The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a large plastic concrete combined garbage pool, which not only concentrates the phenomena of sedimentation deformation and leakage by establishing a vulnerable section, but also can timely and efficiently realize the online monitoring of the vulnerable section, even can remedy the vulnerable section at the beginning of the sedimentation deformation, and has the advantages of simple maintenance and repair.

Preferably, leachate guiding pipes are arranged at the position of the pool bottom plastic concrete post-cast strip below the containing groove, and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the pool bottom plastic concrete post-cast strip in sequence, and the liquid outlet ends of the leachate guiding pipes are communicated to external alarm equipment.
Preferably, armpits are uniformly arranged between the pool bottom plastic concrete post-cast strip and the pool wall plastic concrete post-cast strip and between the pool bottom reinforced concrete area and the pool wall reinforced concrete area.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the plastic concrete material has the advantages of small elastic modulus, good crack resistance and impermeability, good fluidity and cohesiveness and the like, and the elastic modulus of the plastic concrete material can be reduced to one dozen times of that of common concrete. Although plastic concrete has good deformability, the application scenarios of the plastic concrete are limited. Based on the above, the invention provides a plastic concrete combined garbage pool, which aims to solve the existing problems. The invention not only concentrates the phenomena of sedimentation deformation and leakage by establishing the vulnerable section, but also can timely and efficiently realize the online monitoring of the vulnerable section, even can remedy the vulnerable section at the beginning of the sedimentation deformation, and has the advantages of simple maintenance and repair.
2) Compared with the existing large garbage pool, the large garbage pool is artificially divided into a plurality of areas, and the areas are uniformly connected by the relatively flexible plastic concrete post-pouring belts, so that the deformation coordination capacity of the whole structure is improved, and the capacity of resisting sedimentation and temperature deformation is increased.
3) The plastic concrete post-cast strip is reasonably utilized and matched with the scale with scales, so that the plastic concrete post-cast strip has additional functions and is simpler to construct.
4) The strength of the plastic concrete post-pouring belt is lower than that of common concrete so as to form a vulnerable section. When the plastic concrete post-cast strip is subjected to large uneven deformation, the plastic concrete post-cast strip cracks first, so that protection is provided for other areas, the plastic concrete post-cast strip becomes a structural fuse, and the integrity of other areas is ensured. The scales are arranged on the plastic concrete post-cast strip at the bottom of the pool, so that the pool body is bound to generate the buckling and the structural deformation firstly if the pool body is cracked, and the buckling and the structural deformation firstly occur on the plastic concrete post-cast strip, and the scales which are parallel to each other and are positioned on the plastic concrete post-cast strip at the bottom of the pool are displayed through the deviation of the scales at the first time, so that the plastic concrete post-cast strip has the advantages of early discovery and early solution.
5) The armpit is arranged in each area in a large quantity, so that the integrity of the area is guaranteed, the strength of the area is increased, and the fuse function of the plastic concrete post-cast strip is guaranteed. Meanwhile, due to the good integrity, the structural stability can be ensured under the condition that the plastic concrete post-cast strip needs to be dismantled and re-paved.
6) The staff gauge forms a similar fence structure, and a protective fence can be arranged above the staff gauge to protect the staff gauge. Meanwhile, the containing groove arranged on the plastic concrete post-pouring belt also forms a liquid drainage channel, so that the function of continuously collecting leachate can be normally achieved before leakage occurs, the relative dryness of garbage in the garbage pool is ensured, and the corrosion effect of the leachate on the pool body is reduced. The accommodating tank can be integrally formed on the pool bottom plastic concrete post-cast strip, or can be made of angle steel-shaped stainless steel materials and erected on the upper surface of the pool bottom plastic concrete post-cast strip; the invention can consider adopting an independent component, so that the holding tank can not only normally guide the leachate, but also can not increase the self strength of the plastic concrete post-cast strip, thereby achieving multiple purposes.
7) Even in the daily decontamination inspection process, the inspection of the scale is omitted; once leachate flows out from the leachate guide pipe, the plastic concrete post-cast strip serving as a fuse can be judged to crack immediately, and the structure is easy to find out leakage and is easy to remedy in time.
