Abstract
本发明提供一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂及其制备方法。本发明属于空气消毒技术领域。按质量份数计,包括有苍术10‑20份、艾叶5‑10份、大青叶3‑8份、藿香3‑8份、薄荷5‑10份、金银花5‑10份。将上述原料清洗烘干、粉碎、浸泡、过滤、水蒸气蒸馏、灭菌、检验后获得空气清新消毒剂成品。与现有技术相比,本发明的空气清新消毒剂采用植物提取的中药材制备而成,无毒副作用,能够快速降低空间内病原微生物和减轻室内空气污染;本发明的制备工艺流程简单易操作,环保、无污染,同时生产成本低,提高了生产效率。

本发明属于空气消毒技术领域,涉及一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会物质文明的高度发展,空气污染特别是室内空气污染,在其程度上大大增加,导致一部分人呼吸道疾病的患病频率增加和出现头昏、疲乏恶心等症状,给许多人的工作和生活带来困扰和烦恼,类的身体健康已受到越来越大的威胁,如何消除和预防室内病毒和细菌的感染,以及减轻空气污染已成为人们不得不面对的问题。
基于此,市场上出现了很多种的清新及消毒空气的产品。目前市场上这些空气消毒、清新剂存在着较大的问题与不足,一是绝大多数产品只是添加了一些化学香精,这类产品喷射在空气中只是有芳香气味而不具备杀菌消毒功效;二是现有的产品通常采用化工产品做为原料,虽然具有一定清新消毒的功能,但会增加了新的污染;三是传统医药类空气消毒产品,虽然有较强的消毒杀菌作用,但往往气味难闻(如来苏水),一般人难以接受,或是用氟酸消毒,容易对人体造成损害,不能完全改善室内的空气环境。

为了解决上述问题,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,无毒副作用,能够快速降低空间内病原微生物和减轻室内空气污染;
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂的制备方法,工艺流程简单易操作,生产成本低,提高了生产效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,按质量份数计,该空气清新消毒剂包括有苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10 份、金银花5-10份。
进一步地,按质量份数计,优选的,所述苍术为20份、艾叶为10份、大青叶为4份、藿香为6份、薄荷为5份、金银花为8份时,效果最佳。
进一步地,按质量份数计,该空气清新消毒剂还包括有穿心莲3-6份、柠檬2-6份、薰衣草3-8份、麻黄3-8份。
进一步地,在本发明中,苍术味辛、苦,性温;归脾、胃、肝经。早在汉代,张仲景就说苍术“能避一切恶气”。明代李时珍在《本草纲目》中也记载苍术“能除恶气,古今病疫及岁旦,入家往往烧苍术以辟邪气,故时疫之病多用之”。近代张山雷《本草正义》记载:苍术“芳香辟秽,胜四时不正之气,故时疫之病多用之。最能驱除秽浊恶气。阴霾之域,久旷之屋,宜焚此物而后居人”。苍术燥湿健脾、祛风湿、明目,具有湿毒郁表的功效;对湿疹发痒、黄水疮、皮肤角化症、结核病及预防控制疟疾症状均有明显效果。苍术气味芳烈,故民间常用驱秽、防疫、防病及室内空气消毒。苍术挥发油由一系列的倍半萜组成。现已分离和鉴定55种成分。主要成分有:d一榄香烯、B-罗勒烯、苍术酮、茅术醇、桉油醇等,对结核杆菌、肺炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠、枯草及绿脓杆菌、真菌等有显著的灭菌效果,与***相似;而优于紫外线及乳酸的消毒。
苍术具有湿毒郁表的功效,对湿疹发痒、黄水疮、皮肤角化症、结核病及预防控制疟疾症状均有明显效果。苍术成分的研究主要集中在挥发油方面,其挥发油主要含有苍素、茅术醇和桉叶醇等成分。苍术气味芳烈,故民间常用驱秽、防疫、防病及室内空气消毒。如端午节儿童香布袋即以苍术为主香料,苍术与艾叶熏蒸可灭蚊蝇和室内消毒杀菌,对结核杆菌、肺炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠、枯草及绿脓杆菌、真菌等有显著的灭菌效果,与***相似;而优于紫外线及乳酸的消毒。对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。
