技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,具体为一种羊毛缩绒空气层面料,属于服装面料技术领域。
背景技术
羊毛是纺织工业的重要原料,它具有弹性好、吸湿性强、保暖性好等优点。采用好羊毛生产的非织造布,仅限于针刺制造毛毯、高级针刺毡等不多的一些高级工业用布。一般采用的是羊毛加工中的短毛、粗毛,通过针刺、缝编等方法生产地毯的托垫布、针刺地毯的夹心层、绝热保暖材料等产品。这类羊毛的长度不一,含杂高,可纺性差,加工较困难,产品可以经过化学后处理,以提高质量。羊毛纺织品以其华贵高雅、穿着舒适的天然风格而著称,特别是羊绒有着“软黄金”之美名,在羊毛面料中,以空气层最流行。空气层材料有涤纶,涤氨纶,涤棉氨纶等,空气层面料能越来越受国内外消费者的喜爱,和三明治网眼布一样,有更多的产品都用上它,主要为两种不同面料缝合在一起,中间存在的间隙称为空气层。
但目前市场上常有的羊毛空气层面料要么造价高昂、要么手感生硬、要么肌理感不强,品种单一常规,无新颖感。从而根据人们的理念需求而创新设计一款采用棉羊毛材料合理搭配、织造工艺合理调整搭配、结合后整理缩绒工艺的合理运用,生产出一种柔软舒适、保暖性好、回弹性好、紧实挺括、而且肌理感强的优秀针织面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种羊毛缩绒空气层面料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种羊毛缩绒空气层面料,包括外层、中间连接层和内层,所述外层为羊毛纱线,所述内层为精棉纱线,所述内层与所述外层通过交织形成交替的超大空隙,其面料生产工艺包括如下步骤:
S1:纱线上机,选用可收缩的羊毛纱线和精棉纱线,排列整齐,准备上机;
S2:上机改造棱角,将S1中的羊毛纱线和精棉纱线通过大圆机进行编织生产,形成胚布;
S3:缩绒整理,对S2中的胚布置于清水中清洗10~20min,清洗完后将润湿胚布置于缩绒液中,浴比为1:30~40,温度20~35℃,加入PH值调节剂,调节PH值为5~9,进行缩绒5~12min;
S4:定型成品,将S3中完成缩绒后的胚布置于温度为50~55℃的清水中浸泡洗涤10~15min,洗涤完在80~84℃下烘干20~25min,完成加工。
优选的,为了便于,所述外层中的羊毛纱线为100%羊毛纱线,所述内层中的精棉纱线为100%精棉纱线。
优选的,所述步骤S3中的缩绒液中溶质为净洗剂209、净洗剂105和中性皂粉中的一种或多种,溶剂为水,浓度为4%~7%。
优选的,所述步骤S3中PH值调节剂为碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠、硼酸钠-硼酸和甘氨酸-氢氧化钠中的一种或多种缓冲对。
优选的,所述内层为提花组织,外层为平纹组织。
优选的,所述中间连接层由1根32支棉纱。
本发明的有益效果是:本面料利用后整理缩绒艺,降低了织造工艺的难度,可以使织造更疏松更轻松,降低了使用高支羊毛或羊绒纱线的高成本,达到了高支羊毛或羊绒的柔软舒适性。保暖性好、肌理感强。羊毛面做衣服内里,既柔软又保暖,棉面做衣服表面,肌理感强、纹理新颖。既有针织面料回弹性好的优点,又有毛呢面料紧实挺括的优点。

S3:缩绒整理,对S2中的胚布置于清水中清洗15min,清洗完后将润湿胚布置于缩绒液中,浴比为1:30,温度25℃,PH值调节剂为碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠,调节PH值为5,进行缩绒10min;
S4:定型成品,将S3中完成缩绒后的胚布置于温度为50℃的清水中浸泡洗涤10min,洗涤完在80℃下烘干20min。

通过表1不能看出,缩绒温度和PH值对缩绒后试样的柔软度和抗起球效果有显著影响,在酸性条件下,温度越高缩绒效果越好。
本面料利用后整理缩绒艺,降低了织造工艺的难度,可以使织造更疏松更轻松,降低了使用高支羊毛或羊绒纱线的高成本,达到了高支羊毛或羊绒的柔软舒适性,保暖性好、肌理感强。羊毛面做衣服内里,既柔软又保暖,棉面做衣服表面,肌理感强、纹理新颖

S1:纱线上机,选用可收缩的羊毛纱线和精棉纱线,排列整齐,准备上机;
S2:上机改造棱角,将S1中的羊毛纱线和精棉纱线通过大圆机进行编织生产,形成胚布;
S3:缩绒整理,对S2中的胚布置于清水中清洗10~20min,清洗完后将润湿胚布置于缩绒液中,浴比为1:30~40,温度20~35℃,加入PH值调节剂,调节PH值为5~9,进行缩绒5~12min;
S4:定型成品,将S3中完成缩绒后的胚布置于温度为50~55℃的清水中浸泡洗涤10~15min,洗涤完在80~84℃下烘干20~25min,完成加工。
