The first stainless steel link chain 41 is suspended every 10cm from the wire rope 21 and has a length of 0.5 m. The first stainless steel link chain is fixed to the wire rope 21 by a buckle, and tied and knotted at corresponding positions along the length thereof with the net 1 and the subsidiary net 5.
One of every 6 buoys 22 hangs a second longitudinal stainless steel ring chain 42 from the lower part, the length of the second longitudinal stainless steel ring chain is the same as the height of the netting 1, the top of the second longitudinal stainless steel ring chain is fixed on a central line at the bottom of the clamp 23, the bottom of the second longitudinal stainless steel ring chain is connected with the corresponding position of the bottom line 3, and the second longitudinal stainless steel ring chain 42 penetrates through the height of the whole netting and is tied and knotted with the corresponding position of the netting 1 along the length of the second longitudinal stainless steel ring chain.
