For some special occasions or demands, it is difficult to arrange door cabinet bodies (formed by combining irregular cabinet columns) with irregular structures, namely, special-shaped structures according to irregular space structures.
The application is for solving above-mentioned problem, at first provides a dysmorphism structural cabinet monomer 1, and this dysmorphism structural cabinet monomer 1 realizes through the following embodiment: the special-shaped structure cabinet monomer 1 is the same with the existing cabinet body, and all includes first curb plate 11, the second curb plate 12 of branch in both sides to and connect roof 13, the bottom plate 14 of both sides board in opposite directions respectively and form the cabinet body, and form the first door frame 15 (i.e. preceding door frame) and the second door frame 16 (i.e. back door frame) in opposite directions of cabinet case respectively in the front and back both sides of the cabinet body, but the structural feature of this application lies in: the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 14 respectively comprise a first end 17 (front end) and a second end 18 (rear end), and the widths 19 of the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 14 gradually decrease from the first end 17 to the second end 18, so that the widths of the first end 17 are larger than the second end 18, and further the opening size of the first door frame 15 is larger than the second door frame 16, so that the special-shaped structural cabinet unit 1 is formed.
In a specific embodiment, the tapering may be implemented as follows:
one, the width 19 of the top and bottom plates 13, 14, is linearly tapered (i.e., linearly tapered along a straight line) from the first end 17 toward the second end 18, which has the advantage that: the first door frame 15 and the second door frame 16 are centrally symmetrical about the same axis.
Second, but in other embodiments, the width of the top and bottom plates gradually decreases to gradually change from the first end to the second end, i.e. gradually changes in a nonlinear regular and symmetrical manner.
Third, reinforcing ribs can be arranged on the side plates, such as the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, so as to strengthen the strength and the bearing capacity of the side plates, but the implementation is not beneficial to the tight connection between the adjacent cabinet columns. Therefore, the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 are respectively provided with a plurality of bending reinforcing structures 25 which are bent inwards (namely, towards the inner space of the cabinet) along the width direction of the side plates. The bending reinforcement structure 25 plays a role in improving the strength of the side plate, and improves the bearing capacity of the side plate, which is equivalent to the technical effect of increasing the thickness of the side plate.
In addition, in the specific embodiment, the special-shaped structural cabinet unit 1 may be formed by splicing the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 14, but in the preferred embodiment, the cabinet body is formed by integrally forming and connecting the first side plate, the second side plate, the top plate and the bottom plate, and the cabinet box of the special-shaped structural cabinet unit 1 is formed.
On the basis of the special-shaped structural cabinet monomers, a plurality of special-shaped structural cabinet monomers 1 are sequentially distributed and arranged along the vertical direction of the side plate of the cabinet body to form the cabinet body with the special-shaped distribution structure. When the multifunctional fastener is used as a lock catch, namely the multifunctional fastener 7, a lock catch part 71 with telescopic resilience is arranged at the front end part of the multifunctional fastener, and a guiding arc-shaped surface 72 is circumferentially arranged at the head end part of the lock catch part 71. Preferably, the head end of the latch part may have a conical curved surface or a hemispherical curved surface.
It can be seen that the multifunctional fastener 7 used as a latch has the same structure as the multifunctional fastener 5 used as a door mount, except that the member provided at the front end portion of the fastener body 5A is different (pin shaft portion or latch portion).
The application further provides an embodiment of a novel door pocket structure 200 for a door cabinet based on an embodiment of a multifunctional fastener, specifically as follows: the novel door-mounting shaft sleeve structure 200 for the door cabinet comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door 2 which is connected to one side of the cabinet body in a shaft way through a door-mounting shaft/shaft sleeve assembly (the shaft connection side of the cabinet door 2 is connected to one side of the cabinet body through the door-mounting shaft structure 200), and has the following structural characteristics: the door-mounting shaft structure 200 is a door-mounting shaft sleeve/shaft sleeve assembly, which comprises a multifunctional fastener 5 (multifunctional fastener a), a shaft sleeve device 6, wherein:
(1) The front end of the multifunctional fastener 5 is provided with a pin shaft portion 57 with telescopic resilience, the side surface of the multifunctional fastener 5 is provided with a limit deflector rod 58, the retractility of the pin shaft portion 57 can be controlled through the limit deflector rod 58, and the pin shaft portion 57 and the shaft hole 604 can be separated from each other through the limit deflector rod 58.