艾叶辛、苦、温,归肝、脾、肾经。温经止血,散寒止痛;外用祛湿止痒。主要含黄酮类、鞣质类、三萜类、多糖类及微量元素等,其药理作用广泛有平喘止咳、抗过敏、镇痛消炎、增强免疫力、抗菌、抗病毒、止血等功效。艾叶油对金葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、奈瑟氏菌、肺炎球菌有抑制杀灭作用,对大多数革兰氏阴性细菌有一定抑制作用。
穿心莲清热解毒,凉血消肿。主治急性菌痢,胃肠炎,感冒,流脑,气管炎,肺炎,百日咳,肺结核,肺脓疡,胆囊炎,高血压,鼻衄,口咽肿痛,疮疖痈肿,水火烫伤,毒蛇咬伤。叶含二萜内酯化合物;体外试验,穿心莲水煎剂及从其中分离出之粗结晶,均对钩端螺旋体的某些型别有抑制或杀灭作用,煎剂对肺炎球菌、甲链球菌及卡他球菌有一定抑制作用;穿心莲内酯结构骨架的二萜类化合物,对病毒引起的严重急性呼吸道综合症有明显作用,可用于治疗和预防由SARS病毒引起疾病。
大青叶性味苦寒、以清热解毒、凉血化斑为主要功效,主治呼吸***感染,主含靛玉烷B、靛蓝、靛玉红、色氨酸、色氨酮等其药理作用主要有抗病原微生物、抗内毒素、抗炎、增强免疫功能、解热等作用。临床用于治疗流行性乙型脑炎、防治上呼吸道感染等。大青叶对多种细菌性及病毒性疾病均有效果。
藿香芳香化浊,和中止呕,发表解暑。用于湿浊中阻,脘痞呕吐,暑湿表证,湿温初起,发热倦怠,胸闷不舒,寒湿闭暑,腹痛吐泻,鼻渊头痛。藿香有明显的抗真菌作用;对许兰氏毛癣菌等多种致病性真菌有抑制作用;能抑制多种致病性真菌;抗钩端螺旋体作用,抗病毒作用。藿香中的黄酮类物质有抗病毒作用。可以抑制上呼吸道病原体——鼻病毒的生长繁殖;藿香有杀菌功能,***一叶可除口臭,预防传染病,并能用作防腐剂。
薄荷具有纯郁香气,可疹毒郁表,具有清凉、驱风、消炎、镇痛和兴奋的作用。它是辛凉性发汗解热药,具有杀菌消炎、柔化皮肤、提神醒脑等作用。薄荷醇对各种真菌和细菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,表皮葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌对之较为敏感。
金银花具有清热解毒之功效。主治外感风热或温病发热,中暑,热毒血痢,痈肿疔疮,喉痹,多种感染性疾病。含有丰富的绿原酸,具有广泛的抗菌作用,木犀草素也有抗菌作用,其他成分如肌醇、皂苷、鞣酸等,因为它们含有大量的还原基团,所以对多种致病菌具有抑制作用。这些病原菌包括引起中医热毒证的金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、脑膜炎球菌,引起肠道急性热性感染的伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、志贺氏菌、福氏痢疾杆菌以及霍乱杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、结核杆菌等。
柠檬,味酸、甘,性凉,归胃、肺经。生津解暑,和胃安胎。药理作用有:抗菌抗病毒,抗炎;止血;抗氧化作用。柑橘柠檬提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌有显著的抑制作用,且对能形成生物膜细菌有杀伤作用。有研究报告指出,提取物对人和动物试验表明,无论口服还是注射,不会在任何器官中蓄积,目前认为柠檬提取物无毒副作用,可以大量摄入,应用小鼠体细胞、生殖细胞和微生物检测***,从不同检测终点证明它无致突变性。
薰衣草,味辛,性凉;清热解毒、散风止痒;有镇静催眠解痉作用、抗菌作用、抗氧化作用、神经保护作用。薰衣草精油具有止痛、抗抽搐、抗沮丧、消炎、抗风湿、抗菌、抗痉挛、抗病毒、杀菌、祛肠胃胀气、利胆、促进结疤、兴奋、增进细胞活动。同时具有抗脂质过氧化、利胆的作用,还具有驱风、抗胃肠气胀、抗急性腹痛的特性,对蚊虫也有很好的驱杀作用。
