Description

Hair cosmetic applicator
Cross Reference to Related Applications
The international application claims priority based on the japanese patent application No. 2019-.
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a hair cosmetic applicator for applying hair cosmetic.
Background
There is known an applicator for applying hair cosmetics such as hair dyes, bleaching agents, permanent wave agents, etc. to hair. In order to improve the application performance to hair, for example, patent documents 1 and 2 listed below describe an applicator in which a brush portion (micro brush portion) used for applying a hair cosmetic to a finely divided portion of hair is provided at a tip portion of the applicator independently of a main application portion. Patent document 3 below describes an applicator in which an imaginary plane formed by the brush tip ends of the hair-dense bodies is inclined with respect to an imaginary plane formed by the brush tip ends of the brush bodies, and the hair-dense bodies facilitate application to the hairline of hair or the like.
Patent document 4 below describes an applicator provided with a line separating bar capable of partially separating hairs for a line separating operation, i.e., grouping hairs.

Patent document 2: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2017-70746
Patent document 3: japanese Kokai publication Hei-6-15530
Patent document 4: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2018-102724
As a hair cosmetic to be applied to hair using such an applicator, for example, there is a type of hair cosmetic in which a hair cosmetic is directly discharged from a storage container in which the hair cosmetic is stored to the applicator, as represented by a two-pack type oxidizing hair dye discharged from a so-called two-pack type aerosol container. On the other hand, as another hair cosmetic, there is a hair cosmetic of a type in which a viscous hair cosmetic such as a cream-like or gel-like hair cosmetic is stored in a tube, the hair cosmetic is discharged from the tube to another container such as a tray once, and then the hair cosmetic is stored in an applicator and applied to hair by performing an operation such as picking up the hair cosmetic stored in the other container with the applicator.
As described above, the applicator described in patent document 4 is provided with a branching bar capable of performing branching operation. In the case of applying hair cosmetic to hair using an applicator provided with a line bar, the hair cosmetic is usually removed in advance to another container. Then, after the split operation is performed using the split bar of the applicator which can be held by one hand, the split hair is pressed by the other hand which does not hold the applicator, and the mixture put in another container is scooped up by the brush portion of the applicator, and the mixture is applied to the hair.
Thus, applicators provided with a line-dividing bar are generally assumed to be used for applying the latter type of hair cosmetic described above.
On the other hand, the applicators described in patent documents 1 to 3 are used for applying a hair cosmetic of a type in which the hair cosmetic is directly discharged from a storage container to the applicator. However, in an applicator used for applying this type of hair cosmetic, a structure capable of performing a thread dividing operation is not adopted. The reason is considered as follows. That is, in order to directly discharge the hair cosmetic of the type directly discharged from the storage container to the applicator from the storage container, it is necessary to hold the applicator with one hand and discharge the hair cosmetic from the storage container to the applicator with the other hand. However, in the case of branching, as described above, it is necessary to press the separated hair with at least one hand in advance, and since it is not possible to use the hair with at least one hand in this state, it is not possible to perform the operation of discharging the hair cosmetic to the applicator from the storage container as described above, which requires the use of both hands.
Disclosure of Invention
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a novel applicator that can achieve both branching and direct discharge of hair cosmetic from a storage container to the applicator in an applicator used for applying hair cosmetic of a type in which hair cosmetic is directly discharged from the storage container to the applicator.
The applicator described in patent document 4 includes only one brush as an application section for applying a hair cosmetic. From the viewpoint of improving the application performance to the hair, as described in patent documents 1 to 3, the applicator preferably includes a main application section (hereinafter, also referred to as a "first application section") and an application section (hereinafter, also referred to as a "second application section") for applying the hair cosmetic to a finely divided portion of the hair independently of the main application section.
In the applicators described in patent documents 1 and 2, the brush body as the first application portion is provided at a side of the applicator, and the tip ends of the brush teeth of the brush body face the side of the applicator. On the other hand, the brush portion as the second application portion is provided at the distal end of the applicator, and the distal end of the bundle of bristles of the brush portion faces the distal end side of the applicator. In this case, each time the application operation of the first application section and the application operation of the second application section are switched, the orientation of the applicator has to be changed greatly so that each application section faces the hair. Therefore, the arms are easily fatigued during the application of the hair cosmetic using the applicator. In addition, in order to change the orientation of the applicator greatly, the user may change the manner of holding the hair cosmetic applicator or the hand holding the hair cosmetic applicator. In this case, there is also a possibility that the hair cosmetic applicator is dropped by mistake.
On the other hand, in the applicator described in patent document 3, an imaginary plane formed by the brush tip ends of the dense hair bodies as the second application portion is inclined with respect to an imaginary plane formed by the brush tip ends of the brush bodies as the first application portion. Therefore, in order to switch between the application operation of the first application section and the application operation of the second application section, the angle of the applicator may be slightly inclined.
However, in the applicator described in patent document 3, the operation direction in the case of applying with the second applying portion is not considered. For example, it is considered that the arm is easily fatigued even when the operation direction is changed every time the switching between the application operation of the first application section and the application operation of the second application section is performed.
