The water delivery and drainage mechanism comprises a water pump 481, a water inlet pipe connected to the box body 40 and an overflow pipe 482 arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank 431, wherein clean water is input into the box body 40 along the water inlet pipe by the water pump 481 and is used for storing water in the water storage tank 431, the overflow pipe 482 is used for overflowing when the water level of the water in the water storage tank 431 reaches a preset height, excessive water storage is avoided, overflowed water can be recycled through filtration, and the water delivery and drainage mechanism is more environment-friendly.
The upper end of the overflow pipe 482 is inserted into the water storage tank 431, and a certain gap is reserved between the upper end of the overflow pipe 482 and the bottom of the water storage tank 431, so that the overflow pipe 482 can overflow downwards when the liquid level of the water storage tank 431 rises to the upper end of the overflow pipe 482.
In embodiment 1, the wet dust-removing polisher of the present invention is configured with a sewage treatment tank 5, the sewage treatment tank 5 is used for filtering and purifying the wastewater for recycling, the lower end of the overflow pipe 482 is correspondingly arranged above the sewage treatment tank 5, so that overflowed water can be directly discharged into the sewage treatment tank 5, and by connecting the water pump 481 in the sewage treatment tank 5, the wastewater can be purified by the sewage treatment tank 5 and be re-conveyed into the water storage tank 431, thereby realizing recycling of waste water.
The outer sides of the wet dust removal polishing machine are respectively provided with cleaning windows corresponding to the spraying chamber 20, the diversion channel 100, the cleaning chamber 301, the fan chamber 302 and the box body 40, and the cleaning windows are also connected and matched with a cleaning door 6 capable of being opened and closed.
The arrangement of the cleaning window and the cleaning door 6 allows for convenient cleaning of these chambers and channels without opening the housing of the device, and the closing of the cleaning door 6 in combination prevents liquid or gas from escaping from the cleaning window.
Referring to fig. 1, the spray chamber 20 is formed with an outer protrusion 201 on the outer side of the wet dust collector polisher, a cleaning window and a cleaning door 6 corresponding to the spray chamber 20 are disposed at the upper end of the outer protrusion 201, a groove 7 is formed between the outer protrusion 201 and the top of the flow guiding channel 100 at intervals, and the cleaning window and the cleaning door 6 corresponding to the flow guiding channel 100 are disposed at the groove 7 and are located at the upper end of the flow guiding channel 100. By adopting the structural design, the whole appearance of the device is more compact and attractive, and the groove 7 is arranged to facilitate the cleaning of the diversion channel 100.
A cleaning window and a cleaning door 6 provided corresponding to the cleaning chamber 301 are provided at the side of the apparatus, specifically, at a position above the outer flange 201.

The fan chamber 302 includes a circular arc-shaped outer peripheral wall, and a cleaning window and a cleaning door 6 provided corresponding to the fan chamber 302 are provided on the outer peripheral wall thereof and located at the side of the apparatus.
The cleaning window and the cleaning door 6 are connected in a rotary opening and closing manner (such as a pivot or a hinge), a sliding opening and closing manner (such as a chute and a sliding rail configured to enable the two to slide relatively), or a detachable manner by bolts (such as fixing or removing the cleaning door by bolts).
The cleaning window can be used for cleaning sludge, and also can be used for overhauling parts built in the chamber, such as a spraying mechanism, a water inlet pipe, an overflow pipe and the like.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5-6, the front side of the wet dust collector polisher is provided with a notch 101, a motor bracket 81 capable of being detached and separated is accommodated in the notch 101, a polishing motor 82 is arranged on the motor bracket 81, the notch 101 is arranged adjacent to the polishing chamber 10, the notch 101 is separated from the polishing chamber 10 by a partition 83, a hole for a spindle of the polishing motor 82 to penetrate through is formed in the partition 83, the motor bracket 81 comprises a first connecting portion 811 for being connected and positioned with the ground in a matched mode, a second connecting portion 812 for being connected and positioned with the partition 83 in a matched mode, the first connecting portion 811 and the second connecting portion 812 are arranged at the lower end of the side portion of the motor bracket 81, a third connecting portion 813 for being connected and positioned with the second connecting portion 812 is arranged at the lower end of the partition 83, a front baffle 84 for covering the polishing motor 82 is arranged at the front side of the notch 101, the front baffle 84 can shield the polishing motor 82, the whole aesthetic property of the device can be improved, and noise can be prevented from being transmitted.
