通常所说的混合动力一般是指油电混合动力,即燃料(汽油,柴油等)和电能的混合,混合动力汽车是由电动马达作为发动机的辅助动力驱动汽车,混合动力就是指汽车使用汽油驱动和电力驱动两种驱动方式,优点在于车辆启动停止时,只靠电机带动,不达到一定速度,发动机就不工作,因此,便能使发动机一直保持在最佳工况状态,动力性好,排放量很低,而且电能的来源都是发动机,只需加油即可,随着世界各国环境保护的措施越来越严格,替代燃油发动机汽车的方案也越来越多,例如氢能源汽车、燃料电池汽车、混合动力汽车等,但目前最有实用性价值并已有商业化运转的模式,只有混合动力汽车,混合动力汽车的关键是混合动力***,它的性能直接关系到混合动力汽车整车性能,经过十多年的发展,混合动力***总成已从原来发动机与电机离散结构向发动机电机和变速箱一体化结构发展,即集成化混合动力总成***,现有技术领域内,混合动力变速器的解耦装置采用直插方式进行连接,连接定位不准确,并且二者冲击力较大容易导致打齿现象发生,进而影响装置使用寿命。

作为优选方案,更进一步的,定位机构8包括:绝缘壳体81、限位销82、传感器接收模块83、传感器接发射模块84、磁性板85、弹簧86和电磁铁87,绝缘壳体81沿前后方向内嵌在第二对接座710的内壁,绝缘壳体81可与导轨槽13的内腔适配插接,限位销82插接在绝缘壳体81的内侧开口处,限位销82的外侧可与第一定位盲孔14的内腔插接,限位销82的内部外端设置有传感器接收模块83,第一定位盲孔14的内腔且位于传感器接收模块83对应位置处设置有可与传感器接收模块83信号连接的传感器接发射模块84,传感器接发射模块84发送信号可由传感器接收模块83接收,传感器接收模块83控制电磁铁87停止与磁性板85磁性相吸,限位销82的外端设置有磁性板85,磁性板85的内侧前后两端均设置有弹簧86,弹簧86的内端与绝缘壳体81的内壁固定连接,弹簧86可在自身弹性作用下驱动磁性板85带动限位销82与第一定位盲孔14内腔插接固定,绝缘壳体81的内腔且位于磁性板85的外侧对应位置处设置有可与磁性板85磁吸的电磁铁87。
具体工作原理如下:使用时,将外壳1安装在指定位置,使输入轴71与车辆内部发动机的输出端进行连接,将齿轮杆9与外部变速器齿轮啮合,直线电机3通过自身伸长缩短驱动导向夹5以与卡环4连接处为顶点向前侧或向后侧移动,进而使导向夹5在限位座6和环形限位槽75的配合下驱动轴套73向前侧或向后侧移动,并使轴套73在输入轴71的外侧移动,同时输入轴71在键块72和键槽74的配合下保持输入轴71与轴套73的连接状态,轴套73驱动固定座76带动安装座77,以使安装座77驱动连接座78带动定位连接销79在第二对接座710内腔向前侧或向后侧移动,若需要进行车辆发动机与变速器间的动力传输,定位连接销79向前侧移动同时,定位连接销79在圆环导轨711内腔转动至第二定位盲孔712对应位置处,并使定位连接销79与对应位置上第二定位盲孔712内腔插接后,定位连接销79在自身旋转力的作用下通过第二定位盲孔712驱动第二对接座710转动,实现定位连接销79和第二对接座710间的动力的传输,并由于安装座77、连接座78和定位连接销79间活动连接,则第二对接座710向前侧移动与第一对接座11对接传动时可有效起到缓冲作用,避免第二对接座710与第一对接座11硬性对接后实现传动导致二者打齿造成损耗,第二对接座710驱动定位机构8中绝缘壳体81在导轨槽13内腔向前侧或向后侧移动起到辅助限位作用,当绝缘壳体81驱动限位销82移动至第一定位盲孔14对应位置处,传感器接发射模块84发送信号由传感器接收模块83接收,传感器接收模块83控制电磁铁87停止与磁性板85磁性相吸,弹簧86在自身弹性作用下驱动磁性板85带动限位销82与第一定位盲孔14内腔插接固定,以起到辅助定位作用,从而可实现混合动力变速器的解耦装置的间接连接方式进行连接,实现更加准确的连接定位,减小对接时的冲击力,减弱打齿现象导致的损耗,提高装置使用寿命。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (2)

