fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an active identification system of vehicle violations in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Reference numerals: the system comprises an active vehicle violation identification system 100, a video recording module 111, a voice module 112, a main control system module 113, a wifi transmission module 114, a violation analysis module 121 and an information processing module 122.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A method for active identification of vehicle violations in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-2.
The active identification method for vehicle violation at least comprises the following steps:
when the vehicle is in violation, the voice query instruction sent by the user is received, and the voice query instruction is identified so as to send the instruction with the timestamp to the automobile data recorder, so that the automobile data recorder can call corresponding video information according to the timestamp.
For example, the user may send a voice "capture a video recording from afternoon", and upon receiving the voice command, the command may be sent to the car recorder, and the car recorder may capture the video recording from afternoon, so as to quickly obtain the video recording that is desired to be captured.
And after the required video is intercepted, receiving corresponding video information sent by the automobile data recorder, and carrying out violation analysis on the corresponding video information. After the intercepted video is analyzed, the result of whether the vehicle or the pedestrian violates the regulations or not can be obtained.
And when determining that the vehicle breaks rules and regulations according to the analysis result, acquiring violation image information, and respectively uploading the violation image information to a traffic management platform and pushing the violation image information to a mobile terminal of a user. Therefore, the active identification method for vehicle violation can not only quickly identify whether the vehicle or the pedestrian violates the regulations, but also send violation image information to the traffic management platform and the mobile terminal of the user after judging that the vehicle or the pedestrian violates the regulations, so as to report the violation vehicle or the pedestrian, and simultaneously can also be sent to the mobile terminal of the user to facilitate the observation and the preservation of evidence for the user.
When the vehicle encounters an emergency scene, the user can use a voice mode to record the driving so as to obtain an instruction of violation video; specifically, after an emergency scene occurs, the user may send a voice for acquiring an illegal video on the automobile data recorder.
According to the active identification method for vehicle violation, a user does not need to waste time and labor to obtain the video to be inquired from the automobile data recorder and analyze whether the vehicle or the pedestrian in the video violates the rule or not, but directly issues a voice inquiry instruction, the automobile data recorder automatically calls the video to be inquired, whether the vehicle or the pedestrian violates the rule or not is confirmed through automatic analysis, and violation image information is automatically sent to the traffic management platform and the mobile terminal of the user after the vehicle or the pedestrian violates the rule. Therefore, the difficulty of calling the video by the user is greatly reduced, violation judgment on vehicles or pedestrians is more accurate and convenient, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The active identification method for vehicle violation can effectively solve the problem that a driving recorder cannot identify violation and suspicious driving behaviors timely and is inconvenient, and a driver can actively record the time point of the violation or suspicious behaviors through voice, so that the method is superior to the post-finding in the prior art.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the corresponding video information comprises the current real-time screenshot corresponding to the timestamp and the current video clip, wherein when the current real-time screenshot and the current video clip are subjected to violation analysis, if the vehicle is determined not to violate the regulations according to the analysis result, the real-time screenshot and the video clip of the last time point of the timestamp are called by the automobile data recorder, and the violation analysis is performed according to the real-time screenshot and the video clip of the last time point.
That is, after analyzing the current real-time screenshot and the current video clip, if the vehicle violation cannot be determined, the vehicle non-violation judgment cannot be directly made; the real-time screenshot and the video clip of the last time point of the timestamp are called through the automobile data recorder, and the real-time screenshot and the video clip of the last time point are analyzed.
Further, the time interval between the last time point and the time stamp is the segment time stored in the automobile data recorder segment cycle. That is, the car recorder stores the video in segments, and the time interval between the last time point and the time stamp can be the duration of a single video segment.
According to some embodiments of the invention, when the vehicle is determined not to be violated according to the analysis result, the corresponding video information is also sent to the mobile terminal of the user. Therefore, after the analysis result determines that the vehicle is not violated, the user can also conduct the observation and study on the mobile terminal to further determine whether the vehicle is violated.
The violation analysis of the corresponding video information comprises the following steps: extracting a whole vehicle picture, a tail lamp picture and a lane line picture before and after the vehicle lane change in the corresponding video information, and identifying whether the vehicle violates the lane change according to the whole vehicle picture, the tail lamp picture and the lane line picture; if the video information shows that the tail lamp is not flickered in the lane changing process of the vehicle, the lane changing suspected of violation of the vehicle can be preliminarily judged.
The violation analysis of the corresponding video information may further include: extracting a whole vehicle picture, an indication board picture and a lane line picture before and after the timestamp in the corresponding video information, and identifying whether vehicles violate the line pressing according to the whole vehicle picture, the indication board picture and the lane line picture; if the video information shows that the vehicle is not guided by the indicator in the correct lane and the condition that the tire has a line is present, the suspected violation line of the vehicle can be preliminarily judged.
The violation analysis of the corresponding video information may further include: extracting the whole vehicle picture and the traffic indicator light picture before and after the timestamp in the corresponding video information, and identifying whether the vehicle runs the red light according to the whole vehicle picture and the traffic indicator light picture; if the video information shows that the vehicle still passes through the intersection when the vehicle is in the red light, the suspicion that the vehicle runs the red light can be preliminarily judged.
The violation analysis of the corresponding video information may further include: and extracting the whole vehicle picture and the indication board picture before and after the timestamp in the corresponding video information, and identifying whether the vehicle runs in violation according to the whole vehicle picture and the indication board picture.
In some embodiments of the invention, the information intersection with the automobile data recorder is realized by establishing a communication connection with the automobile data recorder. For example, communication connection can be established between the vehicle-mounted multimedia and the automobile data recorder, so that the video called by the automobile data recorder can be sent to the vehicle-mounted multimedia, and a user can conveniently watch and analyze whether vehicles in the called video violate rules or not.
Specifically, the automobile data recorder can be provided with an audio-video sending module, and after the audio-video clip to be intercepted is determined, the automobile data recorder can send the intercepted audio-video clip to the vehicle-mounted multimedia, so that a vehicle owner can conveniently search for violation or confusion behaviors.
Further, the audio-visual sending module is constructed as a wireless sending module, for example, the wireless sending module can be a wifi chip module, the wifi chip module can send the audio-visual clip to the vehicle-mounted multimedia in a wireless manner, of course, the wireless sending module can also be a bluetooth module, and the invention does not limit the specific type of the wireless sending module.
Certainly, the data of the violation video can be controlled and received through the mobile phone APP; or the violation video recording data is transmitted between the driving recorder and the vehicle-mounted multimedia through a USB or a U disk.
According to some embodiments of the invention, violation analysis is performed on corresponding video information by setting a violation analysis SDK (Software Development Kit) in the vehicle-mounted multimedia. Therefore, special violation analysis software can be developed in the vehicle-mounted multimedia to analyze whether a violation behavior occurs in the corresponding video information.
