c1: mixing the crushed glass fiber material and the carbon nano material, and putting the mixture into pulping equipment to prepare slurry;
c2: adding a liquid binder in the pulping process, and continuously pulping for 10-20 minutes;
c3: diluting the pulped pulp to enable the pH value of the pulp to be 3-4, and obtaining the pulp with the mass concentration of 1.5% -2.5%;
c4: adding a reactive additive to the prepared slurry.
