Abstract
The invention discloses a cutting device and a method for irregularly-shaped stones, wherein the cutting device comprises two first cutting devices for cutting the stones along the left-right direction and a plurality of second cutting devices for cutting the stones along the front-back direction, the second cutting devices are sequentially arranged at intervals left and right, the two first cutting devices are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the second cutting devices, the cutting end of each first cutting device can move to the front side or the rear side of any second cutting device, and the second cutting devices can drive the front end and the rear end of the stone on each second cutting device to move to the lower part of the cutting ends of the two first cutting devices. The invention provides a stone cutting device and a stone cutting method, which can rapidly finish cutting of front and rear ends of irregular-shaped stone, shorten the time consumption for cutting the irregular-shaped stone and improve the cutting efficiency of the irregular-shaped stone.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stone cutting. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cutting apparatus and method for irregularly shaped stone materials.
Background
The stone is used after being cut, and is generally cut by stone cutting equipment. The stones transported back from the quarry are generally regular in shape, approximately rectangular, and the regular-shape stones are convenient to cut. However, some irregular stone materials exist, and the stone materials are also long-strip-shaped, but the two ends of the stone materials are irregular, so that great difficulty is brought to processing. To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a cutting apparatus for irregularly shaped stone materials, comprising two first cutting devices cutting stone materials in a left-right direction and a plurality of second cutting devices cutting stone materials in a front-rear direction, the plurality of second cutting devices being disposed in a left-right spaced order, the two first cutting devices being disposed at front and rear sides of the plurality of second cutting devices, respectively, a cutting end of the first cutting device being movable to a front side or a rear side of any one of the second cutting devices, and the second cutting devices being movable to drive front and rear ends of stone materials thereon to be respectively moved below the cutting ends of the two first cutting devices;
the method also comprises the following steps:
s1, placing stones with irregular shapes to be cut on the second cutting device;
s2, the second cutting devices drive the stones on the second cutting devices to move forward below the moving track of the cutting ends of the first cutting devices located in front, the first cutting devices located in front drive the cutting ends of the first cutting devices to move in the left-right direction, and the front ends of the stones on the second cutting devices are cut flat in sequence and then stop working;
