Description

一种被动式制动***制动状态回路
技术领域
本发明属于一种液压制动***的制动状态回路的设计方法,可运用于配置有被动式液压制动***的有轨电车、胶轮车、悬挂式或跨座式单轨车等城轨交通领域。
背景技术
制动***一般由电子制动控制单元、制动控制装置和基础制动装置三大部分组成。电子控制单元根据列车司机制动指令计算并控制制动力的大小;制动控制装置根据电子控制单元的控制信号产生并向基础制动装置中的制动缸输出与制动指令对应的空气或液压油压力;基础制动装置中的制动缸根据制动控制装置输出的压力作用驱动机构动作夹紧旋转的制动盘,从而使列车停车。
电子控制单元可向车辆输出本车制动***的工作状态,一般分为“制动施加”和“制动缓解”两种制动状态。制动施加表示当前车辆处于制动状态,存在使车辆减速的制动力;制动缓解表示当前车辆处于无使车辆减速的制动力,可以正常加速或惰行。
制动状态回路,作为列车电气回路设计中的一条重要功能回路,通常由各节车的制动状态串联组成,只要任一节车报出未缓解,则列车制动状态回路将处于制动施加状态,此时不允许车辆被牵引加速。
国内动车组、城轨地铁车辆采用直通式制动***,以压缩空气作为传输介质。即向制动缸充气时,车辆施加制动,制动缸排气时,制动被缓解。当制动***出现故障需被隔离时,制动***输出至制动缸的压力空气被排空,此时制动***向上报“制动缓解”状态,列车制动状态回路见图1。
有轨电车、单轨车等新型轨道交通车辆由于设备空间紧张,一般采用液压介质的制动***。另外,同时由于线路坡度较大,为满足无电时车辆的坡道停车需要,采用弹簧作用形式的制动缸。即,向制动缸充油压时,制动缸无制动力输出,车辆处于制动缓解状态。当制动缸被排油卸压时,制动缸输出弹簧作用力,车辆处于制动施加状态。这种作用方式的制动***称为 “被动式液压制动***”。
当制动***出现故障时,可通过独立的辅助缓解装置单独给基础制动的制动缸充油,从而使基础制动制动缸处于“制动缓解”状态,这样保证车辆可以继续行驶,被动式液压制动***组成见图2。
对于被动式液压制动***,当出现个别被动式液压制动***故障需要被隔离时,对应车制动***输出的制动油路被卸压,电子制动控制单元输出的状态为“制动施加”。如按照图1中的制动状态回路设计,将导致列车制动状态回路处于“制动施加”状态,导致无法行车。因此,需要针对被动式液压制动***的特点,设计一种能够正确反映列车制动状态的回路。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种被动式制动***制动状态回路。
为达到本发明目的,本发明所提供的技术方案:被动式制动***制动状态回路,包括:
辅助缓解装置,内置有用于检测液压油低压信号的第一压力开关和用于检测液压油高压信号的第二压力开关,辅助缓解装置未投入工作时,液压油为低压,第一压力开关断开,第二压力开关闭合;辅助缓解装置投入工作但内部油压尚未达到缓解压力时,第一压力开关和第二压力开关均闭合;辅助缓解装置内部油压达到缓解压力时,第一压力开关闭合,第二压力开关断开;
继电器,具有作为本车制动状态信号输出的常闭触点和常开触点,各车制动状态信号以并联形式接入列车制动状态回路;其中,
电子制动单元输出的故障信号和辅助缓解装置的第一压力开关的输出信号以并联方式驱动继电器,电子制动单元输出的制动状态信号连接到继电器的常闭触点,辅助缓解装置的第二压力开关的输出信号连接继电器的常开触点。
电子制动单元在故障情况下,输出高电平的制动状态信号,同时输出高电平的故障信号;电子制动单元在无故障情况下,输出低电平的故障信号。
本发明解决了传统制动状态回路无法与被动式液压制动***匹配的问题。不论被动式液压制动***是否发生故障,辅助缓解装置是否投入以及辅助缓解装置是否工作到位,本发明的状态回路均能正确的反映各配置有被动式液压制动***车辆真实的制动状态。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图3所示,被动式制动***制动状态回路,包括:辅助缓解装置、电子制动单元和继电器K。
辅助缓解装置内置有用于检测液压油低压信号的第一压力开关PS1和用于检测液压油高压信号的第二压力开关PS2。辅助缓解装置未投入工作时,液压油为低压,第一压力开关PS1断开,第二压力开关PS2闭合;辅助缓解装置投入工作但内部油压尚未达到缓解压力时,第一压力开关PS1和第二压力开关PS2均闭合;辅助缓解装置内部油压达到缓解压力时,第一压力开关PS1闭合,第二压力开关PS2断开。
继电器K具有作为本车制动状态信号输出的常闭触点K-12和常开触点K-13,各车制动状态信号以并联形式接入列车制动状态回路;其中,
电子制动单元输出的故障信号和辅助缓解装置的第一压力开关PS1的输出信号以并联方式驱动继电器K,电子制动单元输出的制动状态信号连接到继电器K的常闭触点K-12,辅助缓解装置的第二压力开关PS2的输出信号连接继电器K的常开触点K-13。
电子制动单元在故障情况下,输出高电平的制动状态信号,同时输出高电平的故障信号;电子制动单元在无故障情况下,输出低电平的故障信号。
液压制动***的工作状态可分以下几种情况:
工况1、电子制动单元无故障且辅助缓解装置未投入工作
电子制动单元无故障信号输出且辅助缓解装置的第一压力开关PS1无电压信号输出,此时继电器K不得电,继电器K的常闭触点K-12闭合,常开触点K-13断开,列车制动状态回路是否得电由各车电子制动单元输出的制动状态信号确定;此时,列车制动状态回路反映了各辆车的电子制动单元控制的液压***的状态,任一辆车的电子制动单元输出制动状态信号时,则列车制动状态回路得电。
工况2、电子制动单元故障且辅助缓解装置未投入工作
电子制动单元同时输出高电平的制动状态信号和高电平的故障信号;继电器K得电,继电器K的常闭触点K-12断开,常开触点K-13闭合,故障车辆的制动状态来源辅助缓解装置的第二压力开关PS2的输出信号;此时,辅助缓解装置未投入工作,第二压力开关PS2有电压信号输出,故障车辆向列车制动状态回路输出“制动施加”状态信号。
工况3、所述电子制动单元故障且辅助缓解装置投入工作