麻黄味辛、苦,性温。生用发汗力强,蜜炙稍缓,归肺、膀胱二经。药理作用广泛,有报道的作用有发汗、利尿、镇咳、平喘、抗过敏、升高血压、兴奋中枢神经***、解热、抗病毒及影响神经肌肉传递等作用。近年来,又发现麻黄具有改善慢性肾功能衰竭、促进脂肪细胞脂肪合成、影响细胞免疫、清除氧自由基和对抗急性血淤症形成等作用。
本发明提供一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:清洗烘干:将各中药原料精选后,分别进行清洗和烘干;
S2:粉碎:将S1中烘干后的中药原料分别进行粉碎;
S3:浸泡:按一定的重量配比分别称取S2中粉碎好的中药原料进行混合,然后用清洁水在常温下一次性浸泡形成带有沉淀物的药液;
S4:过滤:将S3中浸泡好的药液先用过滤机粗滤,再用超滤器精滤,过滤掉沉淀物;
S5:水蒸气蒸馏:将S4中过滤完成的药液用水蒸气蒸馏法提取;
S6:灭菌:将S5中蒸馏得到的蒸馏液利用瞬间灭菌器进行灭菌;
S7:检验:包装、检验后获得成品。
进一步地,所述S3中清洁水的用量为混合药物重量的6倍。
进一步地,本空气消毒清新剂的使用方法是:采用电子喷雾或超声喷雾的方法,将药液按1:1的比例用清水稀释或用原液直接加入电子喷雾装置或超声雾化机中,使其雾化,分散于室内空间,可以在短时间内有效的降低空间内的病毒和细菌数量,并作用于人体,在皮肤及呼吸道粘膜表层形成保护性药膜,从而可治疗多种呼吸道疾病,预防细菌性、病毒性呼吸道疾病的交叉传播,而且还可以清新空气、驱虫止痒。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
首先,本空气清新消毒剂包括有苍术、艾叶、大青叶、藿香、薄荷、金银花、穿心莲、柠檬、薰衣草、麻黄等中药成分。苍术主要成分有:d一榄香烯、 B-罗勒烯、苍术酮、茅术醇、桉油醇等,对结核杆菌、肺炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠、枯草及绿脓杆菌、真菌等有显著的灭菌效果,与***相似;艾叶所含化学成分复杂,主要含挥发油类,其次是黄酮类、鞣质类、三萜类、多糖类及微量元素等,其药理作用广泛有平喘止咳、镇痛消炎、增强免疫力、抗过敏、抗菌、抗病毒、止血等功效;其挥发油对金葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、奈瑟氏菌、肺炎球菌有抑制杀灭作用,对大多数革兰氏阴性细菌有一定抑制作用;藿香挥发油含百秋李醇和黄酮类,可抑制大部分皮肤致病性细菌的生长繁殖,尤其是与人体腋臭和脚气有关的负责菌;能刺激胃黏膜、促进胃液分泌,增强消化能力;有明显的止咳化痰及抗炎、镇痛作用。大青叶其成分主要含有靛玉烷B、靛蓝、靛玉红、色氨酸、色氨酮等;其药理作用主要有抗病原微生物、抗内毒素、抗炎、增强免疫功能、解热等;对多种细菌性及病毒性疾病均有效果。金银花挥发油中的双花醇有较强的体外抑菌作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和溶血葡萄球菌均有显著的抑菌效果。芳樟醇、香叶醇、а-松油醇亦有抗菌、抗病毒作用。芳樟醇可以平喘镇咳,治疗小儿肺炎及扁桃体炎等。薄荷挥发油主要化学成分为醇、酮、酯、萜烯、萜烷类化合物,对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、啤酒酵母、大肠杆菌、根霉、黑曲霉等细菌及真菌都有比较明显的抑制作用。
综上所述,通过以上药物经过有机结合,组方中药物的主要有效成分多种多样,但均有明显的抑菌、杀菌、抗病毒,和对多种呼吸道疾病的治疗作用;组合一起后,其作用更加广泛;按照特定的比例和量制作后,更达到了芳香、无毒、提高疗效的目的。方中以苍术和艾叶味辛、苦、性温,用以燥湿散寒为主;藿香味辛、性微温,用以芳香化浊为辅;金银花味甘、性寒,大青叶味苦、性寒,用以清热解毒为主;薄荷味辛、性凉,用以疏风解表为使。全方有燥湿散寒、清热解毒、疏风解表之功效。配合制剂后期氯化钠的加入调配,整体制剂辛苦甘咸俱有;温凉适中;药物归经中,心肝脾肺肾俱全;药性不偏不倚,不至过于寒凉或过于温热;而且只以喷雾和雾化形式在特定空间或环境中消毒杀菌,气味芳香、无毒性,少量以气雾状态作用于皮肤和粘膜,安全性极高。