One aspect of the present disclosure provides an applicator in which arms are less fatigued by switching between a plurality of application sections in a hair cosmetic applicator having the plurality of application sections.
One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a hair cosmetic applicator including a support portion, a comb portion, a thread separating bar, and a brush portion. The comb part has a plurality of comb teeth standing from the support part. The thread separating rod is provided at the comb portion side of the support portion at the tip end side of the hair cosmetic applicator than the comb portion, and extends and protrudes from the support portion. The brush part is arranged at the opposite side of the comb part and the branching rod through the supporting part and is provided with a plurality of brush teeth rows with a plurality of brush teeth. According to this configuration, even when the hair cosmetic is used for applying a type of hair cosmetic in which the hair cosmetic is directly discharged from the storage container to the applicator, it is possible to achieve both branching and direct discharge of the hair cosmetic from the storage container to the applicator.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, the height of the plurality of brush teeth in the brush portion may be highest at an outermost brush tooth row in a direction in which the brush tooth rows are arranged. In one aspect of the present disclosure, the plurality of brush teeth in the outermost brush tooth row may be obliquely erected outward of the brush part in the direction in which the brush tooth rows are arranged. According to this configuration, the hair cosmetic can be guided to the area inside the brush portion that is located more to the outermost side than the brush element rows, and the hair cosmetic can be stably held.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, at least one brush tooth row and a brush tooth row adjacent to the at least one brush tooth row may be arranged in the plurality of brush tooth rows of the brush unit such that positions of the brush teeth along a direction in which the plurality of brush teeth are arranged are shifted from each other. With this structure, the application performance of the hair cosmetic to the hair can be improved.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, when the brush portion is a first brush portion, the hair cosmetic applicator may further include a second brush portion that is provided on a distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator from the first brush portion on a side opposite to the comb portion and the distribution bar with a support portion interposed therebetween, and that has a plurality of brush tooth rows in which a plurality of brush teeth are arranged. With this configuration, the hair cosmetic can be stably held by the second brush portion.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, the tip ends of the plurality of brush teeth in the second brush portion may be located on the comb portion and the branching rod side of a plane passing through the tip ends of the plurality of brush teeth having the highest height among the plurality of brush teeth in the first brush portion. With this configuration, the brush can be easily switched between the application using the first brush unit and the application using the second brush unit.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, the brush teeth of the brush tooth row in the first brush portion and the brush teeth of the brush tooth row in the second brush portion may be arranged in a direction from the distal end toward the rear end of the hair cosmetic applicator. According to this structure, the arm is less likely to be fatigued by switching between the application operation of the first brush portion and the application operation of the second brush portion.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, at least one brush tooth row and a brush tooth row adjacent to the at least one brush tooth row may be arranged in the plurality of brush tooth rows of the second brush unit such that positions of the brush teeth along a direction in which the plurality of brush teeth are arranged are shifted from each other. With this structure, the application performance of the hair cosmetic to hair can be improved.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, the number of rows of brush teeth of the second brush portion may be smaller than the number of rows of brush teeth of the first brush portion. According to this configuration, when the hair cosmetic is applied using the second brush portion, the hair cosmetic applied to the hair is not easily scraped off, and an appropriate amount of the hair cosmetic can be applied to a portion of the hair where the hair is broken, such as the root and the hairline of the hair.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[1. Structure ]
The hair cosmetic applicator 1 shown in fig. 1 includes a handle portion 2, a support portion 3, a comb portion 4, a thread separating rod 5, a first brush portion 6, and a second brush portion 7. The hair cosmetic applicator 1 is preferably a molded article made of plastic such as olefin resin (polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, etc.) or ABS resin, for example, but may be partially or entirely made of metal or wood.
The handle portion 2 is a portion to be held by the hand when the hair cosmetic is applied to the hair using the hair cosmetic applicator 1. The grip portion 2 is a flat plate-like portion that is long in a direction from the distal end of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 toward the rear end, i.e., in the X direction shown in fig. 1. The rear end of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 here means an end of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 on the side where the handle 2 is provided, in other words, an end close to the arm side when the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is held by hand. The tip of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is an end on the opposite side of the rear end. The direction along the X direction described here does not need to be strictly parallel to the X direction, and may be substantially along the X direction. The grip portion 2 is provided with a small width portion and a large width portion alternately in the X direction so as to be easily fit to a hand when gripped.
The support portion 3 is a portion that supports the comb portion 4, the branching bar 5, the first brush portion 6, and the second brush portion 7. The support portion 3 is a flat plate-like portion extending from the grip portion 2 and extending in the direction along the X direction. The support portion 3 has a shape in which the width thereof gradually decreases from the rear end toward the tip end of the hair cosmetic applicator 1.
The comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 are provided at one end of the support portion 3 in the width direction. In addition, the first and second brush portions 6 and 7 are provided at the other end side of the support portion 3 in the width direction. Hereinafter, the width direction of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is referred to as the Y direction. In other words, the Y direction is a direction from the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 side toward the first brush portion 6 and the second brush portion 7 side, and is a direction perpendicular to the X direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the comb part 4 has a plurality of comb teeth 41 standing from the support part 3. Specifically, the plurality of comb teeth 41 are arranged to stand vertically from the support portion 3 in the Y direction and are aligned in the X direction. The comb portion 4 has a tip side portion 42 as a portion closer to the tip side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1, and a rear side portion 43 as a portion closer to the rear side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1. The tip end side portion 42 occupies most of the comb portion 4. The height of the comb teeth 41 erected on the distal end portion 42 is higher toward the distal end side and the rear end side. In other words, a line connecting the tips of the comb teeth 41 erected on the tip side portion 42 is in an arc shape protruding toward the support portion 3 at the center portion. The tip end side portion 42 has such a shape basically for enabling the comb portion 4 to fit well to a head of a person having an approximately spherical shape. The height here refers to a height based on the side surface 31 of the support portion 3 on the side where the comb teeth 41 stand. The height of the comb teeth 41 erected on the rear end portion 43 decreases from the distal end side toward the rear end side.
The branching bar 5 is a portion for performing branching operation. The branching bar 5 is provided on the comb portion 4 side of the support portion 3 on the tip side of the comb portion 4, and the tip of the branching bar 5 extends and protrudes from the support portion 3 in a direction slightly inclined to the tip side than the direction in which the comb teeth 41 extend, that is, the Y1 direction shown in fig. 2. The branch bar 5 has a rod-like shape that tapers toward its tip. In addition, in order to make the branching bar 5 less likely to touch the hair when the hair is combed using the comb portion 4, the height of the tip of the branching bar 5 is made lower than the tip of the highest comb teeth 41.
The first brush portion 6 is provided at the opposite side of the comb portion 4 and the branching bar 5 with the support portion 3 therebetween. The first brush portion 6 includes a plurality of brush tooth rows 61 and a base 62 for supporting the brush tooth rows 61. The brush tooth row 61 has a plurality of brush teeth 63 arranged at a predetermined pitch in the X direction. Hereinafter, the direction in which the brush teeth 63 are arranged in each brush tooth row 61 in the first brush portion 6 is referred to as the X1 direction. The base 62 is a flat plate-like portion. Here, the brush is a member in which relatively hard rod-like brush teeth are arranged in a two-dimensional arrangement, unlike bristles. On the other hand, the bristles are relatively soft tufts generally arranged in a row. The brush can contain and stably hold the hair cosmetic on its brush tooth rows or between the brush tooth rows, and the like.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the first brush portion 6 has 5 rows of brush tooth rows 61a to 61 e. The brush tooth rows 61a to 61e are arranged such that the brush teeth 63 of the mutually adjacent brush tooth rows 61 are shifted in position along the X1 direction. For example, the position of the brush teeth 63a of the brush tooth row 61a in the X1 direction is shifted from the position of the brush teeth 63b of the brush tooth row 61b adjacent to the brush tooth row 61a in the X1 direction. Specifically, the brush tooth rows 61a to 61e are formed in a staggered arrangement.
The height of the brush teeth 63 is determined within each brush tooth row 61. As shown in fig. 3B, the height of the brush teeth 63 is set to be higher toward the outer side and lower toward the inner side in the direction Z1 shown in fig. 3B, which is the direction in which the plurality of brush tooth rows 61 are aligned. That is, the brush teeth 63 of the outermost brush tooth rows 61a and 61e are highest, the brush teeth 63 of the brush tooth rows 61b and 61d are second highest, and the brush teeth 63 of the innermost, i.e., central, brush tooth row 61c are lowest. The height of the brush teeth 63 is defined as a height based on a plane of the base 62 on the side where the brush teeth 63 stand.
The brush teeth 63 of the outermost brush tooth rows 61a and 61e of the brush tooth rows 61a to 61e are obliquely erected outward in the Z1 direction of the first brush portion 6. On the other hand, the brush teeth 63 of the inner three brush tooth rows 61b to 61d are provided upright perpendicularly to the base 62.
As shown in fig. 2, the second brush portion 7 is provided on the side opposite to the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 on the tip side of the first brush portion 6 with the support portion 3 interposed therebetween.
The second brush portion 7 includes a plurality of brush tooth rows 71 and a base 72 for supporting the brush tooth rows 71. The brush tooth row 71 includes a plurality of brush teeth 73 arranged at a predetermined pitch in the X direction. Hereinafter, the direction in which the brush teeth 73 are arranged in each brush tooth row 71 in the second brush portion 7 is referred to as the X2 direction.
The base 72 is provided to extend from the base 62 of the first brush portion 6 toward the tip side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1. Further, the base 72 is provided to be inclined toward the side where the comb portion 4 and the branching bar 5 are provided, as compared with the base 62 of the first brush portion 6. The base 72 is a flat plate-like portion, similar to the base 62 of the first brush portion 6. The length of the base 72 in the X2 direction is smaller than the length of the base 62 in the X1 direction.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, the second brush portion 7 has 4 brush tooth rows 71a to 71 d. The number of rows of brush teeth 71 is smaller than the number of rows of brush teeth 61 provided on the base 62 of the first brush portion 6. The number of brush teeth 73 in each brush tooth row 71 is also smaller than the number of brush teeth 63 in each brush tooth row 61 in the first brush portion 6.
