Technical Field

Background
Extruders are commonly used to heat and melt a solid input material (e.g., plastic, or thermoplastic material) and extrude the material in a flowable or molten state. The extruded material is directed into a die and subsequently cooled and solidified to form an article having a shape defined by the die.
The key parts of the extruder are a screw and a machine barrel, the screw rotates in the machine barrel and mainly has the functions of conveying, compacting, melting and plasticizing raw materials into a molten state and extruding molten plastic fluid to advance to complete injection molding, and the foaming plate is formed by uniformly mixing a foaming agent and the molten material in the extruder and then extruding, but the problems that part of raw materials in the extruder are not completely melted and the foaming agent and the molten material are not uniformly mixed exist at present, so that the product quality is reduced.
In order to solve the above problems, the present applicant proposed a kneading block device for an extruder.

Firstly, raw materials of plastic products are poured into the machine shell 1 through the feeding hole 3 on the machine shell 1, the screw body 2 rotates under the driving of the driving device, the raw materials are heated by the heater on the inner wall of the machine shell 1 to be melted into molten state, and are conveyed forwards under the driving of the screw body 2, and finally, the raw materials are discharged through the discharging hole 4 on the machine shell 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, a plurality of sets of first protrusion tooth modules are arranged on the screw head 6 at equal intervals along the axial direction thereof, each set of first protrusion tooth modules includes a plurality of first protrusion teeth 9, and the plurality of first protrusion teeth 9 are arranged on the screw head 6 in an annular array manner, so that the path through which the raw material flows can be lengthened, and the uniformity of the raw material mixture can be further ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, a pin sleeve 5 is fixed in the casing 1 through a bolt, and the screw head 6 is sleeved in the pin sleeve 5; a plurality of groups of second protruding tooth modules are arranged on the inner wall of the pin sleeve 5 along the axial direction of the pin sleeve, each group of second protruding tooth module comprises a plurality of second protruding teeth 11, and the plurality of second protruding teeth 11 are arranged in the pin sleeve 5 in an annular array manner; the screw head 6 is sleeved on the pin sleeve 5, and a first raised tooth module is arranged between every two adjacent second raised tooth modules; in this way, the path through which the raw materials flow can be further extended, and the effect of kneading the raw materials can be further improved.