1.一种内燃机与插电式混合动力变速器的解耦装置,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的前侧螺钉连接有适配的保护罩(2),所述保护罩(2)的后侧顶端设置有直线电机(3),所述直线电机(3)的伸缩端设置延伸进保护罩(2)的内侧,所述直线电机(3)的前侧设置有卡环(4),所述卡环(4)的内侧卡接有导向夹(5),所述导向夹(5)的顶端与直线电机(3)的伸缩端通过销轴转动连接,所述导向夹(5)的底端内侧左右两端均设置有限位座(6),左右两个所述限位座(6)的内侧设置有连接机构(7),所述连接机构(7)内侧左右两端均设置有定位机构(8);
所述外壳(1)还包括:齿轮杆(9)、连接轴(10)、第一对接座(11)、限位轴(12)、导轨槽(13)和第一定位盲孔(14),所述保护罩(2)的内侧沿前后方向通过轴承转动连接有齿轮杆(9),所述齿轮杆(9)的外侧齿轮部延伸出保护罩(2)的外部,所述齿轮杆(9)的后侧安装有连接轴(10),所述连接轴(10)的后侧中心位置内嵌有第一对接座(11),所述第一对接座(11)的内侧沿前后方向通过轴承转动连接有限位轴(12),所述限位轴(12)的外壁左右两侧沿前后方向开设有导轨槽(13),左右两个所述导轨槽(13)的内侧中部分别开设有第一定位盲孔(14);
所述连接机构(7)包括:输入轴(71)、键块(72)、轴套(73)、键槽(74)、环形限位槽(75)、固定座(76)、安装座(77)、连接座(78)、定位连接销(79)、第二对接座(710)、圆环导轨(711)和第二定位盲孔(712),所述输入轴(71)沿前后方向通过轴承转动连接有外壳(1)的后侧,所述输入轴(71)的后侧延伸出外壳(1)的外壁,所述输入轴(71)的外壁左右两侧沿前后方向设置有键块(72),所述输入轴(71)的外侧套接有轴套(73),所述轴套(73)的内侧左右两侧均开设有键槽(74)并分别与左右两个键块(72)的外侧套接,所述轴套(73)的外壁沿周向开设有环形限位槽(75),两个所述限位座(6)均与环形限位槽(75)的内腔插接,所述轴套(73)的前侧中心位置设有固定座(76),所述固定座(76)的外壁沿周向间隔一百二十度设置有安装座(77),三个所述安装座(77)的内侧均通过销轴转动连接有连接座(78)的一端,三个所述连接座(78)的另一端内侧通过销轴转动连接有定位连接销(79),所述固定座(76)的前侧设置有可与第一对接座(11)适配插接的第二对接座(710),所述第二对接座(710)的后侧沿周向开设有圆环导轨(711),所述圆环导轨(711)的内腔沿周向间隔一百二十度开设有第二定位盲孔(712),所述定位连接销(79)可与第二定位盲孔(712)内腔适配插接;
所述定位机构(8)包括:绝缘壳体(81)、限位销(82)、传感器接收模块(83)、传感器接发射模块(84)、磁性板(85)、弹簧(86)和电磁铁(87),所述绝缘壳体(81)沿前后方向内嵌在第二对接座(710)的内壁,所述绝缘壳体(81)可与导轨槽(13)的内腔适配插接,所述限位销(82)插接在绝缘壳体(81)的内侧开口处,所述限位销(82)的外侧可与第一定位盲孔(14)的内腔插接,所述限位销(82)的内部外端设置有传感器接收模块(83),所述第一定位盲孔(14)的内腔且位于传感器接收模块(83)对应位置处设置有可与传感器接收模块(83)信号连接的传感器接发射模块(84),所述限位销(82)的外端设置有磁性板(85),所述磁性板(85)的内侧前后两端均设置有弹簧(86),所述弹簧(86)的内端与绝缘壳体(81)的内壁固定连接,所述绝缘壳体(81)的内腔且位于磁性板(85)的外侧对应位置处设置有可与磁性板(85)磁吸的电磁铁(87)。