The outermost brush tooth rows 71a and 71d and the brush tooth rows 71b and 71c adjacent to the brush tooth rows 71a and 71d are arranged such that the positions of the brush teeth 73 along the X2 direction are shifted from each other. Specifically, the brush tooth rows 71a and 71b are formed in a staggered manner, and the brush tooth rows 71c and 71d are formed in a staggered manner.
As shown in fig. 4B, the height of the brush teeth 73 is determined in each brush tooth row 71. The height of the brush teeth 73 is such that the height increases toward the outer side and decreases toward the inner side in the direction Z2 shown in fig. 4B, which is the direction in which the plurality of brush tooth rows 71 are arranged. That is, the brush teeth 73 of the outermost brush tooth rows 71a and 71d are highest, and the brush teeth 73 of the two inner brush tooth rows 71b and 71c, that is, the center, are lowest. The Z2 direction is the same direction as the direction in which the brush tooth rows 61 in the first brush portion 6 are aligned (Z1 direction). The height of the brush teeth 73 referred to herein is based on a plane on the side of the base 72 where the brush teeth 73 stand up.
As shown in fig. 2, each of the brush tooth rows 71a to 71d is provided so as to rise up with a slight inclination toward the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 with respect to the direction perpendicular to the base 72. In this case, in the second brush portion 7, the distal ends of the brush teeth 73 are obliquely brought into contact with a second distal end surface 82 described later toward the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1. Therefore, compared to the case where the brush teeth 73 are provided upright in the direction perpendicular to the base 72, the entire second brush portion 7 is tapered toward the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1, and the region of the second brush portion 7, particularly on the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1, is used, so that the application to particularly fine hair portions such as hair roots and hairlines is facilitated. As a result, when the user applies the hair cosmetic to the hair using the second brush portion 7, the user tends to use the region of the second brush portion 7 on the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1, and the first brush portion 6 is further less likely to touch the hair when the user applies the hair cosmetic to the hair using the second brush portion 7.
Further, the brush teeth 63 of the first brush portion 6 and the brush teeth 73 of the second brush portion 7 are each formed in a shape with rounded distal ends. In order to increase the contact area with the hair cosmetic contained on the first and second brush portions 6 and 7, it is preferable that the rounded portions (hereinafter referred to as "rounded portions") be relatively large. For example, the ratio of the rounded portion to the length of the brush teeth 63, 73 is preferably 25% or more and 50% or less, and more preferably 30% or more and 40% or less.
Here, a plane passing through the tips of the brush teeth 63 of the brush tooth rows 61a and 61e having the highest height in the first brush portion 6 is defined as a first tip surface 81. A plane passing through the tips of the brush teeth 73 of the brush tooth rows 71a and 71d having the highest height in the second brush portion 7 is defined as a second tip surface 82. At this time, the tips of all the brush teeth 73 constituting the second brush portion 7 are positioned on the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 side in the Y direction with respect to the first tip surface 81, in other words, on the support portion 3 side. Further, the tips of the plurality of brush teeth 63 in the first brush portion 6 are also positioned on the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 side in the Y direction with respect to the second tip surface 82, in other words, on the support portion 3 side.
As shown in fig. 2, the angle θ 1 formed by the first tip surface 81 and the second tip surface 82 is set appropriately so that the second brush portion 7 is less likely to touch hair when the hair cosmetic is applied to hair using the first brush portion 6, and so that the first brush portion 6 is less likely to touch hair when the hair cosmetic is applied to hair using the second brush portion 7. For example, the angle θ 1 is preferably 5 degrees or more and 30 degrees or less, and more preferably 10 degrees or more and 25 degrees or less.
The angle θ 2 formed by the comb teeth 41 and the branching bar 5 is set appropriately so that the branching operation by the branching bar 5 is facilitated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the angle θ 2 is an angle formed by the direction in which the branching bar 5 extends, in other words, the axial direction of the branching bar 5, and the Y1 direction in which the comb teeth 41 extend. The angle θ 2 is preferably large to some extent so that the dividing bar 5 is less likely to touch the skin when the hair is combed using the comb portion 4, and so that the comb portion 4 is less likely to touch the hair when the dividing operation is performed using the dividing bar 5. Specifically, the angle θ 2 is preferably 5 degrees or more, and more preferably 10 degrees or more. In addition, when the angle θ 2 is 90 degrees, for example, in order to bring the tip of the branching bar 5 into contact with the head when the branching bar 5 is used to perform branching operation, the orientation of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 must be changed greatly, and operability is degraded, so it is preferable that the angle θ 2 be small to some extent. Specifically, the angle θ 2 is preferably 60 degrees or less, more preferably 45 degrees or less, and further preferably 30 degrees or less. When the angle θ 2 is in this range, the size of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 in the X direction is small, and the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is miniaturized, and therefore, the hair cosmetic applicator is easily stored in a packaging box when packaged.
