They are, of course, merely examples and are not intended to limit the application. Embodiments of the present application may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples, which are for the purpose of brevity and clarity, and do not in itself indicate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or arrangements discussed. Embodiments of the present application provide examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize the application of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
The cooking appliance (such as a microwave oven) is mainly opened by directly pulling a door or pressing a door opening button by a user, the door opening force is within 25N, a child can easily touch the door opening button or the handle by mistake, and the cooking appliance can be opened by slightly pressing or slightly pulling, so that the child can be easily scalded by food heated in the cooking appliance, and great potential safety hazards exist.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a door lock device 100 of a cooking appliance 1000. The cooking appliance 1000 includes a case 300, and the case 300 is provided with a locking portion 301. The door lock device 100 includes a latch 10 and a restricting unit 20. The clamping piece 10 is movably arranged on the door body 200, the clamping piece 10 comprises a clamping hook 11, and the clamping hook 11 is matched with or separated from the locking part 301. The restricting unit 20 is provided on the door 200, and the restricting unit 20 includes a rotating member 21, and the rotating member 21 can rotate relative to the engaging member 10 to switch between a locked state and an unlocked state. Wherein, when the rotating member 21 is switched to the unlocking state, the clamping member 10 is avoided, and the clamping member 10 can move in the first direction D1 to be separated from or matched with the locking part 301; when the rotating member 21 is switched to the locking state, the rotating member 21 is used for limiting the movement displacement of the clamping member 21 in the first direction D1, so that the clamping hook 11 keeps being matched with the locking part 301.
In the door lock device 100 of the present application, the restricting unit 20 is disposed on the door body 200, the rotating member 21 in the restricting unit 20 can switch the rotating member 21 between the locked state and the unlocked state, and when the rotating member 21 is in the locked state, the rotating member 21 can restrict the movement and displacement of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, so that the hook 11 keeps being engaged with the locking portion 301, thereby keeping the door body 200 engaged with the box body 300, and avoiding that the user, especially, a child accompanied by an adult, can easily open the door body 200. When the user needs to open the door body 200, the rotating member 21 needs to be rotated first, so that the rotating member 21 is in an unlocked state; after the locking member 10 loses the limiting function of the rotating member 21, the door body 200 is normally opened (for example, the door body 200 is directly pulled or the door opening button is pressed), and the locking member 10 can move in the first direction D1 to be separated from the locking portion 301, so that the door body 200 is opened from the box body 300. Since the user needs to rotate the rotation member 21 before opening the door body 200, i.e., the step of opening the door body 200 is added, the door body 200 can be prevented from being easily opened due to the misoperation, and thus the safety of the user using the cooking appliance 1000 can be improved.
Specifically, the clip 10 is movably provided on the door body 200. The clamping member 10 includes a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and the first side is closer to the rotating member 21 than the second side. The first direction D1 is a direction from the second side to the first side, and the opposite direction of the first direction D1 is a direction from the first side to the second side. The same is true for the first direction D1 and the opposite direction of the first direction D1 mentioned below, and the description thereof will be omitted.
The clamping piece 10 comprises a clamping hook 11, and the clamping hook 11 can be matched with or separated from the locking part 301, so that the clamping piece 10 can be matched with or separated from the locking part 301. When the locking member 10 is engaged with the locking portion 301, the hook 11 engages with the locking portion 301, so that the door 200 can be held in the case 300; when the engaging member 10 is disengaged from the locking portion 301, the hook 11 is disengaged from the locking portion 301, and the door 200 can be opened from the housing 300.
It should be noted that, during the process of engaging the locking member 10 with the locking portion 301, or during the process of disengaging the locking member 10 from the locking portion 301, the locking member 10 needs to move a certain distance in the first direction D1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the locking portion 301 is provided with a receiving space and a blocking piece 302, and the blocking piece 302 includes a slope inclined toward a side close to the engaging member 10. In the process of matching the clamping piece 10 with the locking part 301, the clamping hook 11 in the clamping piece 10 moves towards the accommodating space along the inclined plane of the blocking piece 302, and when the clamping hook 11 moves beyond the inclined plane to approach the end of the accommodating space, the clamping hook 11 falls into the accommodating space, so that the clamping hook 11 is hooked on the blocking piece 302, and the matching of the clamping hook 11 and the locking part 301, namely the matching of the clamping piece 10 and the locking part 301, is realized. It can be understood that, during the process that the hook 11 moves along the inclined plane of the blocking piece 302 towards the accommodating space, the hook 11 moves a certain distance in the first direction D1, that is, the clamping piece 10 also moves a certain distance in the first direction D1; during the process that the hook 11 falls into the accommodating space, the hook 11 moves a certain distance in the opposite direction of the first direction D1, that is, the clamping piece 10 also moves a certain distance in the direction of the first direction D1. Similarly, in the process of disengaging the locking member 10 from the locking portion 301, the hook 11 needs to be moved a certain distance in the first direction D1, i.e. away from the blocking piece 302, so as to disengage from the blocking piece 302, and then the hook 11 moves along the inclined surface of the blocking piece 302 in a direction away from the accommodating space, so that the hook 11 is disengaged from the locking portion 301. It can be appreciated that in this process, the latch 10 needs to be moved to the first direction D1 to disengage from the locking portion 301.
