Or, the rewriting identification code is determined to be the simultaneous rewriting identification code of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, that is, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can rewrite in the same rewriting information of the control parameter, the information of the second preset information segment of the rewriting information of the air-conditioning control parameter is obtained, the information of the second preset information segment is forwarded to the outdoor unit, the control parameter of the outdoor unit is rewritten through the rewriting information of the outdoor control parameter, the rewriting identification code is simultaneously rewritten through the determining of the rewriting identification code of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and the control parameters of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are rewritten through obtaining the information of the first preset information segment in the rewriting information of the air-conditioning control parameter and the information of the second preset information segment of the rewriting information of the air-conditioning control parameter.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of communication between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The indoor unit control parameter rewriting information is used for rewriting indoor unit control parameters, indoor control parameter rewriting information required to be rewritten can be extracted, the rewriting information is temporarily stored in a second storage space of the indoor controller, the indoor control parameters are temporarily rewritten through the rewriting information, the temporary rewriting is effective at this time, and when the air conditioner is powered on again after the power failure, the air conditioner control parameters are restored to the control parameter setting when the air conditioner leaves the factory.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, when the outdoor control parameter is rewritten according to the outdoor control parameter rewriting information, it is first determined whether the shutdown instruction is completed, for example, whether the compressor is stopped, whether the outdoor fan is stopped, and whether the electronic expansion valve is stopped, when the shutdown instruction is completed, the outdoor control parameter rewriting information is temporarily stored in the fourth storage space of the outdoor controller, the indoor control parameter is temporarily rewritten by the rewriting information, the temporary rewriting is valid this time, and when the air conditioner is powered on again after the power failure, the air conditioner control parameter is restored to the control parameter setting when the air conditioner is shipped.
Or, when rewriting the outdoor control parameter, the outdoor control board analyzes the rewriting information of the outdoor control parameter, extracts the storage address and corresponding data of the control parameter to be rewritten in the rewriting information, and stores the extracted storage address and corresponding data in the third storage space of the outdoor controller, the outdoor control board reads the original outdoor control parameter in the E-side memory 2 through I2C communication and temporarily stores the original outdoor control parameter in the fourth storage space of the outdoor controller, the outdoor control board rewrites the original outdoor control parameter in the fourth storage space according to the rewriting information of the control parameter in the third storage space and recalculates the checksum of the array in the fourth storage space, the read-write signal of the outdoor control board controlling the E-side memory 2 is set to low level, the address and data of the rewritten fourth storage space are written in the outdoor memory, i.e. the E-side memory 2 through I2C communication, and writing in control parameters of the indoor unit is realized, and the outdoor unit is controlled to operate according to the written control parameters, wherein the read-write signal of the E-side memory 2 is default to high level, so that the E-side memory 2 can only read and can not write.
In some embodiments, after the writing of the indoor unit control parameter is completed, the written control parameter needs to be verified, the read-write signal of the indoor control board control E-side memory 1 is set to a high level, the rewritten indoor control parameter written in the indoor memory is rewritten and read through I2C communication, and the rewritten indoor control parameter written in the indoor memory is verified, if the verification is correct, a successful rewriting prompt of the indoor control parameter is performed, for example, a buzzer sounds 5, a user hears a buzzer 5, and can determine that the rewriting of the indoor control parameter is successful, or, if the verification is incorrect, a failed rewriting prompt of the indoor control parameter is performed, for example, a buzzer sounds 1, and a user hears a buzzer 1, and can determine that the rewriting of the indoor control parameter is failed. And whether the current control parameter is successfully rewritten can be displayed on a nixie tube arranged in the indoor unit, and a user can determine whether the current control parameter is successfully rewritten by observing the display information of the nixie tube of the indoor unit.
In some embodiments, after the rewriting of the outdoor unit control parameter is completed, the read-write signal of the outdoor control board controlling the E-side memory 2 is set to a high level, the rewritten outdoor control parameter written in the outdoor memory, i.e., the E-side memory 2, is rewritten and read through the I2C communication, the rewritten outdoor control parameter written in the rewritten and read outdoor memory is verified, and when the verification is correct, it is determined that the rewriting of the outdoor unit control parameter is successful, and then a successful rewriting signal of the outdoor control parameter is fed back to the indoor unit.
When the indoor unit control parameters are temporarily rewritten, after the indoor control parameters are temporarily rewritten, a temporary rewriting completion prompt is performed according to the result of temporarily rewriting the indoor control parameters, and because the number of prompt sounds emitted when the temporary rewriting control parameters are successful and the temporary rewriting control parameters are failed is different, whether the current control parameters are successfully rewritten or not can be determined according to the different number of prompt sounds; when the control parameter of the outdoor unit is rewritten, the indoor unit sends the rewriting information of the outdoor control parameter to the outdoor unit through indoor and outdoor two-way communication, if the transmission is successful, the buzzer sounds for 1 sound, if a feedback signal of successful rewriting of the control parameter of the outdoor unit is received, the buzzer successfully prompts, for example, the buzzer sounds for 6 sounds, and the buzzer sends out different numbers of prompting sounds to determine the rewriting process of the outdoor control parameter.