The motor bracket 81 and the main body of the wet dust removal polishing machine are detachably separated, and the motor bracket 81 can be supported and fixed on the ground of a factory building through the first connecting part 811, so that shaking and noise can be better reduced; in the factory building environment that the ground is not provided with the connecting hole, the motor support 81 can be fixed in the notch 101 of the wet dust removal polishing machine through the second connecting part 812, so that the motor support 81 is not easy to shake and move during working, and a good working effect is ensured.
Of course, the first connecting portion 811 and the second connecting portion 812 can be matched together to fix the whole wet dust removal polishing machine and the factory floor, so that the whole moving of the wet dust removal polishing machine during working is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1-2, 4-5 and 7, the wet dust removal polishing machine further comprises an illumination device 9 capable of being adjusted, the illumination device 9 comprises a lamp body 91 and a lamp shade 92, the lamp body 91 is arranged on the inner side of the lamp shade 92, the lamp shade 92 is arranged on the upper position of the polishing device and can slide along the front and back directions of equipment, the illumination device 9 further comprises a positioning mechanism for positioning the lamp shade 92 after the lamp shade 92 slides, and the front and back positions of the lamp shade 92 and the lamp body 91 relative to the wet dust removal polishing machine are adjusted, so that light is not easy to be blocked by staff, the illumination effect on a polishing station is improved, and the working effect under the condition of night or weak light is further improved.
The lighting device 9 comprises a boss 93 positioned above the polishing device of the wet dust removal polishing machine, the lower part of the lamp shade 92 comprises a concave part which is matched with the boss 93 in a sleeved sliding manner, two sides of the boss 93 are matched with the inner wall of the concave part in a guiding sliding manner, and the lamp body 91 is embedded in the concave part.
The positioning mechanism comprises bolts arranged on two sides of the boss 93 and sliding grooves 94 arranged on two sides of the lamp shade 92, the bolts and the sliding grooves 94 are in matched sliding connection, and relative fixation between the lamp shade 92 and the boss 93 can be realized based on locking of the bolts.
In this embodiment, the spout 94 of lamp shade 92 both sides is two, and two spouts 94 arrange along vertical direction and set up, and are parallel to each other, adopt the direction sliding fit of two spouts 94 and two bolts, can improve the sliding fit effect between lamp shade 92 and the boss 93, guarantee the stability of slip direction, make lamp shade 92 and lamp body 91 be difficult to rock, avoid the light source to shake because of the during operation vibration of equipment produces.
Unlike example 1, in example 2 of the wet dust-removing polisher according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the wet dust-removing polisher is not provided with a sewage treatment tank 5, and wastewater generated during operation is directly introduced into a drain 0 on the floor of a factory building and is collected by an external sewage treatment system to be purified and recycled.

The wastewater of a plurality of wet dust-removing polishing machines is collected through the drainage ditch 0 and is uniformly recovered and treated by an external wastewater treatment and circulation system so as to be recycled.
By adopting the structure of the invention, the sewage treatment tank is not required to be arranged on each wet dust removal polishing machine, so that the manufacturing cost is greatly saved, the selling price is reduced, and the occupation of the factory building space is reduced.
The embodiment further comprises a cover plate (not shown in the figure) arranged at the rear side of the device, the cover plate is matched with the water outlet 34 to be opened and closed, the cover plate is matched with the water outlet 34 to be connected in a sliding opening and closing mode, the water outlet 34 can be opened and closed through sliding, and therefore when the device is not in operation, the device can be closed, and dust or foreign matters are prevented from entering the device.