(2) Along the axial direction of the shaft connection side of the cabinet door 2, more than two multifunctional fasteners 5 are detachably arranged at the position of the shaft connection side, and all the pin shaft parts 57 are positioned on the same axis.
(3) A shaft sleeve device 6 corresponding to the multifunctional fastener A is arranged on one side of the cabinet door frame in a detachable mode B, a shaft hole 604 matched with the pin shaft part is arranged at the front end part of the shaft sleeve device 6, all the shaft holes 604 and the pin shaft part 57 are positioned on the same axis (namely, are coaxially arranged), the pin shaft part 57 is embedded into the shaft hole 604, and the cabinet door and the cabinet body are connected into a whole in a shaft mode, so that the door-mounting shaft sleeve structure 200 is formed.
In a specific embodiment, two doors may be provided for each of the first door frames of the door cabinets with the special-shaped structure, where one door is provided with a plurality of multifunctional fasteners 5, such as a multifunctional fastener 510, a multifunctional fastener 520 and a multifunctional fastener 530, along the axis on the side of the hinge. Similarly, the other cabinet door is provided with a plurality of multifunctional fasteners 5 along the axis at the axis connection side, such as multifunctional fasteners 540, multifunctional fasteners 550 and multifunctional fasteners 560. All of the above-mentioned multifunctional fasteners are described in detail in the foregoing multifunctional fastener embodiments, and will not be further described herein.
Specifically, the detachable mode a is a card connection, and the specific implementation manner is as follows:
(1) Along the width direction of the limiting through hole 53, a plurality of side fastening positions 52 for fastening connection are respectively arranged at two sides of the fastener housing 5B. Specifically, the fastener housing has at least one side plane 54, the limiting through hole 53 is formed in the side plane 54, and at the same time, on both sides of the width direction of the side plane 54, from the front end to the rear end of the fastener housing, the side fastening position 52 on one side is composed of a first side fastening position 521, a second side fastening position 522, and a third side fastening position 523, and the side fastening position 52 on the other side is composed of a first side fastening position 524, a second side fastening position 525, and a third side fastening position 526.
(2) Meanwhile, an installation groove for accommodating and installing the multifunctional fastener is formed in the inner side of the door shaft connection side along the axis direction, lateral buckling heads matched with the lateral buckling positions are respectively arranged on two sides of the width of the notch of the installation groove, the multifunctional fastener 5 is embedded into the installation groove, and the lateral buckling heads are connected with the lateral buckling positions in a clamping mode to enable the multifunctional fastener 5 to be fastened and connected with the cabinet door into a whole.
Corresponding to the multifunctional fastener 5 on the cabinet door, a sleeve device 6 is arranged on one side (i.e. the shaft connection side) of the first door frame of the cabinet body along the axis, such as a sleeve device 61, a sleeve device 62 and a sleeve device 63, and similarly, a sleeve device 6 is arranged on the other side (i.e. the shaft connection side) along the axis, such as a sleeve device 64, a sleeve device 65 and a sleeve device 66.
The structural features of the bushing apparatus 6 and the bushing mounting structure 300 (removable form B) between the bushing apparatus and the door frame are described as follows:
the first one, the structural feature of the axle sleeve device 6 is: the bushing device 6 mainly comprises a bushing body 601 and a base clamping unit 602 integrally connected with the bushing body, wherein: (1) A shaft coupling portion 603 is provided at a distal end portion of the sleeve body 601, and a shaft hole 604 for coupling is provided in the shaft coupling portion 603 in a thickness direction of the shaft coupling portion. (2) The base clamping unit 602 mainly comprises a base 605 and a clamping part 606 connected to the base, wherein the clamping part 606 comprises a connecting rod, and a plurality of clamping joints are integrally arranged at the distal end part of the connecting rod.
Wherein, the implementation mode of joint does: the clamping portion 606 is composed of a first clamping connector 606A and a second clamping connector 606B, wherein the first clamping connector 606A and the second clamping connector 606B are oppositely arranged on two sides of the distal end along the axial line direction of the shaft hole, and can be distributed in a staggered manner or in an aligned manner. Preferably, the outer side of the base 605 is flush with the plane of the cabinet door frame.
