Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,按重量份数计,其原料组成包括:水性氟碳乳液20~40份,苯丙乳液20~40份,填料25~35份,硅酸镁铝1~5份,分散剂0.2~04份,消泡剂0.1~0.3份,杀菌剂0.1~0.3份。此外,本发明还提供了一种制备瓷砖背胶的方法,包括如下步骤:首先,将水性氟碳乳液、苯丙乳液混合得复配乳液;然后,将填料加入复配乳液中搅拌均匀;最后,将剩余成份加入并搅拌均匀即得所述背胶。本发明所提供的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,采用水性氟碳乳液和苯丙乳液混合所得的复配乳液,赋予了瓷砖背胶较好的附着力,较强的粘结力,优异的耐候性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及瓷砖背胶技术领域,具体地涉及一种具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓷砖是一种被广泛使用的装饰性建筑材料,从陶砖,到釉面砖、通体砖、瓷片,再到玻化砖、仿古砖、仿石砖,到目前的薄板、微晶石、全抛釉,瓷砖家族技术不断更新、品质不断提高、花色不断创新。作为瓷砖的伴侣——瓷砖粘贴材料,相应的也在不断升级、更新,从石灰到水泥、水泥砂浆,再到现在的瓷砖胶、瓷砖背胶,以满足瓷砖粘贴的性能要求。
目前,市场上的瓷砖背胶品种繁多,往往存在耐候性较差的问题,使用后常常会出现空鼓、起壳、脱落等问题,例如:粘结后的瓷砖受到雨水的浸蚀后容易出现脱落的现象;气候的冷热变化,使胶凝材料受到变形的影响,而导致胶凝材料与瓷砖界面出现裂层,而引起瓷砖的脱落。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,按重量份数计,其原料组成包括:
进一步地,还包括1,2-丙二醇0.5~1份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1~1.5份,异丁基三甲氧基硅烷1~1.2份。
进一步地,还包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5~1.5份。
进一步地,所述填料为粉煤灰、玻璃粉的混合物经铝酸酯偶联剂改性处理而得,其粒径为10~30nm。
进一步地,所述分散剂为Hydropalat 9040分散剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述杀菌剂为纳米银杀菌剂。
进一步地,所述苯丙乳液为东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的苯丙乳液BC99。
此外,本发明还提供了一种制备上述任一所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将水性氟碳乳液、苯丙乳液混合得复配乳液;
S2、将填料加入复配乳液中搅拌均匀;
S3、将剩余成份加入步骤S2所得的物料中并搅拌均匀,即得所述瓷砖背胶。
本发明所提供的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,采用水性氟碳乳液和苯丙乳液混合所得的复配乳液,赋予了瓷砖背胶较好的附着力,较强的粘结力,优异的耐候性;1,2-丙二醇,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和异丁基三甲氧基硅烷的加入,使得瓷砖背胶具有较好的渗透性,从而使得瓷砖背胶可以较顺畅地渗入水泥砂浆和瓷砖,进而使得瓷砖—瓷砖背胶—水泥砂浆粘结成一个整体,有效地提高了瓷砖背胶的粘结力;填料采用了可渗透性包覆改性,改善了填料粒子的分散性,从而使得瓷砖背胶可较好地渗透至水泥砂浆层内和瓷砖内;硅酸镁铝具有较好的流变性和触变性,可防止瓷砖背胶在施工现场短时间放置时出现沉降现象,从而保障了瓷砖背胶施工的便捷性;乙二胺四乙酸二钠具有广泛的配位性能,可以与水泥砂浆层中的镁、锌、钙等金属离子结合,从而可进一步提高瓷砖背胶与水泥砂浆的粘合性能。

为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1:
一种具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,按重量百分比计,其原料组成包括:水性氟碳乳液20份,苯丙乳液40份,填料35份,硅酸镁铝1.5份,分散剂0.2份,消泡剂0.1份,杀菌剂0.2份,1,2-丙二醇0.5份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1份,异丁基三甲氧基硅烷1份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5份。
其中,所述填料为粉煤灰、玻璃粉的混合物经铝酸酯偶联剂改性处理而得,其粒径为10nm,所述煤粉灰与玻璃粉的重量比为1:1;所述分散剂为Hydropalat9040分散剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述杀菌剂为纳米银杀菌剂;所述苯丙乳液为东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的苯丙乳液BC99。
一种制备具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将水性氟碳乳液、苯丙乳液混合得复配乳液;
S2、将填料加入复配乳液中搅拌均匀;
S3、将剩余成份加入步骤S2所得的物料中并搅拌均匀,即得所述瓷砖背胶。
实施例2:
一种具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,按重量百分比计,其原料组成包括:水性氟碳乳液40份,苯丙乳液20份,填料28.8份,硅酸镁铝5份,分散剂0.4份,消泡剂0.3份,杀菌剂0.3份,1,2-丙二醇1份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1.5份,异丁基三甲氧基硅烷1.2份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.5份。
其中,所述填料为粉煤灰、玻璃粉的混合物经铝酸酯偶联剂改性处理而得,其粒径为30nm,所述煤粉灰与玻璃粉的重量比为1:1;所述分散剂为Hydropalat9040分散剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述杀菌剂为纳米银杀菌剂;所述苯丙乳液为东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的苯丙乳液BC99。
一种制备具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将水性氟碳乳液、苯丙乳液混合得复配乳液;

一种具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,按重量百分比计,其原料组成包括:水性氟碳乳液33.5份,苯丙乳液35.2份,填料25份,硅酸镁铝1份,分散剂0.4份,消泡剂0.3份,杀菌剂0.1份,1,2-丙二醇1份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1.5份,异丁基三甲氧基硅烷1份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1份。
其中,所述填料为粉煤灰、玻璃粉的混合物经铝酸酯偶联剂改性处理而得,其粒径为20nm,所述煤粉灰与玻璃粉的重量比为1:1;所述分散剂为Hydropalat9040分散剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述杀菌剂为纳米银杀菌剂;所述苯丙乳液为东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的苯丙乳液BC99。
一种制备具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将水性氟碳乳液、苯丙乳液混合得复配乳液;
S2、将填料加入复配乳液中搅拌均匀;
S3、将剩余成份加入步骤S2所得的物料中并搅拌均匀,即得所述瓷砖背胶。
实施例4:
对上述实施例1~3制得的瓷砖背胶进行性能测试,参照JC/T547-2017《陶瓷砖胶粘剂》的判定标准对瓷砖背胶进行性能测试,其结果如下表1所示:

从上述表1的性能测试结果可知,本发明所制备的瓷砖背胶具有较强的粘结力,较好的耐水性和优异的耐候性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,其特征在于,还包括1,2-丙二醇0.5~1份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1~1.5份,异丁基三甲氧基硅烷1~1.2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,其特征在于,还包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5~1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,其特征在于,所述填料为粉煤灰、玻璃粉的混合物经铝酸酯偶联剂改性处理而得,其粒径为10~30nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,其特征在于,所述分散剂为Hydropalat 9040分散剂,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,所述杀菌剂为纳米银杀菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶,其特征在于,所述苯丙乳液为东营市金友来工贸有限责任公司的苯丙乳液BC99。
7.一种制备权利要求1至6任一所述的具有超耐候性的单组份瓷砖背胶的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将水性氟碳乳液、苯丙乳液混合得复配乳液;
S2、将填料加入复配乳液中搅拌均匀;
S3、将剩余成份加入步骤S2所得的物料中并搅拌均匀,即得所述瓷砖背胶。
