization, good effects of locking, retaining and releasing the fragrance, and wide application prospect in the heating sections of the traditional cigarettes and the heated non-combustible cigarettes.
