The support 34 is internally provided with a locking sleeve 35, the bottom of the welding machine lifting rod 33 penetrates through the upper part of the support 34 and is inserted into the locking sleeve 35, as shown in fig. 13, the locking sleeve 35 is provided with a threaded hole 36, the side surface of the support 34 is also provided with a threaded hole coaxial with the threaded hole 36 in the locking sleeve 35, and a hexagon bolt 37 sequentially penetrates through the threaded hole in the side surface of the support 34 and the threaded hole in the locking sleeve 35 and then is tightly propped against the welding machine lifting rod 33, so that the welding machine lifting rod 33 is fixed in the locking sleeve 35. The height position adjustment of welding machine lifter 33 can be realized to this design, adapts to different boats and ships round pin axle 3 height.
The top of the welding machine lifting rod 33 is hinged with a welding machine lifting plate 39, as shown in fig. 14-16, one end of the welding machine lifting plate 39 is hinged with the welding machine lifting rod 33 through a bottom pin shaft 38, an arc-shaped hole 40 (fig. 14) is arranged on the welding machine lifting plate 39, and a supporting pin shaft 41 passes through the arc-shaped hole 40 and is connected with the welding machine lifting rod 33. The bottom pin 38 and the support pin 41 may be both socket head cap screws.
The welding machine lifting plate 39 is provided with a mounting rod 42 for mounting the welding machine, and the welding machine lifting plate 39 can be screwed and fixed with the mounting rod 42 through bolts. An adjusting cylinder 43 is also obliquely arranged on the welding machine lifting rod 33, one end of the adjusting cylinder 43 is hinged with the welding machine lifting rod 33, a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 43 is hinged with the mounting rod 42, and the adjusting cylinder 43 drives the welding gun 44, the mounting rod 42 and the welding machine lifting plate 39 to rotate around the bottom pin shaft 38. Specifically, a clamping plate 45 is arranged at the middle position of the welding machine lifting rod 33, and one end of the adjusting cylinder 43 is hinged with the clamping plate 45. When the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 43 extends and retracts, the mounting rod 42 and the welding machine lifting plate 39 are driven to rotate around the bottom pin shaft 38, the arc-shaped hole 40 in the welding machine lifting plate 39 swings while the welding machine lifting plate rotates, the swinging motion is limited by the supporting pin shaft 41, and the supporting pin shaft 41 is matched with the arc-shaped hole 40 to play a role in guiding, limiting and supporting stably.
The present invention only shows the torch 44 portion of the welder, with the other portions being directly connected to the torch 44.
The mounting rod 42 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 46, and a welding gun 44 of the welding machine and a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 43 are matched and connected with the mounting holes 46. The installation positions of the welding gun 44 and the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 43 can be adjusted according to actual needs. When the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 43 extends, the welding gun 44 leaves the welding opening 48 of the ship pin shaft 3, when the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 43 retracts, the welding gun 44 approaches the welding opening 48 of the ship pin shaft 3, and the rotating wheel 26 rotates one circle, so that the nozzle 47 of the welding gun 44 rotates one circle along with the rotating wheel 26 and rotates one circle around the welding opening 48 of the ship pin shaft 3.
When the ship pin shaft 3 is used in place, the jacking cylinder 10 jacks up the ship pin shaft 3 and tightly presses the ship pin shaft 3 through the workpiece pressing plate 4, the power transmission part moves to drive the rotating wheel 26 to rotate, the rotating wheel 26 drives the welding gun 44 to approach to the welding port 48 of the ship pin shaft 3 and fire, the welding port 48 is preheated, the welding gun 44 is welded, the welding gun 44 is subjected to flame-out annealing, the welding gun 44 is flamed out and leaves the workpiece, and the ship pin shaft 3 is loosened and pulled out.
During the ignition and the preheating of the crater 48, the position of the nozzle 47 of the welding torch 44 is adjusted by adjusting the piston rod of the cylinder 43 so as to be slightly away from the crater 48, and after the preheating is completed, the position of the nozzle 47 of the welding torch 44 is adjusted by adjusting the piston rod of the cylinder 43 so as to be close to the crater 48 for welding. After welding, the welding gun 44 is raised by adjusting the piston rod of the cylinder 43.
The device is not limited to the welding of the ship pin shaft 3, but also is suitable for the welding or other processing operation of other similar structural components, the clamping and positioning of the similar structural components and the like.
The accurate positioning of the ship pin shaft 3 is realized through the workpiece clamping, loosening and controlling part, namely, the ship pin shaft 3 formed by various shafts with different lengths and plates with different thicknesses can be compressed by the position of the height adjusting rod 7 in the workpiece clamping, loosening and controlling part relative to the workpiece pressing plate 4. The positioning device is suitable for shafts with different lengths and thicknesses and plates with different thicknesses, and has wide application range and high positioning accuracy.
Synchronous rotation of the two rotating wheels 26 is achieved through the transmission mechanism, and therefore one circle of accurate welding of the welding gun 44 installed on the rotating wheels 26 to the welding opening 48 of the ship pin shaft 3 is achieved.
The holes with different distances from the center of the rotating wheel are formed in the rotating wheel 26, so that the welding work of the ship pin shaft 3 with different specifications and sizes is met, and the application range is wide.