The second, the shaft sleeve mounting structure 300 between the shaft sleeve device 6 and the door frame is as follows:
one side of the cabinet door frame is provided with a clamping structure groove (not shown in the figure) adapted to the base clamping unit 602, and the clamping structure groove comprises a base limiting groove for supporting the base and a clamping position corresponding to the clamping connector, and is communicated with the base limiting groove through a through hole.
The clamping connector penetrates into the through hole until the base limiting groove limits and supports the base, at the moment, the clamping connector is connected with the clamping position in a detachable mode B by fastening the clamping hook, and therefore the shaft sleeve mounting structure between the shaft sleeve device and the door frame is formed.
In addition, in a specific embodiment, the multifunctional fastener 5 may be connected to the shaft portion in an open manner, in such a manner that the pin shaft portion protrudes from the upper end side or/and the lower end side of the cabinet door, but for aesthetic property and use safety of the cabinet door, the cabinet door is prevented from being manually and maliciously detached during use, so that the multifunctional fastener 5 is preferably in a hidden arrangement, i.e., in a concealed manner, such that the pin shaft portion is hidden inside the shaft portion, and a shaft portion is circumferentially provided around the pin shaft portion, the shaft portion is provided with a shaft notch 29 that transversely penetrates the shaft portion and communicates with the shaft portion 57, the shaft hole 604 is connected to the shaft portion 57 in a shaft manner through the shaft notch 29, and in particular, the shaft sleeve body is connected to the pin shaft portion located in the shaft portion in a shaft manner through the shaft notch.
On the basis of the embodiment of the novel door shaft sleeve structure 200 for the door cabinet, the door cabinet is provided and comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door, wherein the cabinet door is integrally connected with the novel door shaft sleeve structure 200 for the door cabinet in a shaft way.
As the name implies, the above-mentioned bushing arrangement 6 may be used as a door-mounting/bushing assembly, i.e. the shaft hole serves as a coupling and is connected to the door frame by the bushing mounting structure in a detachable manner B with a fastening hook, but the shaft hole of the bushing arrangement 6 may also serve as a fastening, i.e.: the cabinet door 2 is also connected with the door frame through the shaft sleeve mounting structure 300 in a detachable mode B by fastening the clamping hooks, and then the shaft hole 604 is matched with the locking part 71 of the multifunctional fastener 7 (called as the multifunctional fastener B) arranged on the opening and closing side of the cabinet door, so that the purpose of opening and closing the cabinet door is achieved.
Because there are multiple situations when the door cabinet uses the cabinet door, for example, set up double cabinet door or single cabinet door to the cabinet case, and to double cabinet door, single cabinet door, its multi-functional fastener 7 has the difference in the connected mode of switching side. Therefore, the present application further provides a connection structure (latch connection structure) between the multifunctional fastener 7 and the opening and closing side of the cabinet door when it is used as a latch on the basis of the foregoing embodiment.
The lock catch connection structure of the door cabinet comprises a cabinet body and at least one cabinet door, wherein one side of the cabinet door is connected with one side edge of a cabinet door frame in a shaft mode, and the other side of the cabinet door is used as an opening and closing side to be connected with the cabinet body through lock catches in an opening and closing mode, and the structure is characterized in that:
(1) A multifunctional fastening member 7 (i.e., a multifunctional fastening member B) is detachably attached to at least the upper end side or/and the lower end side of the cabinet door 2 along the opening/closing side. Naturally, the multifunctional fastener 7 is identical to the above, and the front end portion thereof is provided with a locking portion 71 having expansion and contraction resilience, and the front end portion of the locking portion is provided with a guide arcuate surface 72 in the circumferential direction, and the guide arcuate surface may be a conical surface or a hemispherical surface. The multifunctional fastening device 7 is not described here with reference to the embodiment of the multifunctional fastening device 5.
(2) The door frame of the cabinet body is provided with a female buckle device corresponding to the lock catch part 71, the lock catch part 71 is buckled with the female buckle device to carry out closed connection on the cabinet door and the cabinet body, or the lock catch part 71 is disconnected with the female buckle device to carry out open-close connection on the cabinet door and the cabinet body under the action of external force, so that a lock catch connection structure is formed. Specifically, the box device 8 is implemented by: the female buckle device 8, such as the female buckle device 81, the female buckle device 82, the female buckle device 83 and the female buckle device 84, comprises a buckle plate, and a female buckle groove 80 adapted to the head end of the buckle part is arranged on the side surface of the buckle plate facing the buckle part. The locking part 71 is buckled in the female buckling groove 80 to close and connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body, or the locking part 71 is separated from the female buckling groove to open and close and connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body under the action of external force.
