Description

Washing-resistant waterproof moisture-permeable composite fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabrics, in particular to a washing-resistant waterproof and moisture permeable composite fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof and moisture permeable fabric is a novel textile fabric as one of composite fabrics, and when the air tightness and the water tightness of the fabric are enhanced, the unique air permeability of the fabric can enable water vapor inside the structure to be rapidly discharged, so that the structure is prevented from breeding mould, the human body is kept dry and comfortable all the time, the problems of ventilation, wind prevention, water prevention, heat preservation and the like are perfectly solved, and the fabric is a novel fabric which is healthy and environment-friendly. At present, the microporous polytetrafluoroethylene clothing film with the best effect on the problems of water resistance, air permeability and the like is a functional clothing fabric with wide application, and is a microporous film produced by polytetrafluoroethylene plastic resin with pore-forming characteristics and a biaxial stretching process and then compounded with other different fabrics. The functional fabric compounded by the polytetrafluoroethylene film has excellent performances of good water repellency, good moisture permeability, high wind resistance grade, excellent nuclear and biochemical resistance and the like, and is applied to special clothes such as body-building sportswear, warm-keeping cold-proof clothes, military protective clothes, public security uniform and other fire-fighting and medical protective clothes, and protective articles commonly used in life such as headgear, gloves, footwear caps, sleeping bags, tents and the like in various fields.
The main reasons for the water resistance, moisture permeability and air permeability of the polytetrafluoroethylene composite fabric are that the polytetrafluoroethylene film is a polymer microporous film, the surface of polytetrafluoroethylene molecules has no hydrophilic groups and is represented as hydrophobicity, and the hydrophobic property of the polytetrafluoroethylene molecules is further improved due to the existence of C-F bonds in the molecules; the aperture of the microporous membrane is 0.2-0.3 mu m, is far smaller than the diameter of water drops, and is far larger than the diameter of water molecules, so that the polytetrafluoroethylene membrane has good moisture permeability and air permeability effects. Firstly, because the specific surface area of the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane is large, substances such as dust, salt in sweat, oil cosmetics, detergents and the like in the air are easily adsorbed, and after the fabric is washed, the substances are easily absorbed into micropores of the membrane, so that the blockage of the micropores is caused, capillary effect is generated in the micropores, water beads are easily infiltrated or seeped, and the waterproof performance and the moisture permeability of the polytetrafluoroethylene composite fabric are reduced; secondly, when the fabrics are washed by a machine in the presence of a detergent, the fabrics rub against each other and interact with the detergent, so that the surface energy of the polytetrafluoroethylene film is changed, the waterproof effect of the fabrics is weakened, and the moisture permeability of the fabrics is weakened. Therefore, the improvement of the washing resistance of the polytetrafluoroethylene composite fabric is of great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, a washing-resistant coating is coated on the surface of a polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane and is cured, the washing-resistant coating mainly comprises fluorine-containing polysiloxane, fluorine-containing polysiloxane treatment liquid with the mass percentage of less than 8% is coated on the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane and then is filled in the microporous membrane, the fluorine-containing polysiloxane reacts with a cross-linking agent during curing to form adhesion points and an adhesion network in the microporous membrane, residual substances such as dust and the like can be preferentially attached to the coating after the fabric is washed, the micropores are not easily blocked, the mechanical property and mechanical property of the microporous membrane are also increased by introducing the adhesion points and the adhesion network, the coating is not easily damaged during machine washing, and the fabric can still keep higher hydrostatic pressure resistance and moisture permeability after being washed by a detergent.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a washing-resistant waterproof moisture-permeable composite fabric which is characterized by comprising an outer fabric, a middle-layer binder and an inner-layer polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, wherein a washing-resistant coating is coated on the inner-layer microporous membrane, and comprises 2-8% of fluorine-containing polysiloxane, 0.25-0.5% of a cross-linking agent and 91.5-97.75% of a solvent in percentage by mass.
The further preferable technical scheme is that the outer layer fabric comprises any one of polyimide fabric, polyurethane fabric, polyester fabric, polyamide fabric and polyester-cotton composite fabric.
The preferable technical scheme is that the middle layer adhesive comprises any one of polyurethane water-based adhesives, polyacrylate water-based adhesives and polyurethane/polyacrylate composite adhesives.
The fluorine-containing polysiloxane comprises one or more of hydroxyl-terminated fluorine-containing polysiloxane, hydroxyl-terminated fluorine-containing polyester polysiloxane and fluorine-containing semi-cage type silsesquioxane.
Further preferably, the fluorine-containing polysiloxane is a perfluoro polysiloxane.
The further preferable technical scheme is that the solvent comprises any one of dichloromethane, n-hexane and n-heptane.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the washing-resistant waterproof moisture-permeable composite fabric, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) preparation of wash-resistant coating: mixing fluorine-containing polysiloxane and a cross-linking agent, dissolving in a solvent, stirring, and removing bubbles to obtain a washing-resistant treatment solution;
(2) coating of a coating: coating the prepared washing-resistant treatment liquid on a polytetrafluoroethylene film through a coating machine, and sending the polytetrafluoroethylene film into an oven for curing, wherein the curing temperature is 80-120 ℃, and the heating time is 15-30 min;
(3) compounding the fabric: applying spot glue on the fabric, and performing hot-pressing compounding on the fabric and the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane by adopting a glue spot compounding method to prepare the polytetrafluoroethylene composite fabric.