8) The garbage pool provided by the invention has the advantages that except for the plastic concrete post-cast strip, the integrity and the strength of the other areas, namely the reinforced concrete area are high, and the plastic concrete post-cast strip is mainly needed to be repaired in the maintenance stage; the post-cast area formed by the plastic concrete post-cast strip has low strength, and is simple to dismantle and rearrange, thereby being beneficial to maintenance and repair.
Detailed Description
For ease of understanding, the specific construction and operation of the present invention is further described herein with reference to FIGS. 1-8:
in the embodiment shown in fig. 1-8, the invention includes four corner regions a, several middle regions b, and five wet concrete post-cast strips. Two of the plastic concrete post-cast strips form two groups of transverse plastic concrete post-cast strips 21b, and the post-cast units represented by the other three plastic concrete post-cast strips are matched together to form a group of vertical plastic concrete post-cast strips 21 a. The plastic concrete post-cast strips are positioned with respect to each other, thereby serving to connect the corner regions a and the middle region b and to cooperatively deform. The corner regions a and the middle region b are formed by traditional reinforced concrete regions, so that the tank body has required integrity and use strength.
As shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 7, the corner regions a are located at four corners of the tank body, and the corner regions a are composed of two reinforced concrete regions 12 on the tank wall and one reinforced concrete region 11 on the tank bottom, and are formed by pouring commercially available impermeable concrete and reinforcing steel bars. During construction, the pool wall reinforced concrete area 12 is erected on the pool bottom reinforced concrete area 11 and connected with each other, and each joint is provided with an armpit 40.
The middle area b is positioned in the middle section of the tank body, consists of a reinforced concrete area 12 on one side of the tank wall and a reinforced concrete area 11 on the two sides of the tank bottom, and is also formed by pouring commercially available impermeable concrete and reinforcing steel bars. During construction, the pool wall reinforced concrete area 12 is erected on the pool bottom reinforced concrete area 11 and connected with each other, and each joint is provided with an armpit 40.
The plastic concrete component comprises cement, expansive soil, clay, silica fume, fly ash, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, water reducing agent, pebble, sand and the like. The bottom plastic concrete post-cast strips 21 and the bottom areas of the middle area b and the corner area a are flush with each other, and the wall plastic concrete post-cast strips 22 and the wall areas of the middle area b and the corner area a are flush with each other, finally forming the tank body as shown in fig. 1-2.
In the case of the wet concrete post-cast strip, the wall portion of the tank body is formed by casting a conventional mesh reinforcement and wet concrete, and the bottom portion of the tank body is formed by casting a body of the mesh reinforcement and wet concrete, or is integrally or separately provided with the receiving groove 31 as shown in fig. 2 to 6 at the upper surface of the wet concrete post-cast strip 21. The receiving groove 31 may be formed as an integral structure with the safety fence, although the safety fence may be installed later. The two opposite groove walls of the accommodating groove 31 are formed with a matching structure with staggered teeth by the scale 32 with the scale 32a in fig. 6, so that whether the whole structure generates the buckling and the structural deformation condition can be judged by the deformation of the scale 32.
For the scale 32, while the same plastic concrete post-cast strip is ensured to be parallel to each other, on one hand, the scale 32 on the same plastic concrete post-cast strip needs to be vertical to the length direction of the plastic concrete post-cast strip; on the other hand, each scale 32 can be directly cantilever-mounted on the side wall of the receiving groove 31, as shown in fig. 3-5, or can directly penetrate through the receiving groove 31 and extend to the reinforced concrete area through the extension rod 33 as shown in fig. 6, so that the sensing range of the scale 32 can be further increased by sensing the stress change of the reinforced concrete area. If the scale 32 is simply mounted on the receiving groove 31, the extension bar 33 at the outer wall of the receiving groove 31 is actually a part of the mesh reinforcement of the reinforced concrete section, and the extension bar 33 is fixed only on the receiving groove 31, so that the effect of influencing the scale 32 can be achieved by the deformation of the mesh reinforcement, and the construction can be easily carried out.
