For special occasions or requirements, the door cabinet bodies (formed by combining irregular cabinet columns) with irregular structures, namely irregular structures are difficult to arrange according to the irregular space structures.

In a specific embodiment, the tapering may be implemented as follows:
first, the width 19 of the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 14 is linearly changed (i.e. linearly changed along a straight line) from the first end portion 17 to the second end portion 18, which is advantageous in that: the first door frame 15 and the second door frame 16 are symmetrical with respect to the same axis center.
In another, but in other embodiments, the width of the top plate and the bottom plate gradually changes from the first end to the second end in a curve manner, that is, the width changes in a nonlinear regular and symmetrical manner.
Thirdly, reinforcing ribs can be arranged on the side plates, such as the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, so as to enhance the strength and the bearing capacity of the side plates, but the implementation is not favorable for the tight connection between adjacent cabinet columns. Therefore, this application is equipped with a plurality of inside bendings (promptly to cabinet incasement inner space) the additional strengthening 25 of buckling respectively on first curb plate 11, second curb plate 12 along curb plate width direction. This additional strengthening 25 that buckles plays the effect that improves curb plate intensity, improves the bearing capacity of curb plate, is equivalent to the technological effect who increases curb plate thickness.
In addition, in the specific embodiment, the single special-shaped structure cabinet 1 may be formed by splicing the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the top plate 13 and the bottom plate 14, but the preferred embodiment is that the cabinet body is formed by integrally connecting the first side plate, the second side plate, the top plate and the bottom plate, and forms a cabinet box of the single special-shaped structure cabinet 1.
On the basis of the special-shaped cabinet single bodies, a plurality of special-shaped cabinet single bodies 1 are sequentially distributed and arranged along the vertical direction of the side plates of the cabinet body to form the cabinet body with a special-shaped distribution structure. Specifically, for the special-shaped cabinet array 100, a cabinet door 22 is arranged at the first door frame 15 of the special-shaped cabinet single body 1A, and a single-leaf cabinet door 26 is arranged at the second door frame 16; a cabinet door 23 is arranged at the first door frame 15 of the special-shaped structure cabinet single body 1B, and a single-leaf cabinet door 27 is arranged at the second door frame 16; a cabinet door 24 is arranged on the first door frame 15 of the special-shaped structure cabinet single body 1C, and a single-leaf cabinet door 28 is arranged on the second door frame 16.
To the needs that above-mentioned special-shaped structure cabinet monomer set up the cabinet door, this application further provides a multi-functional fastener, and this multi-functional fastener can be applied to special-shaped cabinet body monomer and cabinet door and carry out the coupling or the lock joint, also can be used to the coupling of the cabinet body and cabinet door in the current cabinet door. Specifically, the multifunctional fastener described in this application can be used as a door-mounting shaft (also called door shaft), and can also be used as a lock catch of a door cabinet, and the two uses are distinguished in that: the multifunctional fastener is characterized in that the front end part of the fastener body can be provided with a pin shaft part used as a door installing shaft, and can also be provided with a lock catch part 71 used as a door catch. For ease of explanation and distinction, the present application is described below as follows: when the multifunctional fastener is used as a door mounting shaft, it is named as multifunctional fastener 5 (i.e. multifunctional fastener a), and when it is used as a lock catch, it is named as multifunctional fastener 7 (i.e. multifunctional fastener B), and the details are as follows:

Thirdly, after the fastener body 5A is accommodated in the structural cavity 50, the limiting shifting rod 58 extends out of the limiting through hole 53, an elastic limiting structure is formed between the limiting through hole and the limiting through hole under the action of the tubular elastomer, the elastic limiting structure enables the functional end part to have telescopic resilience, and the retractility of the functional end part can be controlled through the limiting shifting rod 58.