In some embodiments, the fastening member 10 may include two hooks 11, where the locking portion 301 is provided with two blocking pieces 302, which respectively cooperate with the two hooks 11 to lock the hooks 11 with the locking portion 301.
In some embodiments, the end of the catch 11 has a catch face that can mate with the flap 302. When the user applies a pulling force to the door body 200 to open the door body 200, the hook surface of the hook 11 slides along the end of the blocking piece 302 until the end of the hook 11 is higher than the end of the blocking piece 302.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rotator 21 in fig. 5 and 6 is in a locked state. In some embodiments, with the rotating member 21 in the locked state, at least a portion of the structure of the rotating member 21 is located within the movement path of the engaging member 10 in the first direction D1, and the space between the rotating member 21 and the engaging member 10 in the first direction D1 is smaller than a predetermined distance. During the disengagement of the engaging member 10 from the locking portion 301, the engaging member 10 moves a predetermined distance in the first direction D1.
Since at least part of the structure of the rotating member 21 is located in the movement path of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, the rotating member 21 can limit the movement displacement of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, that is, the locking member 10 cannot move any further after the rotating member 21 collides in the first direction D1. Further, since the distance between the rotating member 21 and the locking member 10 in the first direction D1 is smaller than the predetermined distance, the displacement of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1 is insufficient to disengage the locking member 10 from the locking portion 301, and thus the door 200 cannot be opened from the case 300.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the rotational member 21 abuts the latch 10 to limit movement of the latch 10 when the rotational member 21 is in the locked state. Illustratively, in some embodiments, the rotating member 21 includes an abutting portion 211, and in the locked state of the rotating member 21, the abutting portion 211 is located above the locking member 10, and the abutting portion 211 abuts against the locking member 10 to limit the movement of the locking member 10.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in the case where the rotating member 21 is in the locked state, the abutting portion 211 is located above the locking member 10, that is, the abutting portion 211 is located within the movement path of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, and there is a space between the abutting portion 211 and the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, and the space is smaller than the predetermined distance. In this way, on the one hand, the clip 10 can be kept engaged with the lock portion 301; on the other hand, because there is a space between the abutting portion 211 and the locking member 10, compared with the abutting portion 211 abutting against the locking member 10 directly, friction is not generated between the abutting portion 211 and the locking member 10 when the rotating member 21 is rotated, which is beneficial for a user to rotate the rotating member 21 more easily, thereby improving the experience of the user using the door lock device 100.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8, the rotator 21 in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8 is in an unlocked state. In some embodiments, with the rotating member 21 in the unlocked state, the rotating member 21 is located outside the path of movement of the engaging member 10 in the first direction D1. In this way, when the rotating member 21 is in the unlocked state, the rotating member 21 cannot restrict the movement displacement of the engaging member 10 in the first direction D1, that is, the engaging member 10 can move in the first direction D1, so that the engaging member 10 can be engaged with or disengaged from the locking portion 301.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the limiting assembly 20 may further include a transmission member 22 and an urging member 23, where the urging member 23 is rotatably connected to the transmission member 22, and the urging member 23 can rotate relative to the door 200 to drive the rotating member 21 to rotate. The user can thus indirectly rotate the rotating member 21 by rotating the urging member 23, so that the rotating member 21 is switched between the unlocked state and the locked state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, one end of the transmission member 22 is fixedly connected to the rotating member 21, and the other end is fixedly connected to the force application member 23. The connection manner of the transmission member 22 and the rotation member 21 and the force application member 23 includes, but is not limited to, clamping, screw locking, adhesive connection, etc., which are not limited herein. For example, in one example, one end of the transmission member 22 protrudes into the mounting hole 212 of the rotation member 21 and is interference fit with the mounting hole 212 of the rotation member 21 so that the transmission member 22 can be fixedly connected with the rotation member 21; the other end of the transmission member 22 extends into a mounting hole (not shown) of the urging member 23 and is interference fit with the mounting hole of the urging member 23, so that the transmission member 22 can be fixedly connected with the urging member 23.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the limiting assembly 20 may further include a support 24 and a first elastic member 25. The support 24 is provided on the door body 200, and both ends of the first elastic member 25 are respectively connected with the support 24 and the rotation member 21. The first elastic member 25 is for providing a restoring force to the rotating member 21 to rotate toward the locked state when the rotating member 21 is in the unlocked state.