In some embodiments, the cabinet body is provided with more than two cabinet doors at the door frame, such as two cabinet doors, which can be symmetrically and asymmetrically hinged at two sides of the door frame (i.e. a primary door or a secondary door or a large door). The upper end side and the lower end side of each cabinet door are respectively connected with the multifunctional fastener 7 in a clamping way through the buckling positions on the rear gear side. Meanwhile, the upper door frame and the lower door frame of the door frame are provided with the female buckle device corresponding to the locking buckle part. However, in other embodiments, the cabinet body is provided with only one cabinet door at the door frame, and the multifunctional fasteners 7 are respectively connected with the front gear side fastening positions at the upper end side, the lower end side or at the upper end side, the lower end side and the middle position between the two end sides of the cabinet door 2, and the multifunctional fasteners 7 are preferably coaxially arranged along the opening and closing sides, wherein for a single cabinet door, the female fastening device is implemented in the following way: the female fastening device adopts a shaft sleeve device 6, the shaft sleeve device 6 is provided with a shaft hole 604 for fastening, and the shaft sleeve device 604 is arranged on one side door frame of the door frame in a detachable mode B corresponding to the locking part 71. The locking part 71 is buckled in the shaft hole 604 to close and connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body, or the locking part 71 is separated from the shaft hole 604 to open and close and connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body under the action of external force.
The application further provides a special-shaped structure door cabinet 104 on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, including the door cabinet body to and through adorning the cabinet door of door axle sleeve subassembly coupling on the side door frame of the door cabinet body, the characteristics of this special-shaped structure door cabinet's structure are as follows:
the implementation mode of the special-shaped structural door cabinet is as follows: the door cabinet body is a door cabinet body with a special-shaped distribution structure, which is formed by sequentially distributing and arranging a plurality of special-shaped structure cabinet bodies, such as a special-shaped structure cabinet body 101, a special-shaped structure cabinet body 102 and a special-shaped structure cabinet body 103, along the vertical direction of the side surface of the special-shaped structure cabinet body; each row of special-shaped structure cabinet row bodies is formed by laminating and connecting special-shaped structure cabinet monomers 1 in the vertical direction, and a cabinet box of each special-shaped structure cabinet row body is formed, wherein each special-shaped structure cabinet monomer 1 refers to the embodiment.
The shaft connection implementation mode of the special-shaped structural door cabinet is as follows: the door shaft sleeve structure 200 is connected to the side frames of the first door frame and the second door frame in a shaft way, and the door shaft sleeve structure 200 mainly comprises a multifunctional fastener 5 and a shaft sleeve device 6, wherein:
1. two cabinet doors are arranged at the first door frame 15 (front door frame and large door frame), and a multifunctional fastener 510, a multifunctional fastener 520 and a multifunctional fastener 530 are arranged at the position of the shaft joint side of one cabinet door in a clamping connection (detachable mode A) along the axial direction of the shaft joint side of the cabinet door. Similarly, the other cabinet door is provided with a multifunctional fastener 540, a multifunctional fastener 550 and a multifunctional fastener 560 along the axis at the shaft connection side. The front end of each of the multifunctional fasteners 5 is provided with a pin shaft portion 57 with telescopic resilience, the pin shaft portions 57 of all the multifunctional fasteners 5 are located on the same axis, the pin shaft portions 57 are cylindrical pin shafts, and the head end of each cylindrical pin shaft is provided with a guide inclined surface 59 or a guide arc surface.
Corresponding to the multifunctional fastener 5 on the cabinet door, a shaft sleeve device 64, a shaft sleeve device 65 and a shaft sleeve device 66 are arranged on one side (namely, the shaft joint side) of the first door frame of the cabinet body along the shaft axis, and a shaft sleeve device 61, a shaft sleeve device 62 and a shaft sleeve device 63 are arranged on the other side (namely, the shaft joint side) along the shaft axis in the same manner.
