Abstract
本发明展示了一种抗渗胶超柔无纺布的制备工艺,包括:将纺粘用高聚物切片与所需功能母粒相混合,并在一定的温度和压力下变成黏流态向前挤压至喷丝口进行纺丝,后经牵伸、分丝、铺网得到纺粘纤网层,以其为面层和底层,中间加入超细纤维作为中间层,后将其经过热轧机进行粘合加固,所得产品主要应用于卫生材料方面,可有效解决传统双层纺粘无纺布在施胶时渗胶缠辊的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于非织造布领域,具体地来说,本发明涉及一种抗渗胶超柔无纺布的制备工艺及其作用。
背景技术
无纺布又称非织造布突破了传统的纺织原理,产品用途广,原料来源多,是新一代环保材料,在卫生材料方面应用可充分发挥所用原料的优点。采用聚丙烯切片为原料,添加少量功能母粒,通过熔融纺丝、牵伸铺网、热轧后整理、烘干卷曲等步骤制得,具有无纺布通用优点外,由于功能母粒的添加,又可使其具备特定功能。
在卫生材料方面使用时,双层纺粘无纺布通常需要进行喷胶处理,现今在使用时普遍会发生缠辊溢胶的现象,成为广大公司产品制备时的应用痛点。
发明内容
为解决现今产品制备喷胶时溢胶缠辊的应用痛点,本发明提供一种抗渗胶超柔无纺布的制备工艺及其作用。
通过以下技术方法对本发明的实现进行进一步说明。
将纺粘用高聚物切片和功能母粒混合,在一定温度和压力条件下熔融纺丝、牵伸、分丝堆叠铺网,得到纺粘纤网层;
以得到的纺粘纤网层为面层(1)和底层(3),加入少量超细纤维作为中间层(2);
将三层纤网经过热轧机进行热轧粘合。
以上制备工艺,按比例份数计,所述纺粘用母粒包括:高聚物切片80-90份,功能母粒10-20份;
其中,所述高聚物切片是聚乙烯或聚丙烯中任意一种,功能母粒是色母粒、柔软母粒、降温母粒、弹性体、填充母粒、爽滑母粒、降解母粒中的任意一种或多种组合;
优选地,所述纺粘用母粒包括:聚丙烯80-90份,柔软母粒3-4份,色母粒1-2份,弹性体5-10份;
更优选地,所述纺粘用母粒包括:聚丙烯89份,色母粒1.5份,柔软母粒3.5份,弹性体6份。
前述步骤中,少量的超细纤维为中间层(2),其添加量比例是1%-4%。
前述的制备方法中,所用聚丙烯熔融指数是36-37g/10min。
前述的制造工艺,其特征是,在加热温度为180-280℃,压力为3-8MPa下进行纺丝,然后在1700-2000pa的风压下以1000-1500rpm的速度进行冷却牵伸,形成的杂乱丝束最终堆叠在成网帘上,形成蓬松的纺粘纤网层,加入超细纤维,形成三层纤网结构,在线压力是67-73N/mm,温度是140-155℃的热轧机上进行粘合加固。
前述制备纺粘纤网层时,柔软母粒和弹性体的添加,在产品使用时柔软亲肤,具有弹性无紧勒感,超细纤维层(3)的添加,在保证柔软的同时,使得材料具有高比表面积。
根据前述步骤,本发明制备出一种抗渗胶超柔无纺布。
前述所制备的抗渗胶超柔无纺布,面密度是12.7-20g/㎡,纵向拉伸强力是12-16N/25mm,横向拉伸强力是6-9N/25mm,纵向断裂伸长率是70%-110%,横向断裂伸长率是60%-100%,透气率是2200-3000L/㎡/S,在9KPa的负载下按照李莎茹曲线运动轨迹进行90转摩擦,起毛度是2.5-3.5级。
前述的抗渗胶超柔无纺布,主要应用于卫生材料领域。
本发明的作用效果是:本抗渗胶超柔无纺布,在普通双层纺粘无纺布的基础上加入少量超细纤维层,在保证柔软的同时提高产品的比表面积,可有效拦截胶水,减少胶水在纤网间滑移,从而防止溢胶,为卫生材料制备时的施胶阶段容易渗胶缠辊现象提供一种有效可行的解决方案。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实现进行充分说明,本领域内相关人士在未有创新劳动前提下所获得的其他相关制备方法,属本发明保护范围。
对于现今传统双层纺粘无纺布在卫生材料方面应用时,会产生施胶渗胶的问题,从而导致缠辊、客户体验感差的问题,本发明提供了一种抗渗胶超柔无纺布的制备方法,在保证产品的强力和透气性的同时,还可有效防止渗胶,提高客户使用体验感。
