The tray sorting detection mechanism 3 can adjust the position of the tray T to be in a detection position and perform detection, and after detection, the state of the tray is determined, which mainly includes whether rotation and turning are required. The tray T is placed on the upper part of the tray sorting and detecting mechanism 3, and is corrected to the intermediate position by the tray sorting and detecting mechanism 3, and then the position is detected by the tray sorting and detecting mechanism 3, and the state of the tray is judged. If need rotate 90 degrees then rotate in the below, if do not need to rotate then directly drop to the bottom, wait to carry out next transfer, can guarantee this moment that the crossbeam direction on the different trays T after detection mechanism 3 detects and the rotation has the uniformity, but some trays openly upwards, some then the reverse side upwards.
The tray T after the processing of the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 is completed is carried away by the tray cross-region conveying device 4, and the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 does not have a transfer function or cannot be part of a subsequent conveying track because the part for bearing the tray needs to have a rotation function, and needs to be transferred through the tray cross-region conveying device 4. The tray transregional transmission device 4 mainly hooks the tray T to transport downwards through power sources such as cylinders and the like in cooperation with the hooks, and the tray T is transported to the finished product tray conveying line 5.
The finished product conveying line 5 is of a conveying chain structure, the tray T with the uniform direction is conveyed downwards, the tray overturning mechanism 6 capable of overturning the tray is arranged below the chain of the tray overturning mechanism, when the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 detects the state of the tray, the front side including the tray upwards or the reverse side upwards, if the reverse side upwards, the tray T stops conveying at the specific position of the finished product conveying line 5, the tray overturning mechanism 6 below the tray T upwards ejects through power sources such as cylinders, and the tray T finishes overturning of 180 degrees. After the overturning is completed, the finished product is conveyed downwards by the finished product conveying line 5. Through the rotation of tray sorting detection mechanism 3 and the upset of tray tilting mechanism 6 like this, can unify the arrangement with preceding direction and positive and negative non-uniform tray, the follow-up use of being convenient for.
The front end of the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 is provided with a tray feeding conveyor line 1 for conveying unscrambled trays T. Tray selects separately detection mechanism support body 31 provides whole frame for tray selects separately detection mechanism, and the main material is formed for processing such as rectangular pipe and H shaped steel. The lifting device 32 of the tray sorting detection mechanism is a device which is arranged on the rack body and can lift along the rack body, and the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 can convey the trays up and down. The tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device 32 comprises a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device frame 327, and a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device motor reducer 321 for providing lifting power is mounted on the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device frame 327; the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device motor reducer 321 is connected with a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device universal joint coupler 322; a bearing seat 323 of the lifting device of the tray sorting detection mechanism is arranged outside the universal joint coupler 322 of the lifting device of the tray sorting detection mechanism; a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device gear 324 is arranged on the outer side of a bearing seat 323 of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device; a first guide wheel 325 of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device and a second guide wheel 326 of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device are installed on both sides of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device body 327.
The tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device frame 327 provides support for the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device 32 and provides lifting power in the vertical direction, fine positioning and detection are performed on the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device at the top of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device, and the tray is driven to descend after completion. The tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device 33 comprises a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device fixing seat 333 which is arranged at the lower part; a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device cylinder 334 is arranged at the upper part of a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device fixing seat 333; the front end of the tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device cylinder 334 is provided with a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device top plate 331 for correcting the position of a tray; a tray sorting detection mechanism correction device linear bearing seat 332 is arranged on the tray sorting detection mechanism correction device fixing seat 333 at two sides of the tray sorting detection mechanism correction device cylinder 334; the tray sorting detection mechanism corrector linear bearing block 332 is connected to the tray sorting detection mechanism corrector top plate 331 via a tray sorting detection mechanism corrector optical axis 335 attached thereto.
When the tray T is placed on the tray sorting detection mechanism 3, in order to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent detection, the tray needs to be correctly corrected to the detection position by the tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device 33, which is mainly corrected by providing thrust by the tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device cylinder 334 arranged thereon, and the tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device linear bearing seats 332 and the tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device optical axis 335 on both sides provide a linear path for correction. And the correcting device 33 of the tray sorting detection mechanism is arranged according to four sides of a square, so that the four sides of the tray T can be corrected by stress.
The tray sorting detection mechanism detection device 34 includes a photoelectric sensor 341 and a photoelectric reflection plate 342. The photoelectric sensor 341 emits light, and the state of the tray can be calculated by using the difference of the reflected light of the photoelectric reflection plate 342, mainly the difference of light paths, that is, whether the photoelectric sensor 341 can receive the signal reflected by the photoelectric reflection plate 342 to detect the shielding of different positions of the tray.