其次,本空气清新消毒剂的制备方法更为简单,工艺流程简单易操作,降低了制备成本,提高了生产效率;且制备过程中保护药液的药性成分不被损坏,保证了制备得到的中药液的药性效果;在存贮过程中,不易产生沉积物,符合产品对可见异物检验的规定,保障了药用的安全。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
实施例1:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份。
实施例2:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份、柠檬2-6份。
实施例3:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份、薰衣草3-8份。
实施例4:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份、穿心莲3-6份。
实施例5:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份、穿心莲3-6份、柠檬2-6份。
实施例6:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份、穿心莲3-6份、薰衣草3-8份。
实施例7:苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份、穿心莲3-6份、麻黄3-8份。
将上述实施例1-7采用清洗烘干、粉碎、浸泡、过滤、灭菌、检验的过程制备出成品。
对照试验:将实施例1-7制备而得到的空气清新净化液(试验组)与传统的过氧乙酸熏蒸消毒法(对照组1)以及苍术、艾叶燃烧消毒法(对照组2)和紫外线灯照射消毒法(对照组3)进行对比试验。
对照组1:吉林康奈尔有限公司生产的15.9%过氧乙酸。
对照组2:生苍术、艾叶。
对照组3:30W紫外线灯。
试验场所:手术室:选择体积相同(5m x 5m x 3m),室内结构(门、窗、室内设施)完全一致的4个手术间作为消毒对象,试验时随机抽取。普通病房 (2.5m x 5m x 3m)室内4张病床;换药室(3m x 4.5m x 3m)。
试验方法:
试验组:试验共分4组,采用实施例1-7制备的试验组,通过电动超微粒喷雾器,分别按每立方米用量为:0.25g、0.5g、1.0g、2.0g对随机抽取的4间手术室进行空气消毒。每组平行试验15次。
对照组1:过氧乙酸熏蒸空气消毒法:取15.9%的过氧乙酸原液8mbm-3,通过酒精灯进行加热熏蒸。
对照组2:苍术、艾叶燃烧空气消毒法:以苍术和艾叶各按1份用95%的酒精浸泡24h,将浸泡好的苍术、艾叶盛于换药碗中,置于手术间中央空旷处,直接点燃烟熏。
对照组3:30W紫外线灯管一只,直接照射1h,灯管离地面2.5m。
上述4种方法对比试验15次。
实验结果:
上述4种空气消毒法的消毒效果比较见表1。结果显示,试验组消毒效果优于对照组。

试验组应用在医院其他区域普通病房和换药室的消毒效果见表2(消毒效果见表2)

上述4种消毒法分别在消毒前以及消毒后30,60,120,240min,参照《消毒技术规范)(2002)中的微生物污染监测技术,按标准沉降法收集空气标本,即将直径为9cm的血琼胶平皿放置在固定位置(以手术间对角线的中点和两端分别距墙1m选3个点),在距离地面1m的高度水平放置并暴露5min,盖好,送培养室培养,在37T温箱培养48h,然后在光学显微镜下进行菌落计数 (单位cfu),取3个培养皿菌落数的平均值作为指标。依据《卫生防疫微生物检测操作规则》进行常规细菌培养和检测。
