Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, in particular to water-based gravure base coating ink which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 60-90% of styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion, 0-30% of pigment color paste, 10-20% of edible alcohol, 0.5-1% of polyethylene wax, 15-25% of water and 0.2-0.4% of defoaming agent. The base coating ink disclosed by the invention is full in color, high in transparency, good in adhesive force and good in printing adaptability; the color primer can be made according to the needs, can adapt to the printing of a high-speed gravure press, has the adhesion fastness of over 95 percent after a printed product is off the machine, has attractive and elegant printing effect, and can remarkably improve the problem of poor adhesion of partial printing ink on the aluminized paper.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, and particularly relates to water-based gravure base coating ink.
Background
The gravure ink is short for gravure ink and is suitable for various gravure printing. The gravure ink is the same as other printing inks, and the main components of the gravure ink are colored substances (pigments) and binders. The colored matter has color developing effect, and the color contrast with the color of the printing stock shows image on the printing stock. The gravure ink is mostly volatile solvent type ink, consists of pigment, solid resin, volatile solvent, filler and additive, and can achieve the due printability and use performance of the ink only by mixing the components and the proportion of the raw materials, so that the printing ink can be well matched with a printing plate, a printing machine and a printing material, and the printing process can be smoothly carried out.
The aluminum foil or the aluminum-plated paper is an indispensable packaging material, the aluminum foil or the aluminum-plated paper can be used for packaging products in various shapes and can also be processed into containers in various shapes, however, common ink cannot be directly coated on the aluminum foil, the adhesion is poor, the color saturation is not high, and improvement is needed.

7. The aqueous gravure basecoat ink of claim 1 wherein the pigment paste is an aqueous organic pigment paste.
8. The aqueous gravure priming ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoamer is EGO Foamex 825.