工况4、电子制动单元正常且辅助缓解装置投入工作但尚未加压至缓解压力时,辅助缓解装置的第一压力开关PS1和第二压力开关PS2均有电压信号输出,继电器K得电,继电器K的常闭触点K-12断开,常开触点K-13闭合,制动状态来源辅助缓解装置的第二压力开关PS2的输出信号;当辅助缓解装置加压至缓解压力时,第二压力开关PS2无电压信号输出,本车辆向列车制动状态回路输出“制动缓解”状态信号。
辅助缓解装置通常采用手动操作方式,其包含手动泵、溢流阀、单向阀、两位两通电磁阀、压力开关、压力表、油箱等部件。操作手动泵可建立需要的液压力;溢流阀限制了输出至基础制动制动缸的最高油压,起到保护***部件的作用;单向阀防止停止操作手动泵时的液压力回落;通过压力表可查看当前辅助缓解装置输出的液压油压力大小;在紧急制动时,车辆通过电气连锁控制两位两通电磁阀可以使辅助缓解装置输出的压力油返回储油箱,撤销辅助缓解功能,保证列车安全。 辅助缓解装置也可采用电机泵代替手动泵实现类似的液压原理。

继电器(K),具有作为本车制动状态信号输出的常闭触点(K-12)和常开触点(K-13),各车制动状态信号以并联形式接入列车制动状态回路;其中,
电子制动单元输出的故障信号和辅助缓解装置的第一压力开关(PS1)的输出信号以并联方式驱动继电器(K),电子制动单元输出的制动状态信号连接到继电器(K)的常闭触点(K-12),辅助缓解装置的第二压力开关(PS2)的输出信号连接继电器(K)的常开触点(K-13);