Specifically, in the embodiment, the fastener housing 5B may be a split structure, that is, the fastener body is disposed in the fastener housing through the split structure, which is known to those skilled in the art. However, in the present application, in the specific embodiment, the fastener housing 5B is an integral structure, that is, the fastener body 5A is directly fastened into the fastener housing 5B under the action of external force, and the specific embodiment is as follows:
the fastener shell 5B is an integrated structure, and the limiting shift lever 58 is a resilient limiting shift lever with touch return performance, so that the rear end of the fastener body 5A can be embedded into the structural cavity, and the resilient limiting shift lever is resiliently returned quickly after being touched, so that the fastener body 5A and the fastener shell 5B are connected into a whole in a limiting way. The specific implementation mode of the elastic limiting shifting rod is as follows:
the fastener body 5A is provided with a springing space distributed along the axial direction of the fastener body, the springing space is internally provided with a springing support rod of which the rear end is integrally connected with the fastener body and the front end extends to the springing space, and the front end of the springing support rod is provided with a springing limit deflector rod protruding out of the side surface of the fastener body. Of course, the elastic restoring space can penetrate or be communicated with the two side surfaces of the fastener body.
For implementation, a connecting shaft matched with the inner diameter of the tubular elastic body is arranged at the rear end of the fastener body.
In addition, for the integral aesthetic property and the stability of the connection between the multifunctional fastener and the cabinet door, the fastener housing 5B has at least one side plane 54, and a limiting through hole 53 is formed on the side plane 54, so that the limiting through hole is flush with the surface of the door sub-plate after being embedded into the installation groove of the door plate.
In order to connect the multifunctional fastener with the cabinet door, a plurality of side fastening positions 52 for clamping connection are respectively arranged on two sides of the width direction of the side plane, for example, the side fastening position 52 arranged on one side is composed of a first side fastening position 521, a second side fastening position 522 and a third side fastening position 523 from the front end to the rear end of the fastener shell 5B; the side buckle 52 on the other side is composed of a first side buckle 524, a second side buckle 525, and a third side buckle 526. Or besides the side fastening position 52, a plurality of outer positioning grooves 55 are respectively arranged on the two sides of the width direction of the side plane. When in use, the first side buckling position or/and the second side buckling position of the side can be assembled with the second side buckling position or/and the first side buckling position of the other side to form a front gear side buckling position, and the second side buckling position or/and the third side buckling position of the side can be assembled with the third side buckling position or/and the second side buckling position of the other side to form a rear gear side buckling position.
In order to facilitate the assembly connection between the fastener body and the fastener shell and the connection stability, a protrusion 501 and a protrusion 502 are arranged on the outer side of the fastener body 5A, an inner positioning groove 503 and an inner positioning groove 504 which are matched with the protrusions are arranged on the side wall of the structural cavity 50, and the protrusions are embedded into the inner positioning grooves to establish a limiting structure between the fastener body and the structural cavity.

The second multifunctional fastener is the multifunctional fastener 7 when used as a lock catch, a lock catch part 71 with telescopic resilience is arranged at the front end part of the multifunctional fastener, and a guide arc-shaped surface 72 is arranged at the circumferential direction of the head end part of the lock catch part 71. Preferably, the head end portion of the locking portion may be a conical curved surface or a hemispherical curved surface.
It can be seen that the multifunction clip 7 used as a lock clip has the same structure as the multifunction clip 5 used as a door mounting shaft, except that the member (the pin shaft portion or the locking portion) provided at the distal end of the clip main body 5A is different.
This application further provides an implementation of a novel dress door axle sleeve structure 200 for door cabinet on the implementation basis of multi-functional fastener, specifically as follows: the door cabinet is with novel dress door axle sleeve structure 200 includes the cabinet body to and through dress door axle/axle sleeve subassembly coupling cabinet door 2 in one side of the cabinet body (the coupling side of cabinet door 2 is through adorning door axle structure 200 and connecting in one side of the cabinet body), its structural feature as follows: dress door axle construction 200 is dress door axle sleeve/axle sleeve subassembly, and it includes multi-functional fastener 5 (multi-functional fastener A), axle sleeve device 6, wherein:
(1) the multifunctional fastener 5 is provided with a pin shaft part 57 with telescopic resilience at the front end part thereof, the multifunctional fastener 5 is provided with a limiting shift lever 58 at the side position thereof, the retractility of the pin shaft part 57 can be controlled by the limiting shift lever 58, and the pin shaft part 57 and the shaft hole 604 can be separated from each other by the limiting shift lever 58.