According to a further preferable technical scheme, in the preparation step of the washing-resistant coating, the mixing ratio of the fluorine-containing polysiloxane and the cross-linking agent is 8-12: 1.
The further preferable technical scheme is that in the fabric compounding step, the hot pressing temperature is 120-140 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is 0.2-0.4 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 20-30 s.
In order to solve the problems that the waterproof and moisture-permeable performance of a polytetrafluoroethylene composite fabric is obviously reduced after the polytetrafluoroethylene composite fabric is washed and the fabric is poor in washability, the technical scheme is that a washing-resistant coating is manufactured on a polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane before the composite fabric is manufactured, and the washing-resistant coating comprises 2-8% of fluorine-containing polysiloxane, 0.25-0.5% of a cross-linking agent and 91.5-97.5% of a solvent in percentage by mass. After the fluorine-containing polysiloxane is prepared into treatment liquid, the treatment liquid is coated on a polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane through a coating machine, and the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane with the washing-resistant coating is sent into a curing oven for curing. After the fluorine-containing polysiloxane treating fluid is coated on the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, the fluorine-containing polysiloxane treating fluid can be filled in the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane due to strong fluidity, during the curing process, the fluorine-containing polysiloxane and the cross-linking agent generate cross-linking reaction to generate new substances and form bonding points and bonding networks on the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, micropores with very small pore diameters can be filled, the porosity of the microporous membrane is reduced, but the average pore diameter of the microporous membrane is increased, the mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break and the like are increased, the microporous membrane is not easy to be damaged when being impacted by larger water pressure, in addition, because the fluorine-containing polysiloxane is a hydrophobic material, the existence of C-F bonds in molecules enables the coating to have better hydrophobic property, therefore, the introduction of the coating layer enables the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane to still bear higher hydrostatic pressure.
After the washing-resistant coating is coated on the microporous membrane, the porosity of the microporous membrane is gradually reduced, but micropores with larger pore diameters are not blocked, and the pore diameters of the microporous membrane are still kept at the level of 0.1-0.3 mu m, so that the moisture permeability of the membrane is not greatly changed, and the moisture permeability is still kept at 8000-10000 g/m2In the range of/24 h. Along with the reduction of the porosity, the air permeability of the membrane can be greatly changed, but the membrane can still permeate 1-2L/m2The air per second, while keeping a certain air permeability, the film also has excellent windproof performance.
The addition of the washing-resistant coating can greatly affect various performances of the polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane, and the main influencing factors comprise the content of the fluorine-containing polysiloxane, the ratio of the fluorine-containing polysiloxane to the cross-linking agent, the curing temperature of the coating, the temperature during compounding, the pressure, the time and the like. In order to enable the polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof moisture-permeable film after coating modification to have a good waterproof moisture-permeable effect, the mass percentage of the selected fluorine-containing polysiloxane and the cross-linking agent is respectively 2-8% and 0.25-0.5%, and the preferable ratio of the fluorine-containing polysiloxane to the cross-linking agent is 8-12: 1.
The introduction of the wash-resistant coating can not cause the change of the waterproofness and the moisture permeability of the polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof moisture-permeable fabric, and more importantly, the wash-resistant performance and the machine washing performance of the polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof moisture-permeable fabric can be improved, mainly shown in two aspects, on one hand, residual dust, lotion molecules and the like after washing can be preferentially adsorbed on the coating, micropores are not easily blocked, so that the change of the waterproof moisture permeability of the washed fabric is not large, on the other hand, fluorine-containing polysiloxane and a cross-linking agent are bonded with polytetrafluoroethylene fibers after cross-linking reaction, and the fluorine-containing polysiloxane also has lubricating property, so that the coating is not easily damaged during water washing or machine washing, and the washed fabric still has better waterproof moisture-permeable effect.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. coating 2-8% of fluorine-containing polysiloxane treatment liquid on the surface of a polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane by mass percent, curing, and compounding with an outer layer fabric through a binder to prepare a composite fabric which has a good waterproof and moisture permeable effect, wherein the water pressure resistance can be kept at 100-120 kPa, and the moisture permeable quantity is 8000-10000 g/m2Permeability of 1-2L/m within 24h2In the range of/s.
2. The composite fabric coated with the fluorine-containing polysiloxane coating has good washing fastness, after 30 times of machine washing, the fabric can still maintain the hydrostatic pressure resistance of over 50kPa and the moisture permeability of over 6000, and the air permeability is not changed greatly.
3. After the fluorine-containing polysiloxane treating fluid is coated, the curing temperature is controlled within the range of 80-120 ℃, the curing time is controlled within the range of 15-30 min, the fluorine-containing polysiloxane is favorable for forming a better bonding network structure on the surface of the polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, and the situation that micropores of the polytetrafluoroethylene membrane are blocked due to overhigh curing temperature or overlong curing time so as to influence the performance of the fabric is avoided.