Specifically, the support 24 is located on a side of the urging member 23 near the rotating member 21, one end of the transmission member 22 is connected to the rotating member 21, and the other end passes through the support 24 to be connected to the urging member 23. The first elastic member 25 is sleeved on the transmission member 22, and a first elastic arm of the first elastic member 25 is connected with the support 24, and a second elastic arm of the first elastic member 25 is connected with the rotating member 21. In the case where the rotating member 21 is in the unlocked state, the first elastic member 25 is elastically deformed, and the first elastic member 25 is used to provide a restoring force to the rotating member 21 to rotate toward the locked state. So after the rotating member 21 rotates to the unlocking state, the first elastic member 25 can provide a restoring force for the rotating member 21, so that the rotating member 21 automatically rotates to the locking state, thereby avoiding that the user forgets to rotate the rotating member 21 back to the locking state after using, and being beneficial to further improving the safety of the user using the door lock device 100.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the door lock device 100 further includes a limiting component 30. The limiting assembly 30 is disposed on the door body 200. The limiting component 30 has a limiting state and an avoiding state, and when the hook 10 is separated from the locking portion 301 (as shown in fig. 2) and the rotating member 21 is located in the unlocking state, the limiting component is switched to the limiting state to limit the rotating member 21 to rotate from the unlocking state to the locking state; when the restricting member 30 is switched to the escape state, the restricting member 30 escapes the rotation of the rotary member 21.
Since the latch 10 needs to be moved in the first direction D1 during the closing process, that is, during the process of the latch 10 being engaged with the locking portion 301, the engagement of the latch 10 with the locking portion 301 can be normally completed. When the locking member 10 is separated from the locking portion 301, if the rotating member 21 rotates to the locked state under the restoring force of the first elastic member 25, the user needs to rotate the rotating member 21 to the unlocked state before closing the door to enable the locking member 10 to be engaged with the locking portion 301. However, in the present embodiment, on the one hand, when the hook 10 is separated from the locking portion 301 and the rotating member 21 is located in the unlocked state, the limiting assembly 30 is switched to the limiting state to limit the rotating member 21 from rotating from the unlocked state to the locked state, so that the user can directly close the door without rotating the rotating member 21, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of the user in using the door lock device 100; on the other hand, when the restricting unit 30 is switched to the escape state, the restricting unit 30 escapes the rotation of the rotary member 21, so that the rotary member 21 can be freely switched between the locked rotation and the unlocked state.
Specifically, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the limiting component 30 includes a limiting block 31. The limiting block 31 can move relative to the door body 200 to switch between a first position and a second position, wherein the first position is closer to the clamping member 10 than the second position. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the limiting state, the limiting block 31 is located at the first position, and the limiting block 31 abuts against the rotating member 21; in the retracted state, the stopper 31 is in the second position to retract the rotational member 21 as shown in fig. 5 to 8. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, when the stopper 31 is located at the second position, the stopper 31 is located outside the rotation path of the rotating member 21. Thus, when the limiting block 31 is located at the second position, the rotating member 21 is not blocked from rotating, so that the rotating member 21 can be switched between the unlocking state and the locking state.
In some embodiments, the door body 200 is provided with a guide slot, a combining piece 314 capable of being matched with the guide slot is arranged on one side, close to the door body 200, of the limiting block 31, and when the limiting block 31 is switched between the first position and the second position, the combining piece 314 can move in the guide slot.