(2) Along the axis direction of cabinet door 2 coupling side, be equipped with more than two multi-functional fastener 5 with removable mode A in coupling side position, all pintle portion 57 all are located same axial lead.
(3) The shaft sleeve device 6 corresponding to the multifunctional fastener a is detachably arranged on one side of the door frame of the cabinet body, the end part of the front end of the shaft sleeve device 6 is provided with a shaft hole 604 matched with the pin shaft part, all the shaft holes 604 and the pin shaft part 57 are positioned on the same axis (namely, are coaxially arranged), and the pin shaft part 57 is embedded into the shaft hole 604 to connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body into a whole in a coupling manner, so that the door-mounting shaft sleeve structure 200 is formed.
In a specific embodiment, two doors may be disposed on each of the first door frames of the door cabinets with special-shaped structures, wherein a plurality of multifunctional fasteners 5, such as the multifunctional fasteners 510, the multifunctional fasteners 520, and the multifunctional fasteners 530, are disposed on one door along the axis line on the axial connection side. Similarly, the other cabinet door is provided with a plurality of multifunctional fasteners 5, such as multifunctional fasteners 540, multifunctional fasteners 550 and multifunctional fasteners 560, along the axial line at the axial connection side. All of the above-mentioned multi-functional fasteners have been described in detail in the above-mentioned embodiments of multi-functional fasteners, and will not be described herein again.
Specifically, the detachable mode A is a clamping connection, and the specific implementation mode is as follows:

(2) The base clamping unit 602 mainly comprises a base 605 and a clamping portion 606 connected to the base, wherein the clamping portion 606 includes a connecting rod, and a plurality of clamping connectors are integrally arranged at the distal end of the connecting rod.
Wherein, the implementation mode of joint is: the clamping portion 606 is composed of a first clamping head 606A and a second clamping head 606B, and the first clamping head 606A and the second clamping head 606B are arranged on two sides of the distal end portion along the axial line direction of the shaft hole in an opposite manner, and may be distributed in a staggered manner or in an aligned manner. a clamping structure groove (not shown in the figures and well known to those skilled in the art) adapted to the base clamping unit 602 is disposed on one side of the door frame of the cabinet body, and the clamping structure groove includes a base limiting groove for supporting the base and a clamping position corresponding to the clamping head, and the clamping position and the base limiting groove are communicated through a through hole.

On the basis of the implementation mode of the novel door installing shaft sleeve structure 200 for the door cabinet, the door cabinet is provided and comprises a cabinet body and a cabinet door, wherein the cabinet door is in shaft connection with the novel door installing shaft sleeve structure 200 into a whole as described above.
As the name implies, the shaft sleeve device 6 can be used as a door-mounting shaft/shaft sleeve assembly, i.e. the shaft hole can be used for coupling and can be connected with the door frame by the shaft sleeve mounting structure in a detachable mode B fastening hook, but the shaft hole of the shaft sleeve device 6 can also be used for fastening, i.e.: the cabinet door 2 is fastened and hooked with the door frame in a detachable way B through the shaft sleeve mounting structure 300, and then the shaft hole 604 is matched with the locking part 71 of the multifunctional fastener 7 (called as multifunctional fastener B) arranged at the opening and closing side of the cabinet door, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the cabinet door.
Because there are multiple situations when the cabinet door is used to the cabinet door, if set up two cabinet doors or single cabinet door to the cabinet case, and to two cabinet doors, single cabinet door, its multi-functional fastener 7 has the difference in the connected mode of switching side. (2) The door frame of the cabinet body is provided with a female buckle device corresponding to the buckle part 71, the buckle part 71 is buckled with the female buckle device to carry out closed connection between the cabinet door and the cabinet body, or under the action of external force, the buckle part 71 is disconnected with the female buckle device to carry out open-close connection between the cabinet door and the cabinet body, thereby forming a buckle connection structure. Specifically, the box device 8 is implemented by: the female snap device 8, such as the female snap device 81, the female snap device 82, the female snap device 83 and the female snap device 84, includes a buckle plate, and a female snap groove 80 adapted to the head end of the buckle part is formed on the side of the buckle plate facing the buckle part. The lock catch part 71 is buckled into the female buckle groove 80 to connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body in a closed manner, or under the action of external force, the lock catch part 71 is separated from the female buckle groove to connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body in an open-close manner.