Further, the height of the branching bar 5 is also set appropriately so that the branching operation by the branching bar 5 is easy. The height of the branching rod 5 here refers to the height in the Y1 direction with reference to the side surface 31 of the support portion 3 on the side where the comb teeth 41 stand. The height of the branching bar 5 is preferably high to some extent so that the branching operation can be easily performed without the comb portion 4 being easily touched with hair when the branching bar 5 is used for the branching operation. Specifically, when the height of the comb teeth 41a located on the side closest to the branching bar 5 in the Y1 direction is set to 100%, the height of the branching bar 5 is preferably 50% or more, more preferably 70% or more, and still more preferably 80% or more. In addition, the height of the branching bar 5 is preferably low to some extent so that the branching bar 5 is less likely to touch the skin when the comb portion 4 is used to comb hair. Specifically, the height of the bar 5 is preferably 100% or less, and more preferably 95% or less, of the height of the comb teeth 41a in the Y1 direction.
[2. method of Using Hair cosmetic applicator ]
An example of a method of using the hair cosmetic applicator 1 having the above-described structure to apply the two-component oxidizing hair dye discharged from the two-component aerosol container to hair will be described below.
First, the user grips the grip portion 2 of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 with one hand and grips the aerosol container containing the hair cosmetic with the other hand. Then, the user discharges the hair cosmetic from the aerosol container to the first brush portion 6 of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 with the first brush portion 6 facing upward. At this time, the user may also discharge the hair cosmetic to the second brush unit 7.
Next, the user sets the aerosol container down, and moves the hair cosmetic applicator 1 so that the tip of the hair splitting bar 5 faces the hair while the hair cosmetic is contained in the first brush portion 6, and performs the hair splitting operation using the hair splitting bar 5. At this time, since the first brush portion 6 is not formed of bristles but formed of a brush as described above, the first brush portion 6 can stably hold the hair cosmetic. Further, since the first brush portion 6 is located on the opposite side of the branching bar 5, the first brush portion 6 can be maintained in the upward facing state, and the branching operation can be performed while holding the hair cosmetic in the first brush portion 6.
Next, the user turns the hair cosmetic applicator 1 upside down while pressing the separated hair with a hand not holding the hair cosmetic applicator 1, so that the first brush portion 6 faces the hair. Then, the user operates the hair cosmetic applicator 1 in the Z1 direction to comb the hair with the first brush portion 6, thereby applying the hair cosmetic held by the first brush portion 6 to the hair.
Then, the user turns the hair cosmetic applicator 1 over from the state where the first brush portion 6 faces the hair as needed, and can comb the hair using the comb portion 4. In addition, the user can apply the hair cosmetic scooped up by the second brush portion 7 to the hair by appropriately scooping up the hair cosmetic applied to the hair by using the second brush portion 7 as necessary and operating the hair cosmetic applicator 1 in the Z2 direction. At this time, for example, the operation by the second brush portion 7 can be changed to the operation by tilting the hair cosmetic applicator 1 from the state in which the first brush portion 6 faces the hair to the state in which the second brush portion 7 faces the hair. In addition, when the hair cosmetic is also contained in the second brush unit 7 from the aerosol container, the hair cosmetic can be applied by using the second brush unit 7.
According to this method of use, in a type of hair cosmetic in which the hair cosmetic is directly discharged from a storage container such as an aerosol container to the hair cosmetic applicator 1, it is possible to achieve both branching and direct discharge of the hair cosmetic from the storage container to the applicator.
The method of applying the hair cosmetic to the hair using the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is not particularly limited to this method, and the specific application method includes the number of times of application operations for each part, and the like, and is freely selected by the user.
[3. Effect ]
According to the above-described embodiments, the following effects can be obtained.
(3a) The hair cosmetic applicator 1 includes a first brush portion 6, the first brush portion 6 being provided on the opposite side of the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 with the supporting portion 3 interposed therebetween, and having a plurality of brush tooth rows 61 in which a plurality of brush teeth 63 are arranged. When the first brush portion 6 is formed of, for example, bristles, even if the hair cosmetic is discharged to the bristle portion, the hair cosmetic is likely to fall from the bristle portion. However, in the above embodiment, since the first brush portion 6 is formed of a brush, the hair cosmetic can be stably held when the hair cosmetic is contained in the first brush portion 6, as compared with the case where the first brush portion is formed of bristles. Therefore, as in the above-described method of use, the hair cosmetic can be discharged directly to the hair cosmetic applicator 1, and the hair cosmetic can be applied to the hair after the thread dividing operation is performed in a state where the hair cosmetic is contained.
Therefore, according to the hair cosmetic applicator 1, even when the hair cosmetic applicator is used for a type of hair cosmetic in which the hair cosmetic is directly discharged from the storage container to the applicator, it is possible to achieve both branching and direct discharge of the hair cosmetic from the storage container to the applicator.
(3b) The height of the plurality of brush teeth 63 in the first brush portion 6 is the highest in the outermost brush tooth rows 61a and 61e in the Z1 direction in which the brush tooth rows 61 are arranged. The plurality of brush teeth 63 in the outermost brush tooth rows 61a and 61e are obliquely erected outward of the first brush portion 6 in the direction Z1 in which the plurality of brush tooth rows 61 are arranged.