The photo sensors 341 and the corresponding photo reflective plates 342 are distributed vertically, that is, each set of photo sensors 341 includes an upper portion and a lower portion, each set of photo reflective plates 342 also includes an upper portion and a lower portion, and the upper portion and the lower portion respectively and independently detect. Photoelectric sensors 341 are arranged at the monitoring positions of two adjacent sides of the tray, and photoelectric reflecting plates 342 are arranged at the other two adjacent sides of the tray. When the tray is used, the bottom of the tray is at least two rectangular steel pipes with the length of 40mm × 80mm, the upper portion of the tray is formed by welding a plurality of square pipes with the length of 40mm × 40mm to the rectangular steel pipes at the bottom, the detection height of the lower portion of the photoelectric sensor 341 is 20mm, and the detection height of the upper portion of the photoelectric sensor is 60 mm. That is, the detection height of the lower portion of the photoelectric sensor 341 is smaller than the height of the upper steel pipe of the tray T, and the detection height of the upper portion of the photoelectric sensor 342 is larger than the height of the upper steel pipe of the tray T but smaller than the height of the lower steel pipe of the tray T.
The tray T coexists in 4 states at the detection position, as shown in fig. 15 to 18, specifically:
state one (fig. 15) is the normal use state, requiring no rotation nor inversion. At this time, the light beams emitted from the lower part and the upper part of the left-side photoelectric sensor 341 in the drawing are shielded by the lower part of the tray T and do not receive the reflection signal, the light beams emitted from the lower part and the upper part of the right-side photoelectric sensor 341 are reflected by the opposite photoelectric reflecting plate 342, the reflection signal is received, that is, the signal is not received from the upper and lower parts of the left side, and the signal is received from the upper and lower parts of the right side, which is in a normal use state.
The second state (fig. 16) is a state requiring 90 degrees rotation. At this time, just opposite to the first state, in the figure, the lower part and the upper part of the left-side photosensor 341 can receive the reflected signal, the lower part and the upper part of the right-side photosensor 341 cannot receive the reflected signal, that is, the left side is completely received by the upper and lower parts, and the right side is completely received by the upper and lower parts, which is a state that the rotation by 90 degrees is required.
The third state (fig. 17) is a state where the rotation by 90 degrees is required and then the inversion is performed. At this time, the lower part of the left-side photosensor 341 in the figure cannot receive the reflected signal due to shielding, the upper part of the left-side photosensor 341 can receive the reflected signal, the right-side photosensor 341 is just opposite, the lower part of the left-side photosensor can receive the reflected signal, the upper part of the left-side photosensor cannot receive the reflected signal due to shielding, that is, the left side has no signal, and the right side has the signal, which is in a state that the left-side photosensor needs to be rotated by 90 degrees and then is subsequently turned over.
State four (fig. 18) is a state where no rotation is required, only a subsequent flip is required. At this time, the state in the drawing is just completely opposite to the state three, the lower part of the left-side photoelectric sensor 341 in the drawing can receive the reflected signal, the upper part of the left-side photoelectric sensor 341 in the drawing can not receive the reflected signal due to shielding, the lower part of the right-side photoelectric sensor 341 in the drawing can not receive the reflected signal due to shielding, and the upper part of the right-side photoelectric sensor 341 in the drawing can receive the reflected signal, that is, the left side has no signal and the right side has no signal, and the state that the subsequent overturn is needed.
In order to improve the detection accuracy, two or more groups, specifically three groups, are provided for each of the photosensors 341 and the opposite photoelectric reflective plates 342 on the sides of the tray T. And a plurality of groups are arranged, which have a high probability of detecting whether the tray T is damaged and needs to be maintained, that is, the upper part and the lower part of all the photoelectric sensors 341 on each side edge can receive signals or can not receive signals under normal conditions, that is, the states are the same, if some upper parts receive signals or some lower parts receive signals, the tray T is damaged under the condition of a high probability, that is, a part of beam or vertical beam structure is lacked, and the tray T can be removed in the subsequent sorting operation.
The tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device 35 includes a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device rotating platform 351; a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device cylinder 355 is connected to the lower part of the sorting detection mechanism rotating device rotating platform 351; the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device cylinder 355 is connected with a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device guide wheel 353; the guide wheel 353 of the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device drives the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device gear 352 to rotate through the connected tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device rack 354, and further drives the sorting detection mechanism rotating device rotating platform 351 connected with the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device gear 352 to rotate.
The tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device cylinder 355 provides rotating power, the movement of the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device rack 354 is utilized to drive the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device gear 352 to rotate, and then the rotating device rotating platform 351 of the sorting detection mechanism is driven to rotate, so that the tray on the rotating device can be positioned in a rotating mode.
The tray transregional transfer device 4 includes a tray transregional transfer device frame body 41 arranged at the lower part; a second cylinder 49 of the tray cross-region transmission device is arranged at the upper part of the bracket body 41 of the tray cross-region transmission device, tray cross-region transmission device guide rails 48 are arranged at two sides of the second cylinder 49 of the tray cross-region transmission device, and a tray cross-region transmission device sliding block 47 is arranged at the upper part of each tray cross-region transmission device guide rail 48; the upper portion of the tray cross-region transmission device sliding block 47 is provided with a tray cross-region transmission device first air cylinder 45, two sides of the tray cross-region transmission device first air cylinder 45 are provided with tray cross-region transmission device linear bearing seats 44, the tray cross-region transmission device linear bearing seats 44 are connected with a tray cross-region transmission device hook mounting plate 46 through tray cross-region transmission device optical axes 42 mounted on the tray cross-region transmission device linear bearing seats 44, and a tray cross-region transmission device hook 43 is mounted on the tray cross-region transmission device hook mounting plate 46.
The tray trans-regional transmission device 4 mainly provides power for transferring the tray to a rear-end conveying line, wherein the tray trans-regional transmission device support body 41 extends out of the tray trans-regional transmission device hook 43 through two mounted cylinders to hook the tray for transferring.
The finished product tray conveyor line 5 includes a finished product tray conveyor line body 51 provided at the bottom; the finished product tray conveyor line frame body 51 drives the finished product tray conveyor line conveying system 53 to move through the finished product tray conveyor line transmission system 52 installed to convey the trays T. The finished product tray conveying line 5 mainly provides power for the motor to drive the chain to move, and then drives the tray T to convey.
The tray turnover mechanism 6 comprises a tray turnover mechanism fixing base 63; a tray turnover mechanism cylinder 62 is arranged on the tray turnover mechanism fixing base 63; the tray-turning-mechanism cylinder 62 is connected with a tray-turning-mechanism turning plate 61, and the tray-turning-mechanism turning plate 61 can rotate along a tray-turning-mechanism bearing seat 64 provided on a tray-turning-mechanism fixing base 63.
The tray turning mechanism 6 is arranged at the lower part of the finished product tray conveying line 5, and can be selectively ejected upwards according to the detection result of the tray sorting detection mechanism detection device 34 at the front part, so as to achieve the effect of turning over the tray T, namely, under the conditions of the third state and the fourth state, when the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 detects that the tray is reverse side upwards, when the tray T moves to the position right above the tray turning mechanism 6 on the finished product tray conveying line 5, the finished product tray conveying line 5 stops moving, the tray turning mechanism cylinder 62 of the tray turning mechanism 6 is started, and the tray turning mechanism 6 is provided with 2 tray turning mechanism turning plates 61 along the direction of the finished product tray conveying line 5, the tray turning mechanism turning plate 61 at the rear part is ejected upwards during moving, in order to ensure that the tray T can not turn out the finished product tray conveying line 5, the tray turning plate 61 at the front part moves backwards at the same time, the tray overturning mechanism has the advantages that the supporting effect is achieved, after the tray T is supported by the overturning plate 61 of the front tray overturning mechanism, the tray T is slowly reset and put down, and namely the tray forwards moves in the moving direction to roll a tray position.
The tray feeding conveyor line 1 comprises a tray feeding conveyor line frame body 12 arranged at the lower part; a tray feeding conveying line transmission system 15 is arranged at the upper part of the tray feeding conveying line frame body 12; the tray feeding conveyor line transmission system 15 is connected with a tray feeding conveyor line chain 14, and the tray feeding conveyor line chain 14 is connected with a tray feeding conveyor line driven sprocket 11; and a limiting rod 13 is arranged on the side surface of the tray feeding conveying line frame body 12.

The tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device motor reducer 221 provides output power, the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device diverter 222 is used for diverting the power, then the power is transferred to the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device coupler 223 and the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device bearing seat 224, the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device chain wheel 225 on the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device is driven to rotate through rotation, and then the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device chain 227 on the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device chain wheel is driven to rotate, so that the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device chain wheel 23 is driven to achieve lifting movement.
