In the implementation, when the speed of the vehicle body is greater than fifteen percent of the highest speed limit specified in the external guideboard information and lasts for N seconds, the master controller controls the enclasping assembly 8 to finely adjust the position of the seat 3 on the front guide rail 2 and the rear guide rail 2 and to slightly move the seat backwards; when the speed of the vehicle body is less than fifteen percent of the minimum speed limit specified in the external guideboard information and lasts for N seconds, the main controller controls the enclasping assembly 8 to finely adjust the position of the seat 3 on the front guide rail 2 and the rear guide rail 2 and to slightly move forward, wherein N seconds can be between 10 seconds and 30 seconds; thereby reducing the frequency of seat adjustment; in addition, the driver can be effectively prompted to adjust the speed by adjusting the position of the seat, and in addition, the sprayer can also spray and refresh the user, so that abnormal speed caused by fatigue driving or driving distraction is prevented.

Claims (7)
1. Real-time monitoring and warning device for automobile driving safety protection is characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
a vehicle body (1);
two front and rear guide rails (2) symmetrically arranged in the Z direction, wherein the front and rear guide rails (2) extend along the X direction;
the seat (3) is arranged on the front guide rail (2) in a sliding manner, a clasping assembly (8) is connected to the lower side of the seat (3) through a connecting frame (7), and the clasping assembly (8) is clasped on the front guide rail (2) and the rear guide rail (2); and
the vehicle speed monitor (4) at least comprises a vehicle speed monitor and a visual detector, wherein the vehicle speed monitor is used for monitoring the vehicle speed in real time, and can feed the vehicle speed back to the main controller in real time;
the visual detector can shoot and read external guideboard information, and the visual detector can feed the external guideboard information back to the main controller;
when the speed of the vehicle body is greater than fifteen percent of the highest speed limit specified in the external guideboard information, the main controller controls the enclasping assembly (8) to finely adjust the position of the seat (3) on the front guide rail (2) and the rear guide rail to slightly move backwards;
when the speed of the vehicle body is less than fifteen percent of the minimum speed limit specified in the external guideboard information, the main controller controls the enclasping component (8) to finely adjust the position of the seat (3) on the front guide rail (2) and the rear guide rail (2) and to slightly move forwards;
two groups of limiting holes (6) are symmetrically formed in the Z direction of the front guide rail (2), and each group of limiting holes (6) is a plurality of limiting holes distributed along the X direction array;
the hugging assembly (8) comprises:
the enclasping frame (81) is of a concave through structure along the X direction, and the enclasping frame (81) is sleeved on the upper half part of the front and rear guide rails (2);
the two sliding seats (82) are arranged on the side plate of the enclasping frame (81) in a sliding manner along the X direction, the two sliding seats (82) are connected by adopting an adjusting rod, and the adjusting rod is a telescopic rod;
the first limiting rod (83) is inserted into the sliding seat (82) in a penetrating mode along the Z direction, the end portion of the first limiting rod (83) can extend into the limiting hole (6), and the first limiting rod is a telescopic rod;
when the main controller controls the enclasping assembly (8) to finely adjust the position of the seat (3) on the front guide rail (2) and the rear guide rail (2), the two sliding seats (82) are controlled to slightly move on the front guide rail and the rear guide rail (2) through the adjusting rod, and the first limiting rods (83) on the two sliding seats (82) alternately extend into the limiting holes (6) to be limited;
a guide seat (85) is fixed above the sliding seat (82), the guide seat (85) is arranged in the enclasping frame (81) in a limiting sliding manner, and a limited position head (86) is fixed at the top of the guide seat (85);
the locking device is characterized in that a limiting seat (87) is further arranged on the locking frame (81) in a sliding mode up and down, a groove is formed in the bottom of the limiting seat (87) and used for limiting the limiting head (86), the up-and-down movement of the limiting seat (87) is driven by a second limiting rod (810), and the second limiting rod is a telescopic rod.
2. The real-time monitoring and warning device for automobile driving safety protection according to claim 1, wherein: the monitor (4) is detachably fixed at the position of the main rearview mirror of the vehicle body (1).

The real-time monitoring and warning device for automobile driving safety protection according to claim 1, wherein: the main controller controls the enclasping component (8) to finely adjust the position distance parameters of the seat (3) on the front guide rail (2) and the rear guide rail (2) to be adjustable.

The real-time monitoring and warning device for automobile driving safety protection according to claim 1, wherein: the limiting hole (6) is also communicated with the gas control bin (9) by adopting a connecting pipe (10), and the gas control bin (9) is arranged in the front guide rail (2) and the rear guide rail (2) and is driven by an external negative pressure generator.

6. The real-time monitoring and warning device for automobile driving safety protection according to claim 1, wherein: the limiting head (86) is hemispherical, and the groove is a hemispherical groove.
7. The real-time monitoring and warning device for automobile driving safety protection according to claim 1, wherein: the top of seat (3) still is provided with atomizer (5), atomizer (5) can spout refreshing spray, atomizer and monitor and main control unit electricity are connected.