When the user places the hair cosmetic on the first brush portion 6, the user may place the hair cosmetic off the area on the outer side of the first brush portion 6 or on the tips of the brush teeth 63 of the first brush portion 6 that are placed in a shallow manner. However, in the above configuration, even if there is a deviation in the manner of storing the hair cosmetic, the first brush portion 6 has a structure in which the hair cosmetic easily flows toward the inside region. Therefore, compared to the case where the heights of the brush teeth 63 are all the same, the hair cosmetic can be guided to the region inside the outermost brush tooth row 61 in the first brush portion 6, and the hair cosmetic can be stably held.
(3c) The hair cosmetic applicator 1 further includes a second brush portion 7, the second brush portion 7 being provided on the side opposite to the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 on the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 from the first brush portion 6 with the supporting portion 3 interposed therebetween, and having a plurality of brush teeth rows 71 in which a plurality of brush teeth 73 are arranged. Therefore, when the second brush portion 7 is used to apply a paint to a finely divided part of hair such as a hair root and a hairline, the hair cosmetic can be stably held on the second brush portion 7, as compared with the case where the second brush portion 7 is formed of bristles, for example, as in the case of the first brush portion 6.
In addition, for example, in the case where the second brush unit 7 is formed of a dense hair body as described in patent document 3, when the hair cosmetic is applied to the hair using the dense hair body, the dense hair body may excessively scrape the hair cosmetic applied to the hair, and the hair cosmetic may not be sufficiently applied. However, in the above embodiment, the second brush portion 7 is formed of a brush, and therefore, the hair cosmetic contained in the second brush portion 7 can be applied while being sufficiently moved to the hair.
(3d) The tip ends of the plurality of brush teeth 73 in the second brush portion 7 are located closer to the comb portion 4 and the branching rod 5 side, in other words, closer to the support portion 3 side than the first tip end surfaces 81 passing through the tip ends of the plurality of brush teeth 63 having the highest height among the plurality of brush teeth 63 in the first brush portion 6. Therefore, for example, switching between application using the first brush portion 6 and application using the second brush portion 7 can be easily performed simply by tilting the hair cosmetic applicator 1 from a state in which the first brush portion 6 faces the hair so that the second brush portion 7 faces the hair. In addition, when the hair cosmetic is applied to the hair using the second brush portion 7, the hair is less likely to touch the first brush portion 6.
(3e) The brush teeth 63 of the brush tooth row 61 in the first brush portion 6 and the brush teeth 73 of the brush tooth row 71 in the second brush portion 7 are arranged to be aligned in the X direction from the tip toward the rear end of the hair cosmetic applicator 1. In other words, the direction X1 in which the brush teeth 63 of the plurality of brush tooth rows 61 in the first brush portion 6 are aligned and the direction X2 in which the brush teeth 63 of the plurality of brush tooth rows 71 in the second brush portion 7 are aligned are both along the X direction.
Here, as a comparative example, a hair cosmetic applicator 10 including the second brush portion 9 having the configuration shown in fig. 5 is considered instead of the second brush portion 7 of the above-described hair cosmetic applicator 1. In the second brush portion 9 shown in fig. 5, brush teeth are arranged in a lattice shape.
The hair cosmetic applicator 10 provided with the second brush portion 9 is designed to operate the hair cosmetic applicator 10 substantially in the X2 direction in the case of combing hair using the second brush portion 9. Specifically, the number of the brush teeth 93 in the direction perpendicular to the X2 direction as the operation direction is designed to be greater than the number of the brush teeth 93 in the X2 direction. Accordingly, when the hair is passed in the X2 direction, the hair can be contacted by the surfaces having a larger number of brush teeth 93 than the hair passed in the Z2 direction, and a large area of hair can be combed at a time.
In this way, the designed row of brush teeth arranged in the direction perpendicular to the operating direction is referred to as a brush tooth row for the brush portion of the hair cosmetic applicator. Thus, in the second brush portion 9 shown in fig. 5, the brush tooth rows 91a and 91b are along the Z2 direction which is a direction perpendicular to the X2 direction as the operation direction.
On the other hand, the operation direction of the hair cosmetic applicator 10 when the first brush portion 6 similarly provided to the hair cosmetic applicator 10 is the Z1 direction, similarly to fig. 3A. Therefore, the operation direction (Z1 direction) in the case of using the first brush unit 6 is different from the operation direction (X2 direction) in the case of using the second brush unit 9.
In this case, the operation direction of the hair cosmetic applicator 10 has to be changed each time switching between the first brush portion 6 and the second brush portion 9 is performed. In addition, with the switching of the operation direction, the user may sometimes change the manner of holding the hair cosmetic applicator 10 or the hand to be held. In this case, the arms are easily fatigued, and there is also a possibility that the hair cosmetic applicator is dropped by mistake.
In contrast, in the hair cosmetic applicator 1 having the above-described configuration, the operation direction (Z1 direction) in the case of using the first brush portion 6 is the same as the operation direction (Z2 direction) in the case of using the second brush portion 7, and therefore, the hair cosmetic applicator 1 may be operated in the same direction (Z1 direction, Z2 direction) regardless of whether the first brush portion 6 is used or the second brush portion 7 is used. Therefore, the above-described need for switching the operation direction or changing the grip of the hair cosmetic applicator is unlikely to occur, and the arm is unlikely to be fatigued.
