Abstract
The invention discloses cutting equipment and a method for irregular stone, wherein the cutting equipment comprises two first cutting devices for cutting stone along the left-right direction and a plurality of second cutting devices for cutting stone along the front-back direction, the plurality of second cutting devices are sequentially arranged at intervals left and right, the two first cutting devices are respectively arranged at the front side and the back side of the plurality of second cutting devices, the cutting end of each first cutting device can be moved to the front side or the back side of any one second cutting device, and the second cutting device can drive the front end and the back end of the stone thereon to respectively move below the cutting ends of the two first cutting devices. The invention provides stone cutting equipment and a method, which can quickly cut and flatten the front end and the rear end of an irregular stone, shorten the time consumption for cutting the irregular stone and improve the cutting efficiency of the irregular stone.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stone cutting. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cutting apparatus and method for irregularly shaped stone materials.
Background
The stone is used after the stone is required to be cut, and generally, the stone is cut by stone cutting equipment. Generally, the stones transported back from the quarries are all regular in shape, which are similar to rectangles, and the regular-shaped stones are convenient to cut. However, there are some irregular stones, which are also strip-shaped, but both ends of the stones are irregular, which brings great difficulty to processing. To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a cutting apparatus for irregular-shaped stone materials, comprising two first cutting devices for cutting stone materials in a left-right direction and a plurality of second cutting devices for cutting stone materials in a front-rear direction, the plurality of second cutting devices being sequentially disposed at left-right intervals, the two first cutting devices being disposed at front and rear sides of the plurality of second cutting devices, respectively, a cutting end of each of the first cutting devices being movable to a front side or a rear side of any one of the second cutting devices, and the second cutting device driving the front and rear ends of the stone material thereon to be moved below the cutting ends of the two first cutting devices, respectively.
Preferably, in the case of the stone material for irregular shape, the first cutting device includes a first moving mechanism and a first cutting mechanism, the first moving mechanism is disposed at a front side or a rear side of the plurality of second cutting devices, the first cutting mechanism is in transmission connection with the first moving mechanism, and a cutting end of the first cutting mechanism faces downward.

and S4, after the front end and the rear end of the stone on the second cutting device are cut to be flat, the second cutting device cuts the stone on the second cutting device.
According to the cutting equipment, the front end and the rear end of a plurality of irregular-shaped stones are cut to be flat through the two first cutting devices, and the stones on the irregular-shaped stones are cut through the second cutting devices, so that the time consumption for cutting the irregular-shaped stones is shortened, and the cutting efficiency of the irregular-shaped stones is improved.

and S4, after the front end and the rear end of the stone on the second cutting device are cut to be flat, the second cutting device cuts the stone on the second cutting device.
Preferably, as another embodiment of the present invention, the first cutting device includes a first moving mechanism 1 and a first cutting mechanism 2, the first moving mechanism 1 is disposed at a front side or a rear side of the plurality of second cutting devices, the first cutting mechanism 2 is in transmission connection with the first moving mechanism 1, and a cutting end of the first cutting mechanism is disposed downward.
In this embodiment, the first moving mechanism 1 and the first cutting mechanism 2 can be realized by using the prior art, and the specific structure thereof will not be described in detail here.
