The working principle is as follows: when the quartz sand purifying device is used, quartz sand needing to be purified is placed into the reaction kettle 1, then a proper amount of pickling agent is added, it is required to be stated that the height of the pickling solution is lower than that of the return pipe 8, then the reaction kettle 1 is closed, at the moment, an electromagnetic control valve inside the gas supplementing pipeline 3 is started, so that gas in the gas supplementing shell 2 is filled into the reaction kettle 1, meanwhile, the servo driving assembly 7 is started to drive the reciprocating plug 6 to slide in the hollow column 5 in a reciprocating mode, in the sliding process of the reciprocating plug 6, the gas in the reaction kettle 1 can be pumped into the hollow column 5 through the return pipe 8 and then is discharged into the reaction kettle 1 through the gas inlet pipe 4, so that the gas can be filled into a mixture of the pickling solution and the quartz sand from the bottom end of the reaction kettle 1, the pickling solution and the quartz sand are driven to roll, and the stirring effect can be achieved by replacing a stirring blade, meanwhile, in the process of rolling the quartz sand, the plurality of quartz sands are in direct contact collision, the impurity removal effect can be effectively improved, so that the condition that the use of stirring blades is omitted and the abrasion of the blades is reduced can be omitted, the purification cost is saved, meanwhile, the equipment does not need to be continuously filled with gas, the use of the gas is saved, and the purification cost is further reduced;
while the gas is discharged into the gas inlet pipe 4 from the hollow column 5, the gas pressure in the hollow column 5 is continuously extruded along with the movement of the reciprocating plug 6, so that the pressure in the hollow column 5 is continuously increased, the increased pressure can exert an acting force on the elastic rotating rod 9, when the force is larger than the magnetic force between the two electromagnets 10, the elastic rotating rod 9 rotates, thereby releasing the air flow, the air filled in the hollow column 5 can be charged by the design, in the process of pressurizing the gas, the internal energy of the gas is increased, so that the temperature is increased, the temperature of the pickling solution and the quartz sand is increased, thereby improving the pickling efficiency, simultaneously, the impact force of the pressurized gas on the pickling solution and the quartz sand is larger, therefore, the rolling degree of the pickling solution and the quartz sand is increased, and the pickling efficiency and effect are further improved;
in the process that gas is sucked into the hollow column 5 from the return pipe 8, the friction elastic sheets 12 and the counterweight balls 13 are driven to move by the flowing of the airflow, and the friction elastic sheets 12 and the counterweight balls 13 collide and rub with each other after moving, so that heat is generated, the heat of the gas in the hollow column 5 is further improved, and the pickling efficiency is improved; in the process of carrying out backflow transportation on the gas through the backflow pipe 8, the heat insulation sleeve 14 can effectively insulate the gas inside the backflow pipe 8, so that the gas is not excessively radiated in the recycling process; when the pickling solution and the quartz sand roll under the action of gas, the pickling solution and the quartz sand can also drive the hollow ball 16 to move, the hollow ball 16 moves to pull the elastic rod 15 to bounce the elastic rod in a reciprocating manner, the pickling solution and the quartz sand around the inner wall of the reaction kettle 1 can be homogenized in the process that the elastic rod 15 bounces with the hollow ball 16, so that the effect of stirring a region with low rolling degree is achieved, the pickling effect is improved, and meanwhile, the elastic rod 15 and the hollow ball 16 can knock the inner wall of the reaction kettle 1 to vibrate in the process of moving, so that the pickling solution and the quartz sand are effectively prevented from being attached to the inner wall of the reaction kettle 1;
in the process that the gas flows back through the return pipe 8, the gas firstly flows through the return holes 18 in the annular plate 17, and the condition that the return pipe 8 is blocked due to the fact that the pickling solution and the quartz sand drop into the return pipe 8 in the rolling process can be effectively prevented through the design of the annular plate 17, so that the service life of the return pipe 8 is prolonged, and the stability of equipment during operation is improved; in the process that the airflow flows through the return hole 18, the airflow is blocked by the spoiler 21, so that the flowing time of the airflow in the return hole 18 can be prolonged, and the airflow is evaporated because part of the pickling solution contained in the airflow is evaporated, and the part of the pickling solution gas is condensed after being cooled, so that the pickling solution is dripped into the reaction kettle 1 again, and the effects of refluxing the evaporated pickling solution and reducing the corrosion of the pickling solution to the inner wall of the return pipe 8 are achieved; the design of the heat conducting balls 19 and the heat radiating fins 20 can increase the contact area between the annular plate 17 and the outside air, so that the heat radiating effect of the annular plate 17 is improved, the annular plate 17 can be kept in a lower temperature state, and the vaporized pickling solution can be recycled conveniently; the design of the check valves in the gas inlet pipe 4 and the return pipe 8 can effectively ensure the stable operation of the equipment, and prevent the pickling solution from entering the gas suction mechanism to cause the equipment to be corroded;
after the pickling purification is completed, the recovery pump 28 and the electromagnetic control valve inside the gas supplementing pipeline 3 are started to recover the gas inside the reaction kettle 1, the recovered gas can be filled into the gas supplementing shell 2 through the gas supplementing pipeline 3, at the moment, in the process that the gas flows through the gas supplementing pipeline 3, the gas flow can apply an impact force to the follow-up plate 25, under the action of the impact force, the follow-up plate 25 can drive the balancing weight block 24 to compress the reset spring 26 to enable the balancing weight block to deform and move, so that the neutralizing block 23 can be in contact with the gas, and as the neutralizing block 23 is alkaline, the neutralizing effect can be achieved on the acid in the gas, so that the gas after pickling can be automatically neutralized, the environmental pollution is reduced, the effect of the emission standard is achieved, the design of the elastic membrane 27 can effectively prevent the neutralizing block 23 from volatilizing, when the gas is filled into the reaction kettle 1 through the gas supplementing shell 2, since the gas does not exert a force on the follower plate 25, the neutralization block 23 does not come into contact with the gas, and thus does not affect pickling.