In some embodiments, when the indoor unit rewrites the indoor unit control parameter or the outdoor unit control parameter after receiving the air conditioner control parameter rewriting information, the indoor unit receives a control parameter rewriting signal, first controls the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to execute a shutdown instruction, and sends an outdoor shutdown instruction to the outdoor unit, controls the indoor fan to pause, controls the indoor fan to close, rewrites the control parameter, for example, displays a flag in parameter rewriting, such as a display PO flag, of the indoor unit, and prepares in advance for rewriting the indoor unit control parameter.
A method for rewriting air-conditioning control parameters according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 6, which is a flowchart of a method for rewriting air-conditioning control parameters according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6.

Step S43, judging whether the air conditioner control parameter rewriting information is received, if yes, executing step S44; if not, go to step S42.
In step S44, it is determined whether the air conditioning control parameter rewriting information is indoor control parameter rewriting information, if so, step S45 is executed, and if not, step S46 is executed.
In step S45, the control parameter of the E-side memory 1 of the indoor unit is rewritten based on the control parameter rewriting information.
In step S46, the control parameter rewriting information is transmitted to the outdoor unit.
In step S47, the buzzer sounds 5 sounds after the control parameter is successfully rewritten.
And step S48, the buzzer sounds 1 sound after the control parameter is sent.
And step S49, the indoor unit receives the buzzer sounds 6 sounds after the control parameter of the outdoor unit is successfully rewritten.
In summary, according to the method for rewriting air conditioner control parameters in the embodiment of the present invention, the rewriting information of the air conditioner control parameters is obtained, the rewriting information of the air conditioner control parameters is analyzed, and when it is determined that the rewriting information of the air conditioner control parameters is the rewriting information of the indoor control parameters, the rewriting of the indoor unit control parameters is realized through the rewriting information of the control parameters, and the method can be realized based on the setting of the remote controller and the communication between the remote controller and the air conditioner without disassembling the machine, and is independent of professionals and professional tools, and is simple in operation and low in cost.
An indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the indoor unit 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a second communication module 21, an indoor memory 22, and an indoor controller 23, where the second communication module 21 is configured to receive air conditioner control parameter rewriting information; the indoor memory 22 is used for storing indoor control parameters; the indoor controller 23 is connected to the second communication module 21 and the indoor memory 22, respectively, for executing the method of rewriting the air conditioning control parameter mentioned in the above embodiment.
According to the indoor unit 20 of the embodiment of the invention, the second communication module 21 receives the rewriting information of the air-conditioning control parameters, and the indoor controller executes 23 the method for rewriting the air-conditioning control parameters mentioned in the above embodiment, so that the control parameters of the indoor unit 20 can be rewritten independently without depending on professional personnel and tools, without disassembling the unit, the realization is simple, only the rewriting program needs to be added in the indoor unit controller, the cost is low, and manpower and material resources are saved.
In some embodiments, the indoor unit further includes a prompt module, where the prompt module is connected to the indoor controller 23 and is used to prompt when the rewriting of the air-conditioning control parameter is successful or failed, and prompt the rewriting process of the air-conditioning control parameter through the voice prompt module, so that a user can determine whether the rewriting of the air-conditioning control parameter is successful, which is more convenient.
The method for rewriting air-conditioning control parameters according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 8, and as shown in fig. 9, it is a flowchart of the method for rewriting air-conditioning control parameters according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Step S62, initialize normally and operate according to the original control parameters.
In step S63, it is determined whether or not the outdoor control parameter rewriting information is received.
In step S64, the outdoor unit control parameter is rewritten based on the outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information.
And step S65, after the control parameter of the outdoor unit is successfully rewritten, a control parameter rewriting success signal is sent to the indoor unit.
In summary, according to the method for rewriting air conditioner control parameters in the embodiment of the present invention, the outdoor unit control parameters are rewritten through the outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information, which is not dependent on professional personnel and professional tools, does not need to be dismounted, is simple to implement, only needs to add a rewriting program in the indoor unit controller, is low in cost, and saves manpower and material resources.
An outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of an outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, an outdoor unit 30 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an outdoor memory 31 and an outdoor controller 32.
Wherein, the outdoor memory 31 is used for storing outdoor control parameters; the outdoor controller 32 is connected to the outdoor memory 31 for executing the method of rewriting the air-conditioning control parameters mentioned in the above embodiment.
According to the outdoor unit 30 of the embodiment of the present invention, the outdoor unit controller 32 executes the above-mentioned method for rewriting the air conditioner control parameters in real time, so that the rewriting of the outdoor unit control parameters can be realized, and the method does not depend on professional personnel and professional tools, does not need to be disassembled, is simple to realize, only needs to add a rewriting program in the outdoor unit controller, is low in cost, and saves manpower and material resources.
An air conditioner according to an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, an air conditioner 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an indoor unit 20 and an outdoor unit 30. The outdoor unit 30 communicates with the indoor units 20, and performs the method for rewriting the air conditioning control parameters mentioned in the above embodiments.
