C. the crushed aggregates are pushed to move by the auger (2), so that the baffle column (4) is pressed to move to open the discharge opening (3) to discharge the crushed aggregates, and meanwhile, the moving baffle column (4) opens the valve to spray water of the water supply device through the spray head (5), so that the crushed aggregates discharged from the discharge opening (3) are directly mixed with the water to form wet materials;
D. stacking wet materials discharged from the discharge opening (3), and sprinkling a layer of corrosion-promoting bacteria agent on the wet materials with the height of 30-40cm to form a fermentation stack;
E. and wrapping the fermentation pile by using a sealing film, and sealing and fermenting the fermentation pile.