The magnet device 23 includes an electro-permanent magnet 231 disposed at a lower portion; a magnet device hanging rod 234 and a magnet device guiding rod 233 are arranged on the upper part of the electro-permanent magnet 231, and a weighing sensor 232 is also arranged on the electro-permanent magnet 231. The tray jacking mechanism 7 comprises a tray jacking mechanism base 71 arranged at the lower part; a tray jacking mechanism cylinder 72 and a tray jacking mechanism scissor handle connecting rod 73 are arranged at the upper part of the tray jacking mechanism base 71; the upper part of the pallet jacking mechanism scissor-hand connecting rod 73 is provided with a pallet jacking mechanism top layer platform 74.
The tray jacking mechanism 7 provides an upward oblique thrust by using the tray jacking mechanism cylinder 72, and converts the upward oblique force into a vertical upward force by using the tray jacking mechanism scissor hand connecting rod 73, namely a crossed movable joint connecting structure, so that the top layer platform 74 of the tray jacking mechanism is ejected upwards, and the tray moves upwards.
The tray recovery device 8 includes a tray recovery device frame 81; the tray recovery device frame body 81 is connected with a tray recovery device overturning baffle 83 through a tray recovery device bearing seat 82; a tray recovery device baffle 84 is also mounted to the front of the tray recovery device housing 81.
In tray recovery unit 8, the tray gets into from the below, and the tray rises the in-process, and the tray withstands tray recovery unit upset baffle 83 and makes its upset upwards, and when the tray crossed tray recovery unit upset baffle 83 completely, tray climbing mechanism 7 downstream, tray recovery unit upset baffle 83 self return, and tray T descends and will fall on tray recovery unit upset baffle 83 automatically, realizes automatic the collection.
The novel tray arranging work station arranging process comprises the following steps:
1) placing the tray T on the tray feeding conveyor line 1, conveying the tray T to a grabbing station by the tray feeding conveyor line 1, and stopping the tray feeding conveyor line 1;
2) the tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device 22 of the tray grabbing conveyor line 2 descends to the position above the tray T, the magnet device 23 is started to grab one tray T, the tray grabbing conveyor line transverse moving device walking trolley 242 starts to walk to the position above the tray sorting detection mechanism 3, the magnet device 23 is closed to place the tray T on the tray sorting detection mechanism 3, and the tray grabbing conveyor line 2 returns to the original position to carry out the next grabbing action;
3) the tray T is firstly corrected by a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device 33 on the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 to ensure that the whole tray is in a detection identification area, then the tray form is detected by a tray sorting detection mechanism detecting device 34, the tray T is descended to the lower part through a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device 32 after the detection is finished, if the detection result shows that the tray T needs to rotate by 90 degrees, a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device 35 rotates, otherwise, the tray T does not rotate;
4) the tray T which is detected and is rotated or not is conveyed to a finished product tray conveying line 5 by a tray cross-region conveying device 4, the finished product tray conveying line 5 is started, the tray T is conveyed to an overturning station, if the detection result in the step 3 needs to be overturned for 180 degrees, a tray overturning mechanism 6 is started, and if the detection result does not need to be overturned, the overturning mechanism is not started;
5) finished product tray transfer chain 5 will adjust the tray T of unified state and transport the jacking station, and tray climbing mechanism 7 is in jacking to tray recovery unit 8 with tray T, and after whole buttress tray arrangement, use fork truck to transport out tray T from tray recovery unit 8.

The front end of the tray sorting detection mechanism 3 is provided with a tray feeding conveyor line 1 for conveying unscrambled trays T. 3 front ends of tray sorting detection mechanism are provided with the tray and snatch transfer chain 2, and the tray snatchs transfer chain 2 and snatchs tray T and place on tray sorting detection mechanism 3. A tray jacking mechanism 7 is arranged at the lower part of the rear end of the finished product tray conveying line 5; the tray jacking mechanism 7 jacks the tray T into a tray recovery device 8 arranged at the upper part of the tray jacking mechanism 7.

A novel tray arrangement workstation which characterized in that: the workstation comprises a tray sorting detection mechanism (3) arranged at the front end and used for detecting the state of a tray (T) and rotating the tray to be rotated; a tray cross-region transmission device (4) for transferring trays (T) is arranged at the rear end of the tray sorting detection mechanism (3); a finished product tray conveying line (5) for conveying the trays (T) is arranged at the rear end of the tray cross-region conveying device (4); a tray overturning mechanism (6) for overturning the tray (T) is arranged at the lower part of the finished product tray conveying line (5); the tray sorting detection mechanism (3) comprises a tray sorting detection mechanism frame body (31) arranged at the lower part; a tray sorting and detecting mechanism lifting device (32) is arranged on the tray sorting and detecting mechanism frame body (31); a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device (33) is further mounted on the upper portion of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device (32) on the tray sorting detection mechanism frame body (31); the tray sorting detection mechanism frame body (31) is also provided with a tray sorting detection mechanism detection device (34); and a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device (35) which enables the tray (T) to rotate is arranged on the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device (32).