In some embodiments, the stopper 31 is located at one side of the latch 10, and when the latch 10 moves, the stopper 31 is pushed to move so that the stopper 31 switches between the first position and the second position. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8. Fig. 7 and 8 are schematic views of the door lock device 100 when the door 200 is assembled to the housing 300 and the rotator 21 is in the unlocked state. At this time, when the locking member 10 is engaged with the locking portion 301 and the rotating member 21 is in the unlocking state, the locking member 10 can move in the first direction D1. The stop assembly 30 is in the retracted state, i.e., the stop block 31 is in the second position. When the door body 100 is pulled at this time, the locking member 10 can move in the first direction D1 to disengage from the locking portion 301, and at the same time, the locking member 10 can push the stopper 31 to move when moving, and the stopper 31 can move from the second position to the first position. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 and 3 are schematic views of the door lock device 100 when the door body 200 is opened. At this time, when the locking member 10 is separated from the locking portion 301 and the rotating member 21 is in the unlocking state, the locking member 10 can move in the first direction D1. The limiting assembly 30 is in a limiting state, that is, the limiting block 31 is in the first position, and the limiting block 31 limits the rotation of the rotating member 21 to the locking state. In the process of closing the door, the clamping member 10 needs to move in the first direction D1 to be matched with the locking portion 301, and meanwhile, the clamping member 10 can push the limiting block 31 to move when moving, and the limiting block 31 can move from the first position to the second position.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the limiting component 30 may further include a fixing member 32 and a second elastic member 33. The fixing member 32 is fixedly connected with the door body 200, and is disposed at one side of the limiting block 31 away from the clamping member 10. The second elastic member 33 is configured to elastically connect the stopper 31 and the fixing member 32, and when the stopper 31 is located at the second position, the second elastic member 33 can elastically deform to provide a restoring force for the stopper 31 to move toward the first position.
Specifically, the fixing member 32 is fixed on the door body 200, and is located at a side of the stopper 31 away from the clamping member 10. The stopper 31 includes a first surface 311, a second surface 312, and a third surface 313. The second surface 312 connects the first surface 311 and the third surface 313, and the first surface 311 is closer to the rotating member 21 than the third surface 313 is, and the second surface is closer to the fixing member 32. The second surface 312 has a first mating member 315 thereon, and the third surface 313 has a second mating member 316 thereon. One end of the second elastic member 33 abuts against one side of the fixing member 32, which is close to the limiting block 31, and the other end of the second elastic member is matched with the first matching member 315, so that the limiting block 31 is elastically connected with the fixing member 32.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 2 and fig. 3 are schematic views of each component in the door lock device 100 when the door body 200 is opened, and the limiting assembly 30 is in a limiting state, i.e. when the limiting block 31 is located at the first position, the first surface 211 of the limiting block 31 abuts against the rotating member 21 to limit the rotating member 21 to rotate to a locking state. If the user closes the door 200 at this time, during the process of engaging the engaging member 10 with the locking portion 301, the engaging member 10 moves in the first direction D1, and after abutting against the stopper 31 located at the first position, the stopper 31 can be pushed, that is, a force towards the fixing member 32 is applied to the stopper 31, so that the stopper 31 moves to the second position (as shown in fig. 7 and 8). When the stopper 31 moves to the second position, the second elastic member 33 disposed between the stopper 31 and the fixing member 32 is compressed, and the second elastic member 33 can provide an elastic restoring force for the stopper 31 to move toward the first position.
Further, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 9, the stop assembly 30 may further include a connector 34 for connecting the fixing member 32 and the stop block 31. The fixing member 32 includes a supporting portion 321 and a guiding portion 322, and the supporting portion 321 is engaged with or disengaged from the connecting member 34. The guide portion 322 is provided with a first guide groove 3221 and a second guide groove 3222 which are communicated. In the process that the hook 10 is separated from the locking portion 301, the connecting piece 34 is separated from the supporting portion 321, and moves along the first guide groove 3221 towards the direction approaching to the clamping piece 10 under the driving of the second elastic piece 33, so as to drive the limiting block 31 to move to the first position; in the process of matching the hook 10 with the locking portion 301, the blocking member 10 pushes the limiting block 31 and the connecting member 34 to move along the second guiding groove 3222 in a direction away from the blocking member 10, and then the limiting block 31 drives the connecting member 34 to drop under the restoring force of the second elastic member 33, so as to be supported by the supporting portion 321 again.
