and the central processing unit (3) is used for collecting the pressure information fed back by the pressure sensor and controlling the driving piece (23).

s300, driving the massage ball to approach or move away from a user through the driving piece (23) so as to adjust the pressure sensor to the secondary state;
s400, a user selects a massage mode through the interaction device (300), so that the central processing unit (3) controls the telescopic height and the telescopic frequency of the output end of the driving piece (23).