2. A novel pallet organizing workstation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the front end of the tray sorting detection mechanism (3) is provided with a tray feeding conveyor line (1) for conveying unscrambled trays (T).
3. A novel pallet organizing workstation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: tray sorting detection mechanism (3) front end is provided with the tray and snatchs transfer chain (2), and the tray snatchs transfer chain (2) and snatchs tray (T) and place on tray sorting detection mechanism (3).

A novel pallet organizing workstation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a tray jacking mechanism (7) is arranged at the lower part of the rear end of the finished product tray conveying line (5); and the tray jacking mechanism (7) jacks the tray (T) into a tray recovery device (8) arranged at the upper part of the tray jacking mechanism (7).

A novel pallet organizing workstation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device (32) comprises a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device frame body (327), and a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device motor reducer (321) for providing lifting power is installed on the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device frame body (327); the motor reducer (321) of the lifting device of the tray sorting detection mechanism is connected with a universal joint coupler (322) of the lifting device of the tray sorting detection mechanism; a bearing seat (323) of the lifting device of the tray sorting detection mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the universal joint coupler (322) of the lifting device of the tray sorting detection mechanism; a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device gear (324) is arranged on the outer side of a bearing seat (323) of the tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device; tray is selected separately detection mechanism elevating gear support body (327) both sides and all installs tray and selects separately first leading wheel (325) of detection mechanism elevating gear and tray and select separately detection mechanism elevating gear second leading wheel (326).

A novel pallet organizing workstation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device (35) comprises a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device rotating platform (351); a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device cylinder (355) is connected to the lower part of the sorting detection mechanism rotating device rotating platform (351); the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device cylinder (355) is connected with a tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device guide wheel (353); the guide wheel (353) of the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device drives the gear (352) of the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device to rotate through a connected rack (354) of the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device, and then drives the sorting detection mechanism rotating device rotating platform (351) connected with the gear (352) of the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device to rotate.

A novel pallet organizing workstation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the finished product tray conveying line (5) comprises a finished product tray conveying line frame body (51) arranged at the bottom; and the finished product tray conveyor line frame body (51) drives the finished product tray conveyor line conveying system (53) to move through the mounted finished product tray conveyor line transmission system (52) so as to convey the trays (T).

A novel pallet preparation workstation as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the tray recovery device (8) comprises a tray recovery device frame body (81); a tray recovery device turnover baffle (83) is connected to the tray recovery device frame body (81) through a tray recovery device bearing seat (82); and a tray recovery device baffle (84) is also arranged at the front part of the tray recovery device frame body (81).
19. A finishing process for a novel pallet finishing station as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 18, comprising the steps of:
1) the method comprises the following steps that a tray (T) is placed on a tray feeding conveying line (1), the tray feeding conveying line (1) forwards conveys the tray (T) to a grabbing station, and the tray feeding conveying line (1) stops;
2) a tray grabbing conveyor line lifting device (22) of the tray grabbing conveyor line (2) descends to the position above a tray (T), a magnet device (23) is started to grab one tray (T), a tray grabbing conveyor line transverse moving device walking trolley (242) starts to walk to the position above a tray sorting detection mechanism (3), the magnet device (23) is closed, the tray (T) is placed on the tray sorting detection mechanism (3), and the tray grabbing conveyor line (2) returns to the original position to carry out the next grabbing action;
3) the tray (T) is corrected by a tray sorting detection mechanism correcting device (33) on a tray sorting detection mechanism (3) to ensure that the whole tray is in a detection identification area, then the tray form is detected by a tray sorting detection mechanism detecting device (34), the tray is descended to the lower part through a tray sorting detection mechanism lifting device (32) after the detection is finished, if the detection result shows that the tray needs to rotate 90 degrees, the tray sorting detection mechanism rotating device (35) rotates, otherwise, the tray sorting detection mechanism does not rotate;
4) the tray (T) which is detected and rotated or not is conveyed to a finished product tray conveying line (5) by a tray cross-region conveying device (4), the finished product tray conveying line (5) is started, the tray (T) is conveyed to a turnover station, if the detection result in the step 3 needs to be turned over for 180 degrees, a tray turnover mechanism (6) is started, and if the detection result does not need to be turned over, the turnover mechanism is not started;