In some embodiments, the supporting portion 321 is provided with a supporting groove 3211, and the first guiding groove 3221 and the second guiding groove 3222 in the guiding portion 322 are respectively located at two sides of the supporting portion 321 and are communicated with the supporting groove 3211. When the stopper 31 is located at the second position, the connecting member 34 is supported in the supporting groove 3211.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the connecting member 34 includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end is provided with the third fitting 343, and the second end is provided with the protrusion 344. The third matching piece 343 is matched with the second matching piece 316 of the limiting block 31, so that the first end of the connecting piece 34 is fixedly connected to the limiting block 31, and the connecting piece 34 and the limiting block 31 can be linked. The protruding portion 344 of the connecting member 34 is movable in the first guide groove 3221 and the second guide groove 3222, and the protruding portion 344 is supported in the supporting groove 3211 when the stopper 31 is located at the second position.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, and 5 to 9, fig. 5 and 6 are schematic views of each component in the door lock device 100 when the latch 10 is engaged with the lock portion 301 and the rotator 21 is in a locked state;
fig. 7 and 8 are schematic views of the components of the door lock device 100 in the case where the locking member 10 is engaged with the locking portion 301 and the rotating member 21 is in the unlocked state; fig. 2 and 3 are schematic views of the components of the door lock device 100 when the engagement element 10 is disengaged from the lock portion 301. When the engaging member 10 is engaged with the locking portion 301 and the rotating member 21 is in the locked state, the protruding portion 344 of the connecting portion 34 is supported in the supporting groove 3211, and the stopper 31 is in the second position, and the second elastic member 33 applies a restoring force to the stopper 31 that moves toward the first position. At this time, if the user pulls the door body 200, the rotating member 21 is in the locked state, that is, the rotating member 21 is at least partially located within the movement path of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, and the rotating member 21 limits the movement displacement of the locking member 10 in the first direction D1, so that the locking member 10 cannot be separated from the locking portion 301, and the door body 200 cannot be opened from the case 300. When the user rotates the rotating member 21 indirectly by rotating the force application member 23, so that the rotating member 21 can rotate to an unlocked state, that is, the rotating member 21 rotates to a position outside the movement path of the clamping member 10 in the first direction D1, the door body 200 is pulled again, the clamping member 10 can normally move in the first direction D1, the limiting block 31 can be pushed to move when the clamping member 10 moves, the limiting block 31 can drive the connecting member 34 to move in a direction away from the clamping member 10, so that the protruding portion 344 can leave the supporting groove 3211, under the action of the restoring force of the second elastic member 33, the limiting block 31 can apply a force to the protruding portion 344 towards the clamping member 10, and under the action of the force, the protruding portion 344 can move along the first guiding groove 3221 towards a direction approaching the clamping member 10, so as to drive the limiting block 31 to move to the first position, and even if the limiting assembly 30 is switched to a limited state. The stopper 31 in the first position can interfere with the rotation member 21 to block the rotation member 21 from returning to the locked state. When the user closes the door body 200, the latch 10 moves in the first direction D1 in the process of matching the latch 10 with the locking portion 301, the stopper 31 can be pushed to move when the latch 10 moves, the stopper 31 can apply a force far away from the latch 10 to the protruding portion 344, and the protruding portion 344 can move along the second guide groove 3222 in a direction far away from the latch 10 under the force to be supported by the supporting groove 3211 of the supporting portion 321 again, and meanwhile, the stopper 31 is driven to return to the second position, even if the limiting assembly 30 is switched to the avoidance state. At this time, the limiting block 31 is located outside the rotating path of the rotating member 21, and the rotating member 21 can rotate back to the locking state under the restoring force of the first elastic member 25. When the door body 200 can be opened, the rotation member 21 must be rotated first to disengage the locking member 10 from the locking portion 301, so that the door body 200 can be prevented from being easily opened due to misoperation, and the safety of the user using the cooking appliance 1000 can be improved; and the rotating member 21 does not need to be rotated again when the door body 200 is closed, and the rotating member 21 can be automatically restored to the locking state when the clamping member 10 is matched with the locking part 301 again, so that convenience of a user in using the door lock device 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments, the second guiding groove 3222 is provided with a guiding surface 3212 extending obliquely toward the supporting groove 3211 to guide the connecting member 34 to the supporting groove 3211. This is advantageous in that the connecting piece 34 can smoothly move along the second guiding groove 3222 into the supporting groove 3211 during the process of matching the hook 11 with the locking portion 301.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, the door lock device 100 further includes a third elastic member 40, where the third elastic member 40 is connected to the latch member 10 and the door body 200, and the third elastic member 40 applies a restoring force to the latch member 10 so that the latch member 10 moves toward a door locking position, and the hook 11 cooperates with the locking portion 301 at the door locking position. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, in the process of the engagement of the engaging member 10 with the locking portion 301, the hook 11 in the engaging member 10 moves toward the accommodating space along the inclined plane of the blocking piece 302, and when the hook 11 moves beyond the inclined plane to approach the end of the accommodating space, the third elastic member 40 applies a restoring force toward the engaging member 10 to move the engaging member 10 toward the door locking position, even if the hook 11 falls into the accommodating space, so that the hook 11 hooks on the blocking piece 302, thereby achieving the engagement of the hook 11 with the locking portion 301.
