Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a communication management method, a bifurcation box, a multi-split air conditioning system and a storage medium, wherein protocol conversion is carried out on data of indoor and outdoor units in the bifurcation box, so that the indoor units and the outdoor units with different communication protocols can directly construct the multi-split air conditioning system without changing the communication protocols of the indoor units and the outdoor units, thereby realizing rapid construction of the multi-split air conditioning system.
Embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a communication management method applied to a manifold box in a multi-split air conditioning system, where the manifold box is respectively in communication connection with an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the indoor unit communicates based on a first communication protocol, and the outdoor unit communicates based on a second communication protocol, and the communication management method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S100, S200 and S300.
Step S100, receiving first data sent by an indoor unit and second data sent by an outdoor unit;
step S200, analyzing the first data through a first communication protocol to obtain a first instruction, and analyzing the second data through a second communication protocol to obtain a second instruction;
step S300, encapsulating the first instruction through the second communication protocol to obtain third data and transmitting the third data to the outdoor unit, and encapsulating the second instruction through the first communication protocol to obtain fourth data and transmitting the fourth data to the indoor unit.
In the existing multi-split air conditioning system built by the bifurcation box, the communication between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit is based on the same communication protocol, so that the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can realize direct communication. If the indoor and outdoor units are provided by the same air conditioner manufacturer, namely, the whole set of sold one-to-many air conditioning system (one outdoor unit corresponds to a plurality of indoor units), the indoor and outdoor units are preset with the same communication protocol, and installers do not need to change the communication protocol, so that the multi-split air conditioning system is directly assembled; however, in practice, there are often cases where a customer already installs multiple sets of air conditioners (one outdoor unit corresponds to one indoor unit), and wants to build a multi-split air conditioning system based on the existing air conditioner, so in the prior art, an installer needs to change the communication protocol of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit, so that the communication protocols of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are the same. Obviously, the software of the indoor and outdoor units is not easy to change, the existing air conditioner of the client is often produced by an unfamiliar manufacturer of an installer, the changing difficulty is high, and each indoor and outdoor unit is possibly required to be changed one by one, so that the overall installation cost is very high.
Based on the above problems, the embodiment of the present invention performs protocol conversion on the data sent by the indoor unit and the outdoor unit in the branching box, so that the software of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is not required to be changed, the process of building the multi-split air conditioning system under the condition of the existing air conditioner is simplified, specifically, when the indoor unit sends first data to the outdoor unit, the branching box receives the first data sent by the indoor unit, and because the first data is sent based on the first communication protocol, the branching box analyzes the first data based on the first communication protocol to obtain a first instruction, the first instruction is an instruction sent by the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, then, on the premise that the branching box knows that the outdoor unit is communicated based on the second communication protocol, the first instruction is packaged by the second communication protocol to obtain third data, and finally, the third data is sent to the outdoor unit, so that the outdoor unit can obtain the first instruction based on the original communication protocol analysis; similarly, when the outdoor unit sends second data to the indoor unit, the branching box receives the second data sent by the outdoor unit, and because the second data is sent based on the second communication protocol, the branching box analyzes the second data based on the second communication protocol to obtain a second instruction, the second instruction is an instruction sent by the outdoor unit to the indoor unit, then the branching box encapsulates the second instruction through the first communication protocol to obtain fourth data on the premise that the branching box knows that the indoor unit is in communication based on the first communication protocol, and finally the fourth data is sent to the indoor unit, so that the indoor unit can analyze the second instruction based on the original communication protocol.
By the two processes of sending data from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit and sending data from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit, the data interaction between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit is completed under the condition that the communication protocol of the indoor unit is not changed, and the construction process of the multi-split air conditioning system is simplified. Because only the communication protocols matched with different indoor and outdoor units are required to be set in the bifurcation box, even if more than three communication protocols exist in the multi-split air conditioning system built by the indoor and outdoor units, the data analysis can be set in the bifurcation box by using the corresponding communication protocols for different communication ports. Therefore, the communication management method of the embodiment of the invention is executed in the bifurcation box, software is not required to be changed aiming at indoor and outdoor units, the difficulty of the component multi-split air conditioning system can be greatly reduced, and the method is suitable for air conditioners of various existing communication protocols, so that the universality is good.
Referring to fig. 2, the above step S100 specifically includes, but is not limited to, the following steps S110, S120 and S130.
Step S110, alternately inquiring the indoor unit and the outdoor unit;
step S120, when the indoor unit is inquired, receiving first data sent by the indoor unit;
step S130, when the outdoor unit is queried, the second data sent by the outdoor unit is received.