结果:试验组效果优于对照组,应用于不同区域均达到了预期的效果。结论:试验组进行空气消毒效果确切、价格低廉、未发现对人体有毒副作用。
效果判断:
按***《消毒技术规范》中各类环境空气卫生标准。普通手术室属U类环境,要求空气中细菌数W200 cfu-m-\病房、换药室属HI类环境,要求空气中细菌数W500 cfu-m-30。
结果讨论:
苍术、艾叶均是中医常用药,苍术为菊科植物苍术的干燥根茎,艾叶为菊科植物艾的干燥叶,药用历史悠久,分别始载于《神农本草经》、《名医别录》,入药内服有镇咳、祛痰、平喘、抗过敏等功效。民间早有利用二药燃烧烟雾进行空气消毒一说,近期又有人对苍术、艾叶燃烧空气消毒法进行深入研究。其杀菌主要成分为苍术醇、茅术醇、叶醇等。提取苍术、艾叶有效成分进行空气消毒,对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血型链球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、白喉杆菌、结核杆菌等均有杀灭和抑制作用。过氧化氢主要通过氧化作用杀菌,其分解产生的新生态氧,使细菌蛋白的疏基氧化成为二硫基,致使细菌代谢障碍死亡,分解后无残留毒性。我们用苍术、艾叶为重要成分制成的空气清新净化液进行空气消毒与传统的苍术、艾叶燃烧法和现在临床上较多使用的过氧乙酸熏蒸以及紫外线灯照射消毒法进行比较,结果显示,经过4种消毒方法消毒后的手术间均达到了《消毒技术规范》中Ⅱ、Ⅲ类环境空气卫生标准,且空气清新净化液喷雾的消毒效果优于对照组消毒效果。
应用空气清新净化液进行空气消毒,不受时间、温度、湿度的限制,消毒时空气中散发着淡淡的芳香的中药味,在消毒的同时还能起到湿化空气的作用,对人体皮肤、黏膜、呼吸道均无刺激或其他毒副作用,病人和工作人员能够接受,取材资源丰富,性质稳定,使用简单。消毒期间不需要搬动病人,医护人员也可以照常对病人进行治疗和护理,因此该方法还适用于各种场所的空气消毒(如商场、影剧院、候机候车厅等人员密集处),尤其适用于危重病人较多、病人和医护人员不便离开的病房空气消毒,节省时间和人力。

1.一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括有苍术10-20份、艾叶5-10份、大青叶3-8份、藿香3-8份、薄荷5-10份、金银花5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,所述苍术为20份、艾叶为10份、大青叶为4份、藿香为6份、薄荷为5份、金银花为8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,该空气清新消毒剂还包括有柠檬2-6份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,该空气清新消毒剂还包括有穿心莲3-6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,该空气清新消毒剂还包括有薰衣草3-8份。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,该空气清新消毒剂还包括有穿心莲3-6份、薰衣草3-8份。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂,其特征在于,该空气清新消毒剂还包括有穿心莲3-6份、麻黄3-8份。
8.如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种植物提取空气清新消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:清洗烘干:将各中药原料精选后,分别进行清洗和烘干;
S2:粉碎:将S1中烘干后的中药原料分别进行粉碎;
S3:浸泡:按一定的重量配比分别称取S2中粉碎好的中药原料进行混合,然后用清洁水在常温下一次性浸泡形成带有沉淀物的药液;
S4:过滤:将S3中浸泡好的药液先用过滤机粗滤,再用超滤器精滤,过滤掉沉淀物;