如图1所示本发明采用纺粘用聚丙烯熔融指数是36-37g/10min,通常为市面购买常规纺粘用料,所用功能母粒包括:色母粒、柔软母粒、弹性体,其为常规市面购买或自制。
本发明所用,按照比例份数计,所述纺粘用母粒包括:高聚物切片80-90份,
柔软母粒3-4份,色母粒1-2份,弹性体5-10份。
优选地,所用纺粘用母粒包括:聚丙烯89份,色母粒1.5份,柔软母粒3.5份,弹性体6份。所用超细纤维层添加量是1%-4%。
将上述所用母粒按照比例进行混合,精准计量,过滤,在180-280℃的稳定温度和3-8MPa的压力下,挤压熔融,固体切片成为熔体,在压力下向前通过过滤后从喷丝板喷出形成丝束,经10-15℃侧吹风进行冷却,以1000-1500rpm的转速进行气流牵伸,分丝器分丝在成网帘上杂乱堆叠成网,得到纺粘纤网层,以制得的纤网为面层(1)和底层(3),中间加入1%-4%的超细纤维(2),再将三层纤网通过140-155℃热轧机进行热轧加固。
制得的无纺布,面密度是12.7-20g/㎡,纵向拉伸强力是12-16N/25mm,横向拉伸强力是6-9N/25mm,纵向断裂伸长率是70%-110%,横向断裂伸长率是60%-100%,透气率是2200-3000L/㎡/S,在9KPa的负载下按照李莎茹曲线运动轨迹进行90转摩擦,起毛度是2.5-3.5级。
超细纤维层的添加量较少不会过度增加成本,但可达到有效抗渗胶的效果。
如图2所示,面层(1)和底层(3)采用纺粘法使得材料拥有所需强力,加以柔软母粒和弹性体,使得在与人体皮肤接触时柔软舒适且具备一定弹性不会有紧勒感,中间加入超细纤维层(2),使其更加柔软爽滑,均匀细密的孔径所增加的高比表面积,可有效容纳喷施的胶水,并形成粘结作用,有效防止渗胶。
Claims (6)
1.一种抗渗胶超柔无纺布的制备工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纺粘用高聚物切片和功能母粒混合,在一定温度和压力条件下熔融纺丝、牵伸、分丝堆叠铺网,得到纺粘纤网层;
(2)以得到的纺粘纤网层为面层和底层,加入少量超细纤维作为中间层;
(3)将三层纤网经过热轧机进行热轧粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于,按照比例份数计,所述纺粘用母粒包括:高聚物切片80-90份,功能母粒10-20份;
其中,所述高聚物切片是聚乙烯或聚丙烯中任意一种,功能母粒是色母粒、柔软母粒、降温母粒、弹性体、填充母粒、爽滑母粒、降解母粒中的任意一种或多种组合;
优选地,所述纺粘用母粒包括:聚丙烯80-90份,柔软母粒3-4份,色母粒1-2份,弹性体5-10份;
更优选地,所述纺粘用母粒包括:聚丙烯89份,色母粒1.5份,柔软母粒3.5份,弹性体6份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的制备工艺,其特征是,聚丙烯熔融指数是36-37g/10min,在加热温度为180-280℃,压力为3-8MPa下进行纺丝,然后在1700-2000pa的风压下以1000-1500rpm的速度进行冷却牵伸,形成的杂乱丝束最终堆叠在成网帘上,形成蓬松的纺粘纤网层,加入比例为1%-4%的超细纤维,形成三层纤网结构,在线压力是67-73N/mm,温度是140-155℃的热轧机上进行粘合加固。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的方法制备出一种超柔抗渗胶无纺布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无纺布,其特征是,面密度是12.7-20g/㎡,纵向拉伸强力是12-16N/25mm,横向拉伸强力是6-9N/25mm,纵向断裂伸长率是70%-110%,横向断裂伸长率是60%-100%,透气率是2200-3000L/㎡/S,在9KPa的负载下按照李莎茹曲线运动轨迹进行90转摩擦,起毛度是2.5-3.5级。
