The invention can be used in cooperation with the environment bin to conveniently carry out vibration test on automobile parts, and the cooperation between the air port and the plug can quickly reach the required test environment.

Background
Automobiles are important vehicles in people's daily lives. The components of the motor vehicle are subjected to impacts, in particular vibrations, during driving. It is therefore imperative that vibration testing of automotive components be performed. In the prior production, a vibration rack is adopted for testing automobile testing, and parts are arranged on a tooling plate of the vibration rack for testing. The working environment of the automobile parts often has certain humidity and experiences high-low temperature cross change, and along with vibration during driving, vibration detection in the situation is difficult.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the sound insulation mechanism for the vibration detection of the automobile parts, the sound insulation mechanism is matched with an environment bin to be used for conveniently carrying out the vibration test on the automobile parts, and the matching of an air port and a plug can quickly reach the required test environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a sound insulation mechanism for vibration detection of automobile parts, which comprises a box body in a rectangular shell shape, wherein the box body comprises a top plate and a bottom plate, shock absorption pads are arranged below the top plate and above the bottom plate, an air port communicated with an environmental chamber is arranged on the box body, and a plug used for sealing an inner cavity of the box body is arranged at the air port in a matched manner; the box body is internally provided with a part to be detected and a clamp for clamping the part to be detected, and the box body is internally provided with an acceleration sensor for vibration detection. The shock pad is used for isolating vibration of the spindle motor, the measuring range of the acceleration sensor is 50g, and the sensitivity is 100 mV/g. The invention can be used in cooperation with an environment bin to conveniently carry out vibration test on automobile parts, and the cooperation between an air port and a plug can quickly reach a required test environment.
The device comprises a top plate, a clamp, a loading plate, a spring, an electric push rod, a shock pad, a bottom plate and a base plate, wherein the lower part of the loading plate is fixedly provided with the lower support; the part to be tested is a roller screw assembly in an automobile braking system. The damping pad arranged below loads the tested roller screw assembly, so that the influence caused by vibration of the loading plate can be reduced, and the screw or the nut can be prevented from rotating.

The vibration utilization structure specifically comprises a vibration guide piece fixedly connected with a main shaft (or a loading plate or a part to be detected), the vibration guide piece is connected with a switch of an ultrasonic atomizing nozzle, the vibration guide piece forms pulse on-off to the switch after being vibrated, so that the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle forms pulse type spraying and jetting, the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is arranged on the inner wall of a box body, a water pipe of the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is arranged in the wall of the box body, the other end of the water pipe is connected with a water storage tank arranged outside the box body, an on-off valve is arranged on the water pipe and electrically connected with a controller, the controller is also electrically connected with a humidity sensor arranged in the box body, the humidity sensor in the box body is used for detecting the humidity in the box body, and the on-off valve is closed when the humidity in the box body reaches a set value, namely the working environment humidity of the part to be detected is close to the on-off valve, so that the pulse type spraying is realized by the vibration of the part to be detected to form the required environment humidity in the box body, the finally measured data is closer to the actual working condition of the parts, and the data is closer to the actual working condition.
A further technical scheme is that a guide rail is arranged in the environment bin, and a sliding groove matched with the guide rail is formed in the lower end of the box body.
A further technical scheme is that the acceleration sensor is a three-axis acceleration sensor and is respectively used for detecting the vibration of the main shaft, the part to be detected and the loading plate, and the shock pad is made of silica gel.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the vibration testing device can be used in cooperation with the environment bin to conveniently perform vibration testing on automobile parts, and the matching of the air port and the plug can quickly achieve the required testing environment.
The damping pad arranged below loads the tested roller screw assembly, so that the influence caused by vibration of the loading plate can be reduced, and the screw or the nut can be prevented from rotating.
The influence generated by the vibration of the main shaft can be reduced by adopting the liquid dynamic and static pressure to support the main shaft. The working environment of the automobile parts can be simulated, so that the measured data is closer to the real use condition.

Two air ports 5 are arranged and are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the box body 1; a vibration utilization structure for simulating the working environment of the parts is also arranged in the box body 1; the main shaft 12 is a liquid dynamic and static pressure support main shaft 12. The environment bin is internally provided with a guide rail, and the lower end of the box body 1 is provided with a sliding chute matched with the guide rail.