In some embodiments, the cabinet body is provided with more than two cabinet doors at the door frame thereof, such as two cabinet doors, and the two cabinet doors may be symmetrically and axially connected to two sides of the door frame, or asymmetrically and axially connected to two sides of the door frame (i.e. a primary-secondary door or a large-small door). The upper end side and the lower end side of each cabinet door are respectively connected with the multifunctional fastener 7 through the rear baffle side fastening positions in a clamping mode. Meanwhile, the female buckle devices corresponding to the lock catch portions are arranged on the upper doorframe and the lower doorframe of the doorframe. In another embodiment, the cabinet body is provided with only one door at the door frame, the multifunctional fasteners 7 are respectively connected with the upper end side, the lower end side or both the upper end side, the lower end side of the door 2 and the middle position between the two end sides in a buckling mode at the front stop side, and the multifunctional fasteners 7 are preferably coaxially arranged along the opening and closing side, wherein the female buckling device of the single door is implemented by the following mode: the female fastening device adopts a shaft sleeve device 6, the shaft sleeve device 6 is provided with a shaft hole 604 for fastening, and the shaft sleeve device 604 is arranged on the door frame at one side of the door frame corresponding to the locking part 71 in the detachable mode B. The lock catch 71 is buckled into the shaft hole 604 to connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body in a closed manner, or under the action of external force, the lock catch 71 is separated from the shaft hole 604 to connect the cabinet door and the cabinet body in an open-close manner.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the application further provides a door cabinet 104 with an irregular structure, which includes a door cabinet body, and a door coupled to the side door frame of the door cabinet body through a door mounting shaft/shaft sleeve assembly, and the structure of the door cabinet with the irregular structure is characterized as follows:
the implementation mode of the special-shaped structure door cabinet is as follows: the door cabinet body is a door cabinet body with a special-shaped distribution structure formed by sequentially distributing and arranging a plurality of rows of special-shaped structure cabinet rows, such as a special-shaped structure cabinet row 101, a special-shaped structure cabinet row 102 and a special-shaped structure cabinet row 103, along the side surface of the special-shaped structure cabinet row in the vertical direction; each row of the special-shaped structure cabinet row bodies is formed by vertically stacking and connecting special-shaped structure cabinet single bodies 1, and a cabinet box of each special-shaped structure cabinet row body is formed, wherein each special-shaped structure cabinet single body 1 refers to the foregoing embodiment.
(II) the shaft connection implementation mode of the door cabinet with the special-shaped structure is as follows: the shaft-connecting side of the cabinet door is connected to the side frames of the first door frame and the second door frame through a door-mounting shaft sleeve structure 200 in a shaft-connecting mode, the door-mounting shaft sleeve structure 200 mainly comprises a multifunctional fastener 5 and a shaft sleeve device 6, wherein:
1. two doors are arranged on the first door frame 15 (front door frame and large door frame), and a multifunctional fastener 510, a multifunctional fastener 520 and a multifunctional fastener 530 are arranged at the position of the axial connecting side of one door in a clamping connection (in a detachable mode A) along the axial direction of the axial connecting side of the doors. Similarly, the other cabinet door is provided with a multifunctional fastener 540, a multifunctional fastener 550 and a multifunctional fastener 560 along the axial line at the axial connection side. The multifunctional fasteners 5 are provided with pin shaft parts 57 with telescopic resilience at the front end parts, the pin shaft parts 57 of all the multifunctional fasteners 5 are all positioned on the same axis, the pin shaft parts 57 are cylindrical pin shafts, and the head end parts of the cylindrical pin shafts are provided with guide inclined planes 59 or guide arc-shaped planes.
Corresponding to the multifunctional fastener 5 on the cabinet door, a shaft sleeve device 64, a shaft sleeve device 65 and a shaft sleeve device 66 are arranged on one side (namely, the shaft connecting side) of the first door frame of the cabinet body along the axial lead, and similarly, a shaft sleeve device 61, a shaft sleeve device 62 and a shaft sleeve device 63 are arranged on the other side (namely, the shaft connecting side) along the axial lead.