(3f) In the plurality of brush tooth rows 61 of the first brush portion 6, the brush tooth rows 61a to 61e are arranged such that the brush teeth 63 of mutually adjacent brush tooth rows 61 are shifted in position in the X1 direction. In the plurality of brush tooth rows 71 of the second brush portion 7, the brush tooth rows 71a, 71d and the brush tooth rows 71b, 71c adjacent to the brush tooth rows 71a, 71d are arranged such that the positions of the brush teeth 73 along the X2 direction are shifted from each other.
In this way, in the configuration in which at least one brush tooth row 61, 71 and the brush tooth rows 61, 71 adjacent to the at least one brush tooth row 61, 71 are arranged such that the positions of the brush teeth 63, 73 in the X1, X2 direction along which the plurality of brush teeth are arranged are shifted from each other, the hair is combed while passing between the brush teeth 63, 73 while meandering between the brush teeth 63, 73 when the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is operated. Therefore, as shown in the second brush portion 9 of fig. 5, for example, the contact area between the hair and the brush teeth 63 is larger than in the case where the brush teeth 93 constituting the adjacent brush tooth rows 91a, 91b are arranged in a straight line. As a result, the application performance of the hair cosmetic to hair can be improved.
In addition, as in the case of (3e) above, the operation direction in the case of using the first brush portion 6 is a direction in which hairs pass between the brush teeth 63 while meandering between the brush teeth 63, that is, a Z1 direction. The operation direction in the case of using the second brush portion 7 is also the direction Z2, which is a direction passing between the brush teeth 73 while meandering between the brush teeth 73. That is, the operation direction (Z1 direction) in the case of using the first brush portion 6 is the same as the operation direction (Z2 direction) in the case of using the second brush portion 7. Therefore, the hair cosmetic applicator 1 can be operated in the same direction (Z1 direction, Z2 direction) both when the first brush portion 6 is used and when the second brush portion 7 is used, and therefore the arms are not fatigued.
(3g) The number of rows of the plurality of brush tooth rows 71 of the second brush portion 7 is smaller than the number of rows of the plurality of brush tooth rows 61 of the first brush portion 6.
There is a tendency that the application operation of the hair cosmetic to the finely divided part of the hair such as the root and the hairline of the hair is less than the application operation of the hair cosmetic to the dense part of the hair. Therefore, in the case of applying the hair cosmetic to a finely divided portion of hair using the second brush portion 7, it is preferable to perform sufficient application with less application operation, as compared with the case of applying the hair cosmetic to a portion where hair is dense using the first brush portion 6.
In the above configuration, when the hair cosmetic is applied using the second brush portion 7, the hair cosmetic applied to the hair is less likely to be scraped off, as compared with the case where the hair cosmetic is applied using the first brush portion 6. Therefore, even in the case of applying the hair cosmetic to the finely divided portion of the hair using the second brush portion 7, an appropriate amount of the hair cosmetic can be applied.
(3h) The height of the comb teeth 41 that are provided standing up at a portion closer to the rear end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 among the comb teeth 41 is reduced toward the rear end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1. In the case where at least one of the brush teeth 63 of the first brush portion 6 and the brush teeth 73 of the second brush portion 7 has an arrangement with a high application performance of the hair cosmetic to hair as described in the above (3f), the resistance at the time of combing hair is relatively large as compared with the case where the arrangement is, for example, a lattice-like arrangement as shown in fig. 5. Therefore, a user sometimes needs a relatively large force to comb the hair. At this time, when the user manually grips a portion closer to the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 than the grip portion 2, for example, the vicinity of the boundary between the grip portion 2 and the support portion 3, a force is easily applied to the first brush portion 6 or the second brush portion 7. In this case, if the height of the comb teeth 41 in the rear end portion 43 is reduced toward the rear end as described above, the comb teeth 41 provided upright on the rear end portion 43 are less likely to touch the hand, and therefore force is more likely to be applied to the first brush portion 6 or the second brush portion 7.
[4. other embodiments ]
While the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and various embodiments can be adopted.
(4a) In the above embodiment, the base 62 of the first brush unit 6 and the base 72 of the second brush unit 7 are flat plates, but the shapes of the bases 62 and 72 are not limited to this. For example, the bases 62 and 72 may be curved plates formed by bending flat plates. Specific examples of the shape of the bases 62 and 72 include a shape that is convex toward the support portion 3 or toward the opposite side of the support portion 3 in a central region in the direction along the brush tooth rows 61 and 71 or in a central region in the Z1 and Z2 directions in which the brush tooth rows 61 and 71 are arranged.
The heights of the brush teeth 63, 73 in this case are formed as follows. That is, a plane not intersecting with the other brush teeth 63, 73 among planes uniquely defined by the tips of the three or more brush teeth 63, 73 may be a plane passing through the tips of the highest brush teeth 63, 73. A plane obtained by moving such a plane in parallel to the direction toward the root of the brush teeth 63 and 73 to a position where the plane does not intersect all of the brush teeth 63 and 73 any more is used as a reference for the height of the brush teeth 63 and 73.