The indoor and outdoor machine interactive communication modes realized by the branching boxes are various, wherein the ports of the indoor and outdoor machines are accessed in a time-sharing way by using a way of alternately inquiring in one branching box, for example, in a multi-split air conditioning system with one for three, the branching boxes are respectively connected with three indoor machines and one outdoor machine, the access ports of the branching boxes are divided into the ports of the indoor machines and the ports of the outdoor machines, the accessed ports are accessed according to a certain preset sequence, and only one port is accessed at each time point; based on this way of alternating access, there are special receiving and transmitting rules in terms of data interaction. These rules will be described in detail below. The bifurcation box in this embodiment executes the communication management method from step S110 to step S130, and performs data interaction, that is, through a manner of alternate access.
Wherein, step S120 and step S130 embody the feature of receiving data during alternate access: since only one port is accessible at the same time, when the outdoor unit or the indoor unit needs to transmit data to the manifold box, the data cannot be directly received by the manifold box, but when the manifold box accesses the outdoor unit or the indoor unit, the data to be transmitted by the outdoor unit or the indoor unit is received, that is, when the manifold box accesses one port at a time, the data can be transmitted and received to and from the port only. It will be appreciated that the data received through step S120 described above is obviously first data that has been encrypted by the first communication protocol, and step S130 is similarly received by the splitter box as second data that has been encrypted by the second communication protocol. The task of the bifurcation box is to identify the data and perform communication protocol conversion.
Therefore, referring to fig. 3, after the above step S100, the following steps S140 and S150 are further included:
step S140, determining the communication protocol of the first data as the first communication protocol;
step S150, determining the communication protocol of the second data as the second communication protocol.
When the first data is received, the bifurcation box carries out communication protocol identification on the first data, namely, the equipment which sends the first data is identified by the data content and the communication protocol of the equipment, so that the first data which is sent by the indoor unit based on the first communication protocol is determined, and the step S200 is executed to call the first communication protocol preset inside to analyze the first data; similarly, when the divergence box receives the second data, the divergence box performs communication protocol identification on the second data, so that it is determined that the outdoor unit sends the second data based on the second communication protocol, and therefore, the step S200 is executed to call the second communication protocol preset inside to analyze the second data.
It may be understood that, in order for the bifurcation box to identify the communication protocol of the first data and the second data, an installer may preset a parsing and packaging program of the first communication protocol and the second communication protocol in the bifurcation box, and set that data sent by the port corresponding to the indoor unit is parsed by the first communication protocol, data sent by the port corresponding to the outdoor unit is parsed by the second communication protocol, data sent to the port corresponding to the indoor unit is packaged by the first communication protocol, and data sent to the port corresponding to the outdoor unit is packaged by the second communication protocol. Of course, the first communication protocol and the second communication protocol are only used for illustration, if one indoor unit of the plurality of indoor units uses the third communication protocol, the parsing and packaging procedure of the third communication protocol can be preset in the above manner, and the data of the port can be parsed and packaged, so as to realize data transceiving. It can be understood that a plurality of different communication protocols can be preset in the bifurcation box, when the bifurcation box receives the data sent by the new port, the communication protocol used by the data is automatically identified through the message structure, and then the corresponding communication protocol is called to analyze the data. After analysis is successful, the communication protocol corresponding to the port is recorded for subsequent data receiving and transmitting.
After parsing the first data through the first communication protocol to obtain a first instruction, the communication management method further includes: the first instruction is temporarily stored. Because of the mechanism of alternate access, after receiving the first data sent by the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, the current access port is not the port corresponding to the outdoor unit, so that the first instruction corresponding to the first data cannot be directly forwarded to the outdoor unit, the first instruction is temporarily stored first, and the first instruction is packaged and sent to the outdoor unit after the branch box accesses the port corresponding to the outdoor unit. Similarly, after parsing the second data through the second communication protocol to obtain the second instruction, the communication management method further includes: the second instruction is temporarily stored. The second instruction is an instruction sent from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit, and therefore, the second instruction is not sent to the indoor unit until the branch box accesses the port corresponding to the indoor unit after being packaged.
Referring to fig. 4, a first command is obtained based on the temporary storage, and in step S300, third data is obtained by encapsulating the first command through a second communication protocol and sent to the outdoor unit, and the method includes the following steps:
step S310: when the second data is received and the first instruction is determined to be temporarily stored, the first instruction is packaged through a second communication protocol to obtain third data;
step S320: and transmitting the third data to the outdoor unit.
The above-mentioned step S310 and step S320 correspond to the case where the first command is temporarily stored in the divergence box and is accessed to the outdoor unit, and since the first command is required to be transmitted from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit, when the port of the outdoor unit is accessed (at this time, the data transmitted from the outdoor unit may be received, that is, the data corresponds to the above-mentioned step S130), the first command is encapsulated into third data through the second communication protocol and is transmitted to the outdoor unit.
Similarly, referring to fig. 5, a second instruction is obtained based on the temporary storage, and in step S300, fourth data is obtained by encapsulating the second instruction by the first communication protocol and sent to the indoor unit, and the method includes the following steps:
step S330: when the first data is received and the second instruction is determined to be temporarily stored, the second instruction is packaged through the first communication protocol to obtain fourth data;
step S340: and transmitting the fourth data to the indoor unit.
