The temperature adjustment knob 22 can set the indoor temperature and the hot water temperature according to the operation mode of the room controller 20. In this case, in fig. 1, the description has been given by taking as an example a structure in which the user uses a knob that is rotated left and right when setting the indoor temperature and the hot water temperature, but the temperature adjustment knob may also function as a substitute for the temperature adjustment knob.
The plurality of function buttons 23-1, 23-2, 23-3, 23-4 may be configured to allow a user to select an operation mode of the boiler 10.
For example, the plurality of function buttons 23-1, 23-2, 23-3, 23-4 may include an indoor temperature setting button 23-1 capable of setting an indoor temperature, a warming button 23-2 capable of operating the boiler 10 for warming purposes, a hot water button 23-3 capable of setting a hot water temperature and operating the boiler for hot water exclusive purposes, and an out button 23-4 capable of minimizing the operation of the boiler 10.
The room controller 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be a technique in the case where a user sets a temperature of hot water. At this time, the room controller 20 can set the hot water set temperature by the hot water adjustment knob 22 in a state that the hot water button (23-3) is pressed by the user.

The display unit 21 may be configured to provide the operating states of the boiler 10 and the room controller 20 to the user as visual information.
For example, the display unit 21 may provide the operating states of the boiler 10 and the room controller 20 to the user as visual information based on the information provided from the control unit 27.
To illustrate in more detail, the display unit 21 may provide the hot water set temperature set by the user to the user as visual information when the user sets the hot water temperature.
The temperature adjustment knob 22 may be configured to be operated when the user sets the indoor temperature or the hot water temperature, and may supply the temperature set by the user to the control unit 27.
The function selection button 23 may include a plurality of function buttons 23-1, 23-2, 23-3, 23-4 of fig. 1, and information of the button pressed by the user may be provided to the control part 27.
The communication unit 24 is configured to enable communication between the control unit 27 and the boiler 10, and is capable of receiving information (including the direct water supply temperature) regarding the operation of the boiler, which is transmitted from the boiler 10, and transmitting boiler control information, which is supplied from the control unit 27, to the boiler 10. At this time, the boiler control information may include an indoor set temperature and a hot water set temperature. In particular, the set temperature of the hot water may be transmitted from the control unit 27 to the boiler 10 as set temperature information via the communication unit 24.
The indoor temperature detector 25 may detect the temperature of the room, which is the location where the room controller 20 is installed, and supply the detected temperature to the controller 27.
The memory 26 may store information supplied from the control section 27 and supply the stored information to the control section 27.
At this time, the memory 26 may store the operation state information of the boiler 10 obtained from the control unit 27 and information necessary for controlling the boiler 10, such as the indoor temperature and the hot water temperature set by the user, and supply the information selected by the control unit 27 among the stored information to the control unit 27.
The control unit 27 can generate information for controlling the operation of the boiler 10, information for providing to the display unit 21, and information for storing in the memory 26, based on the boiler operation state information provided from the communication unit 24 and the information provided from the temperature adjustment knob 22, the function selection button 23, the indoor temperature detection unit 25, and the memory 26.
For example, the control unit 27 may supply the calculated information on the set hot water temperature to the boiler 10 and the display unit 21 based on the direct water temperature supplied from the boiler 10 and the set hot water temperature set by the user.
To illustrate in more detail, if the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is within the first range, the control part 27 may increase the hot water set temperature set by the user by a preset temperature and provide it to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
The control part 27 may increase the hot water set temperature by a preset temperature if the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is less than 20 degrees, and provide information on the increased hot water set temperature to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
Further, if the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is within the second range, the control part 27 may provide information on the hot water set temperature set by the user to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
The control part 27 may provide information on the set temperature of the hot water to the boiler 10 and the display part 21 if the difference between the direct water temperature and the set temperature of the hot water is more than 20 degrees and less than 40 degrees.
Further, if the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is the third range, the control part 27 may lower the hot water set temperature set by the user by a preset temperature and supply it to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
If the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is 40 degrees or more, the control part 27 may lower the hot water set temperature set by the user by a preset temperature and supply it to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
The room controller 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention configured as above may include the following action features.
The boiler 10 is marketed after the maximum combustion heat capable of heating hot water is determined.
The boiler 10 may heat the direct supply water using heat corresponding to a difference between the direct supply water temperature and the hot water set temperature and supply the direct supply water as hot water to the hydrant.
For example, the maximum combustion heat of the boiler 10 is 19000kcal/h and the capacity of the pressure reducing ring thereof is 8.6 Lpm.
In this case, the amount of heat consumed by the boiler 10 to heat the direct supply water so that the temperature of the direct supply water reaches the hot water set temperature may be proportional to the difference between the direct supply water temperature and the hot water set temperature and proportional to the flow rate of the direct supply water supplied to the boiler 10.
Therefore, an equation for calculating the amount of heat that the boiler 10 should consume to heat the straight feed water in order to make the temperature of the straight feed water reach the hot water set temperature may be as follows.
(set temperature of hot water-direct water supply temperature) direct water supply flow (volume of pressure reducing ring 60) required heat quantity
At this time, as for the capacity of the pressure reducing ring, the flow rate per minute can be expressed in Lpm, and thus is converted into the flow rate per hour by multiplying 60.
If the temperature of the direct water is 5 degrees and the set temperature of the hot water set by the user is 45 degrees, the amount of heat required by the boiler 10 to raise the temperature of the water of 5 degrees to 45 degrees is calculated as (45-5) × 8.6 × 60 ═ 20640kcal/h (required heat), which is a value higher than the maximum combustion heat amount (19000 kcal).