According to the air conditioner 40 of the embodiment of the invention, based on the control parameter rewriting information sent by the remote controller 10, when the indoor unit 20 and the outdoor unit 30 communicate, the control parameters of the indoor unit 20 or the outdoor unit 30 are rewritten, the air conditioner does not depend on professional personnel and professional tools, the air conditioner does not need to be dismounted, the implementation is simple, only a rewriting program needs to be added in the controller, the cost is low, and manpower and material resources are saved.

Claims (10)

1. A method for rewriting air conditioner control parameters, which is used for a remote controller, the method comprising:
receiving an air conditioner control parameter rewriting instruction, and entering a control parameter rewriting mode;
redefining the function of the input unit;
generating air conditioner control parameter rewriting information according to a setting instruction received by the input unit after the function is redefined;
and sending the air conditioner control parameter rewriting information to an air conditioner.
2. A method of rewriting air conditioner control parameters according to claim 1, wherein redefining the function of the input unit includes:
the functions defining the input unit at least include a memory address adjusting function, a data adjusting function, an up-adjusting function, a down-adjusting function, and a transmitting function.
3. The method of rewriting air conditioning control parameters of claim 2, wherein generating air conditioning control parameter rewriting information according to a setting instruction received by the input unit after redefining a function, includes:
receiving a storage address setting instruction to generate control parameter storage address information, and receiving a control parameter data setting instruction to generate control parameter data information;
and correspondingly setting the control parameter storage address information and the control parameter data information.
4. A method for rewriting control parameters of an air conditioner, the method being used for the air conditioner, the method comprising:
receiving air conditioner control parameter rewriting information;
obtaining indoor unit control parameter rewriting information and/or outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information according to the air conditioner control parameter rewriting information;
and rewriting indoor unit control parameters according to the indoor unit control parameter rewriting information, and/or rewriting outdoor unit control parameters according to the outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein obtaining indoor unit control parameter rewriting information and/or outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information based on the air conditioning control parameter rewriting information comprises:
analyzing the air conditioner control parameter rewriting information to obtain a rewriting identification code;
the rewriting identification code is an indoor control parameter identification code, and the air conditioner control parameter rewriting information is determined to be indoor control parameter rewriting information;
or, the rewriting identification code is an outdoor control parameter identification code, and the air-conditioning control parameter rewriting information is determined to be the outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information;
or, the rewriting identification code is used for rewriting identification codes of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit at the same time, acquiring information of a first preset information segment in the air-conditioning control parameter rewriting information as the indoor control parameter rewriting information, and acquiring information of a second preset information segment of the air-conditioning control parameter rewriting information as the outdoor unit control parameter rewriting information.
6. The method of rewriting air conditioner control parameters of claim 4, wherein rewriting indoor unit control parameters according to the indoor unit control parameter rewriting information includes:
temporarily storing the indoor control parameter rewriting information in a second storage space of the indoor controller to temporarily rewrite the indoor control parameters;
or temporarily storing the indoor control parameter rewriting information in a first storage space of an indoor controller, reading an original indoor control parameter of an indoor memory, temporarily storing the original indoor control parameter in a second storage space of the indoor controller, rewriting address corresponding data in the second storage space according to the address corresponding data in the first storage space, and writing the address and data of the rewritten second storage space into the indoor memory.
7. The method of rewriting air conditioner control parameters of claim 4, wherein rewriting outdoor control parameters according to the outdoor control parameter rewriting information comprises:
temporarily storing the outdoor control parameter rewriting information in a fourth storage space of an outdoor controller to temporarily rewrite outdoor control parameters;
or temporarily storing the outdoor control parameter rewriting information in a third storage space of an outdoor controller, reading an original outdoor control parameter of an outdoor memory, temporarily storing the original outdoor control parameter in a fourth storage space of the outdoor controller, rewriting address corresponding data in the fourth storage space according to the address corresponding data in the third storage space, and writing the address and data of the rewritten fourth storage space into the outdoor memory.
8. The method of rewriting air conditioner control parameters of claim 6 or 7, further comprising at least one of:
rewriting and reading the rewritten indoor control parameters written in the indoor memory, verifying the rewritten indoor control parameters written in the indoor memory which are read again, and prompting that the rewriting of the indoor control parameters is successful if the verification is correct or prompting that the rewriting of the indoor control parameters is failed if the verification is incorrect;
rewriting and reading the rewritten outdoor control parameters written in the outdoor memory, verifying the rewritten outdoor control parameters written in the outdoor memory which are read again, and prompting that the outdoor control parameters are rewritten successfully if the verification is correct;
and after temporarily rewriting the indoor control parameters or temporarily rewriting the outdoor control parameters, prompting the completion of temporary rewriting.
9. The method of rewriting air conditioning control parameters of claim 4, wherein after receiving air conditioning control parameter rewriting information, the method further comprises:
controlling the indoor unit and the outdoor unit to execute a shutdown instruction;
controlling the indoor fan to pause and controlling the indoor wind pendulum to close;
rewriting control parameter presentation is performed.
10. An air conditioner, comprising:
an indoor unit and an outdoor unit communicating with the indoor unit and performing the method of rewriting air conditioner control parameters of any one of claims 4 to 9.