(4b) In the above embodiment, the height of the brush teeth 63 of the first brush portion 6 is increased toward the outer side in the Z1 direction, and is decreased toward the inner side. However, the height of the brush teeth 63 of the first brush portion 6 is not limited to this. For example, the height of the brush teeth 63 may be determined entirely, or may be set lower in the outermost brush tooth rows 61 and the center brush tooth rows 61, with the other rows being highest. Further, the height of the brush teeth 63 may be set within each brush tooth row 61. The same applies to the height of the brush teeth 73 of the second brush portion 7.
(4c) In the above embodiment, the brush teeth 63 of the outermost brush tooth rows 61a and 61e are obliquely erected outward of the first brush portion 6 in the Z1 direction. However, the direction in which the brush teeth 63 constituting the first brush portion 6 stand is not limited to this. That is, for example, each brush tooth 63 may be provided upright perpendicularly to the base 62, or may be provided upright slightly inclined from the direction perpendicular to the base 62 toward the distal end side of the hair cosmetic applicator 1 as in the second brush portion 7. The direction in which the brush teeth 73 of the second brush portion 7 are erected is the same, and is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
(4d) In the above embodiment, the comb teeth 41 are provided so as to rise vertically to the support portion 3, but the comb teeth 41 may also rise obliquely to the support portion 3.
(4e) The number of rows of brush teeth 61 of the first brush portion 6 and the number of rows of brush teeth 71 of the second brush portion 7 are not limited to those described in the above embodiments. In the above embodiment, the number of rows of the brush tooth rows 71 of the second brush portion 7 is smaller than the number of rows of the brush tooth rows 61 of the first brush portion 6, but the number of rows of the brush tooth rows 71 may be larger than the number of rows of the brush tooth rows 61, or may be the same as the number of rows of the brush tooth rows 61.
(4f) The grip portion 2 may be provided with a slip-proof pattern or the like to facilitate gripping by hand. Further, it is also conceivable to provide the support portion 3 with a slip-proof pattern or the like by pinching a portion of the support portion 3 on the grip portion 2 side with a hand.
Examples of the anti-slip pattern include patterns shown in fig. 6 to 10. The pattern shown in fig. 6 is a pattern provided with a plurality of linearly and elongated projections or recesses. The pattern shown in fig. 7 is a pattern provided with a plurality of holes. The pattern shown in fig. 8 is a pattern provided with a plurality of small projections or a plurality of small recesses. The pattern shown in fig. 9 is a pattern provided with a plurality of V-shaped projections or recesses. The pattern shown in fig. 10 is a pattern in which concave portions or convex portions are provided in a lattice shape. The anti-slip pattern is not limited to the examples shown in fig. 6 to 10, and the shapes of the concave portion, the convex portion, the protrusion, and the like, and the position where the pattern is provided are not limited to the examples shown in fig. 6 to 10. In addition, the anti-slip patterns shown in fig. 6 to 10 may be used in combination.
The handle 2 is not essential, and the hair cosmetic applicator 1 may not have the handle 2.
(4g) The second brush portion 7 is not essential, and the hair cosmetic applicator 1 may not have the second brush portion 7.
(4h) As described above, the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is preferably used for a type of hair cosmetic in which the hair cosmetic is directly discharged from the storage container to the hair cosmetic applicator 1, but may also be used for a type of hair cosmetic in which the hair cosmetic is not directly discharged to the hair cosmetic applicator 1. The hair cosmetic applicator 1 is preferably used for the hair cosmetic discharged from the aerosol container, but the hair cosmetic applied by the hair cosmetic applicator 1 is not limited to this. For example, the hair cosmetic is not limited to the example of being discharged from the aerosol container, and may be discharged from a pumping container, a squeeze container, a tube container, or the like.
The kind of hair cosmetic is not particularly limited. Examples of the hair cosmetic include a hair dye (oxidative hair dye, non-oxidative hair dye), a hair dye, a decolorizer, a dye remover, a permanent wave agent, and a hair straightening agent. The hair cosmetic may be in one-pack form or in multiple-pack form. The formulation of the hair cosmetic is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include creamy, foamy, misty, liquid, emulsion, gel, and paste.
The viscosity of the hair cosmetic at 25 ℃ is also not particularly limited. The viscosity of the hair cosmetic is preferably 3000mPa · s or more, more preferably 5000mPa · s or more, and still more preferably 8000mPa · s or more. If the viscosity is within this range, the hair cosmetic is less likely to fall from the first brush portion 6 and the like. The viscosity of the hair cosmetic is preferably 40000mPa · s or less, more preferably 25000mPa · s or less, and further preferably 20000mPa · s or less. When the viscosity is in this range, the hair cosmetic is easily spread, and the hair cosmetic is easily spread uniformly to the hair tips. The viscosity can be determined, for example, by using a B-type viscometer with a spindle No. 4 under measurement conditions of 1 minute and 12 rpm/min. As a specific example of the B-type VISCOMETER, a BL-type VISCOMETER (manufactured by eastern industries co., ltd.) can be mentioned.
(4i) The functions of one component in the above embodiments may be distributed as a plurality of components, or the functions of a plurality of components may be integrated into one component. In addition, a part of the structure of the above embodiment may be omitted. Further, at least part of the structure of the above embodiment may be added to or replaced with the structure of another embodiment.