At this time, the control unit 27 of the room controller 20 may reduce the hot water set temperature so that the required heat amount does not exceed the maximum combustion heat amount when the required heat amount is larger than the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler 10 after calculating the required heat amount, and may provide information on the reduced hot water set temperature to the boiler 10 and the display unit 21.
For example, if the set temperature of hot water at 45 degrees is reduced to 40 degrees, the required heat amount is calculated to be (40-5) × 8.6 × 60 ═ 18060kcal/h, and the required heat amount becomes not more than the maximum combustion heat amount (19000 kcal/h).
Therefore, the control part 27 may reduce the hot water set temperature of 45 degrees to 40 degrees and provide information on the reduced hot water set temperature to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
The user can know the hot water set temperature lower than the hot water set temperature set by the user from the display part as visual information, and can reduce the cold water proportion in the proportion of the hot water and the cold water when the user mixes the cold water and the hot water for use through the water plug.
As a result, the room controller according to the embodiment of the present invention calculates the required heat amount based on the difference between the hot water set temperature and the direct water temperature set by the user, and in the case where the calculated required heat amount exceeds the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler, lowers the hot water set temperature set by the user and provides it to the user as visual information, thereby enabling guidance for the user to lower the cold water ratio for use.
Therefore, the room controller according to the embodiment of the present invention can eliminate inconvenience to a user due to a sudden drop in the temperature of hot water during use of the hot water.
If the temperature of the direct water supply is 25 degrees and the set temperature of the hot water set by the user is 45 degrees, the required amount of heat required for heating so that the temperature of the 25 degrees direct water supply reaches 45 degrees may be calculated as (45-25) 8.6 60-10320 kcal/h. At this time, the calculated required heat amount is smaller than the maximum combustion heat amount (19000kcal/h), and 8680kcal/h of residual heat amount can exist.
If the remaining heat amount (the difference between the maximum combustion heat amount and the required heat amount) is out of the preset range, the room controller according to the embodiment of the present invention may increase the hot water set temperature and supply it to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
The user can know that hot water having a temperature higher than the temperature set by the user is generated through the display unit 21 of the room controller 20, and can guide the user to use the hot water by increasing the ratio of cold water when the user uses the cold water and the hot water in a mixed manner.
Therefore, the ratio of hot water in the water (cold water mixed with hot water) used by the user becomes small, and the user can obtain a larger amount of hot water supplied from the boiler 10.
Further, the room controller according to the embodiment of the present invention may provide the hot water set temperature set by the user to the boiler 10 and the display part 21 if the remaining heat amount is within the preset range.
In summary, the room controller according to the embodiment of the present invention may calculate a required heat amount required by the boiler 10 to heat the straight feed water so that the temperature of the straight feed water reaches the hot water set temperature, compare the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler with the required heat amount to change the hot water set temperature, and may provide the changed hot water set temperature as visual information to the user through the display part.
As a result, since the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler and the flow rate of the direct water are fixed values, the control unit of the room controller can be configured to change the hot water set temperature in accordance with the difference between the temperature of the direct water and the hot water set temperature.
For example, in the case where the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler is 19000kcal/h and the direct water supply flow rate is 8.6Lpm, if the difference between the hot water set temperature and the direct water supply temperature is within the first range (less than 30 degrees), the control part 27 may increase the hot water set temperature by a preset temperature and supply the same to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
To describe in more detail, if it is assumed that the hot water set temperature is 45 degrees and the direct water temperature is 25 degrees, regarding the control part 27, since the difference between the hot water set temperature and the direct water temperature is 25 degrees, the control part 27 may increase and supply the hot water set temperature of 45 degrees to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
In addition, in the case where the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler is 19000kcal/h and the direct water supply flow rate is 8.6Lpm, if the difference between the hot water set temperature and the direct water supply temperature is within a second range (30 degrees or more and less than 40 degrees), the control part 27 may supply the hot water set temperature to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
Further, in the case where the maximum combustion heat amount of the boiler is 19000kcal/h and the direct water supply flow rate is 8.6Lpm, if the difference between the hot water set temperature and the direct water supply temperature is the third range (40 degrees or more), the control part 27 may decrease the hot water set temperature and supply it to the boiler 10 and the display part 21.
At this time, the first range, the second range, and the third range may be different according to the maximum combustion heat amount and the direct water flow amount of the boiler.

The first range determination step (S2) may include the step of determining whether a difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is within a first range (e.g., less than 30 degrees).
If the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is within the first range (YES), a first hot water set temperature display step (S3) may be performed.
On the other hand, if the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature exceeds the first range (30 degrees or more) ("no"), the second temperature range determination step (S4) may be performed.
The first hot water set temperature display step (S3) may include the steps of increasing the hot water set temperature by a preset temperature and displaying the increased temperature set temperature on the display unit 21.
The second temperature range determination step (S4) may include the step of determining whether the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is within a second range (e.g., 30 degrees or more and less than 40 degrees).
If the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water set temperature is within the second range (YES), a second hot water set temperature display step (S5) may be performed.
On the other hand, if the difference between the direct water temperature and the hot water temperature exceeds the second range (40 degrees or more), the third hot water set temperature display step (S6) may be performed.
The second hot water set temperature display step (S5) may include the step of displaying the hot water set temperature on the display part 21.
The third hot water set temperature display step (S6) may include the step of lowering the hot water set temperature by a preset temperature and displaying the lowered hot water set temperature on the display part 21.
At this time, the information on the set temperature of the hot water displayed on the display unit 21 may be provided to the boiler 10 in each of the first to third hot water set temperature display steps (S3, S5, S6).