The above-mentioned step S330 and step S340 correspond to the case where the second instruction is temporarily stored in the branching box and is accessed to the indoor unit, and since the second instruction is to be transmitted to the indoor unit by the outdoor unit, when the port of the indoor unit is accessed (at this time, the data transmitted by the indoor unit may be received, that is, the data corresponds to the above-mentioned step S120), the second instruction is encapsulated into fourth data by the first communication protocol and is transmitted to the indoor unit.
The steps S310 to S340 embody the feature of sending data during the alternate access, and require that the branch box has a memory capable of temporarily storing instructions, and the memory is usually integrated in a hardware manner or externally connected to a control board of the branch box, where a control unit is provided in the control board to execute the communication management method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and form a communication connection with the memory, so as to implement protocol conversion between indoor units and outdoor units. Obviously, the control panel is used as an intermediary, and two sides of the control panel are respectively connected with the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to receive and transmit data, namely, the control panel corresponds to macroscopic: the branch box is connected with the indoor unit and the outdoor unit respectively.
On the physical connection port, the connection port between the bifurcation box and the indoor and outdoor units can take various forms; for example, in some cases, the indoor unit is connected to the manifold via an RS485 communication bus, and the outdoor unit is also connected to the manifold via an RS485 communication bus. The multi-split air conditioning system built by the RS485 communication bus can obtain good effects by applying the communication management method of the embodiment of the invention. Of course, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit may adopt different communication interfaces, and only the branch box may support the communication interfaces or may support the communication interfaces after interface conversion.
According to the communication management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the data sent by the indoor units and the outdoor units with different protocols are subjected to protocol conversion through the bifurcation box, so that the multi-split air conditioning system can perform data interaction, and the difficulty of the multi-split air conditioning system with the indoor units and the outdoor units with different protocols is reduced.
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention in a practical example:
the multi-split air conditioning system adopts three indoor units, an outdoor unit and a split box to form a one-to-three system, wherein the split box is used as a slave of the outdoor unit and also used as a slave of the indoor unit. The three indoor units are all communicated based on a first communication protocol, the outdoor unit is communicated based on a second communication protocol, and the outdoor unit and the indoor units are all communicated by adopting an RS485 bus. The parsing and packaging program of the first communication protocol and the second communication protocol is preset in the bifurcation box, and is divided into the following modules according to the program functions, and the relationship between the modules can refer to fig. 6:
and a communication module: a program module for processing the data receiving and transmitting of the indoor and outdoor units;
protocol identification module: upon receiving the data, it is identified what protocol format the device is based on the data content. The data is sent to the indoor unit or the outdoor unit without passing through the module.
And a data processing module: and analyzing and packaging the data according to the protocol format identified by the protocol identification module. During analysis, processing the received data; and when packaging, processing the transmission data.
And a data interaction module: and the software function module is used for providing indoor unit data for the outdoor unit data processing module and providing outdoor unit data for the indoor unit data processing module.
When the indoor communication module of the divergence box receives the data of the indoor unit, the indoor communication module recognizes that the protocol is the first communication protocol, the indoor protocol recognition module and the indoor data processing module analyze the instruction content according to the first communication protocol, the instruction content is temporarily stored in the data interaction module, meanwhile, the received outdoor unit instruction (if the instruction is temporarily stored) in the data interaction module is extracted, the indoor data processing module packages the received outdoor unit instruction into a format of the first communication protocol, and the received outdoor unit instruction is sent back to the indoor unit through the indoor communication module. If the outdoor unit data is empty (the outdoor unit is not connected or the outdoor unit data is not received) in the data interaction module, the data is not transmitted to the indoor unit.
When the outdoor communication module of the divergence box receives the data of the outdoor unit, the outdoor communication module recognizes that the protocol is the second communication protocol, the indoor protocol recognition module and the indoor data processing module analyze the instruction content according to the second communication protocol, the instruction content is temporarily stored in the data interaction module, meanwhile, the received indoor unit instruction (if the instruction is temporarily stored) in the data interaction module is extracted, the indoor unit instruction is packaged into a format of the second communication protocol by the outdoor data processing module, and the indoor unit instruction is sent back to the outdoor unit through the outdoor communication module. If the corresponding indoor unit data is empty (if the indoor unit does not exist or has connection errors) in the data interaction module, the data is not sent to the outdoor unit.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a communication management device which comprises at least one processor and a memory for communication connection with the at least one processor; the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the communication management method described previously.
Referring to fig. 7, the control processor 1001 and the memory 1002 in the communication management apparatus 1000 may be connected by a bus, for example. Memory 1002 is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that may be used to store non-transitory software programs as well as non-transitory computer-executable programs. In addition, the memory 1002 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk memory, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 1002 may optionally include memory remotely located relative to the control processor 1001, which may be connected to the communication management device 1000 via a network.
