Description

Tableware with sterilizing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to tableware, in particular to tableware with a sterilizing device.
Background
The infant has weaker resistance and is easy to be infected by bacteria and viruses, and once the tableware is unhygienic, the symptoms of diarrhea, abdominal pain and the like of the infant are easily caused. In daily life, the tableware of infant usually can be directly washed with water like other ordinary tableware, and water washes can't clean bacteria and viruses, can't kill bacteria and viruses yet. A plurality of parents can also disinfect tableware of infants by adopting a high-temperature disinfection method, in particular, the tableware of the infants is placed in a boiling water or steam disinfection cabinet for a period of time, so that bacteria and viruses on the tableware are killed. However, if the tableware of the infant is directly put into boiling water or a disinfection cabinet, the surface temperature of the tableware is high, and the tableware is inconvenient to take. Moreover, if the disinfection cabinet is utilized for disinfection, a high-temperature disinfection cabinet is required to be purchased additionally, so that the disinfection cost is increased. In addition, the method for disinfecting at high temperature has great limitation in practical application, is generally only suitable for household use, and is inconvenient to disinfect and sterilize tableware of infants. When parents carry infants and go out, hot water can be contained in the bowl only, and then tableware such as chopsticks or spoons are put into the hot water contained in the bowl for scalding. Thus, parents not only need to carry the thermos at any time when going out, increasing the burden of going out, but also ensuring that the temperature of the hot water is high enough to kill bacteria and viruses of tableware of infants. It is well known that infants leave home to the outside environment and are more vulnerable to the invasion of bacteria and viruses in the outside environment, and thus, it is a major problem for parents to want to completely kill bacteria and viruses attached to tableware in the outside environment.

Referring to fig. 10B, when the conversion member 12 is in the folded state, the conversion member 12 is disposed on the container body 11 in such a manner that the upper edge of the conversion member 12 is lower than or aligned with the upper edge of the container body 11, and the receiving notch 102 is blocked, so that the user can eat the container 10 conveniently.
Preferably, the assembling portion 121 of the conversion member 12 has at least one crease, and the portions above and below the crease can be relatively moved to be unfolded or folded so that the conversion member 12 is converted between the unfolded state and the folded state, the notch forming portion 122 of the conversion member 12 is correspondingly held above or at the side of the container body 11, and the receiving notch 102 formed at the notch forming portion 122 can be located above or blocked from the container body 11 so that the container 10 is converted between the sterilizable state and the dining state.
Optionally, the assembling portion 121 of the switching member 12 is connected to the container body 11 by a foldable connection member, and the assembling portion 121 of the switching member 12 is unfolded or folded along with the foldable connection member, so that the holding container 10 can be switched between the sterilizable state and the dining state.
It should be noted that the specific embodiment of the switch member 12 that allows the switch between the unfolded state and the folded state is merely exemplary and is not intended to limit the contents and scope of the cutlery 100 with a sterilizing device according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 11 to 12B, in this particular embodiment of the tableware 100 with a sterilizing apparatus according to the present invention, the switching member 12 is mounted to the container body 11 so as to be movable up and down, so that the holding container 10 can be switched between the sterilizable state and the dining state. Specifically, the conversion member 12 moves upward relative to the container body 11 to protrude from the upper edge of the container body 11, and the accommodating notch 102 of the notch forming part 12 of the conversion member 12 is located above the casting body 11, the accommodating notch 102 is used for placing the food intake member 20, and the container 10 is in the sterilizable state. After sterilization is completed, the switching member 12 is operatively moved downward with respect to the container body 11 to be disposed at the container body 11 in such a manner that the upper edge thereof is lower than or aligned with the upper edge of the container body 11, the upper edge of the container body 11 is exposed, the receiving notch 102 is blocked, and the holding container 10 is switched to the ready-to-eat state.
Preferably, the fitting portion 121 of the conversion member 12 is mounted to the container body 11 so as to be movable up and down by a clearance fit, and the conversion member 12 is moved up or down with respect to the container body 11 by pulling up the fitting portion 121 of the conversion member 12 or pushing down the fitting portion 121 of the conversion member 12.
