Description

Oxygen mask body and oxygen mask
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oxygen masks, in particular to an oxygen mask body and an oxygen mask.
Background
The existing oxygen mask usually comprises a mask body, an oxygen connector is arranged on the mask body and used for being connected with an oxygen delivery tube, wherein an oxygen guide tube extending out of the breathing cavity is arranged on the inner surface of the breathing cavity in the mask body, an oxygen inlet channel is arranged in the oxygen connector, and one end of the oxygen inlet channel is communicated with the oxygen delivery tube while the other end is communicated with the oxygen guide tube. Therefore, when in use, oxygen can enter the breathing cavity through the oxygen inlet channel in the oxygen tube and the oxygen joint and the oxygen guide cylinder in the breathing cavity in sequence so as to be used by a wearer.
However, the applicant researches in practice to find that in the existing oxygen mask, in actual use, a wearer always feels that oxygen is directly splashed on the mouth and nose area, a part of sensitive wearers feel that air flow is pressed and uncomfortable, and nasal cavities are dry and even headache, so that the comfort of the oxygen mask is reduced to a certain extent. Currently, in order to reduce the airflow oppression, medical staff usually reduces the flow rate of oxygen according to the feedback of a wearer, but the oxygen absorption concentration is reduced, and the oxygen absorption treatment effect is influenced to a certain extent. In addition, the applicant has investigated in practice to find that the existing oxygen masks of this kind cause repeated inhalation of carbon dioxide in practical use, which directly reduces the oxygen inhalation effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a novel oxygen mask body, which can ensure an effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration even when the breathing frequency and the oxygen flow rate of a wearer change, and also can significantly reduce the flow stress of oxygen, so that oxygen can be uniformly diffused in the nose and mouth of the wearer and the surrounding area thereof, thereby ensuring the oxygen inhalation therapy effect and improving the comfort of the wearer.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an oxygen mask body comprising: a mask body comprising a breathing cavity and an oronasal region configured to correspond to an oronose of a wearer; a face-engaging edge disposed at a peripheral edge of the mask body; an oxygen-guiding cylinder is arranged in the oxygen-guiding cylinder, the oxygen guiding barrel comprises an air inlet end, an air outlet end and an oxygen delivery channel section positioned between the air inlet end and the air outlet end, wherein the air inlet end is configured to be capable of being provided with an oxygen connector, the air outlet end is connected to the oral-nasal area and communicated with the breathing cavity, and the edge of a barrel mouth of the air outlet end is lower than or flush with the inner surface of a mask wall of the oral-nasal area in the whole circle direction; wherein the volume of the oxygen guide cylinder is 2000mm3-16000mm3
In the technical proposal, the volume of the oxygen guide cylinder is 2000mm3-16000mm3The oxygen guide tube volume can reduce the flow rate of oxygen and ensure the sufficient oxygen concentration in the oxygen guide tube, and even if the respiratory frequency and the flow rate of oxygen of a wearer change, the oxygen mask body can still ensure effective and stable oxygen concentration and ensure the oxygen inhalation treatment effect. Meanwhile, the cylinder opening edge of the air outlet end is lower than or flush with the inner surface of the mask wall of the oral-nasal area in the whole circle direction, so that the oxygen flowing at the peripheral area in the oxygen guide cylinder is allowed to continuously flow along the inner surface of the mask wall of the oral-nasal area to the periphery at the cylinder opening edge of the air outlet end for diffusion. Therefore, when the oxygen mask body is used in practice, oxygen enters the oxygen guide cylinder through the oxygen connector and flows along the oxygen guide cylinder, and when oxygen in the peripheral area of the oxygen guide cylinder flows to the cylinder mouth edge of the air outlet end along the oxygen guide cylinder, the oxygen diffuses all around and continues to flow along the inner surface of the mask wall in the oral-nasal area to diffuse, and finally an oxygen ring which basically surrounds the oral-nasal area of a wearer is formed.
In some embodiments, the area of the opening of the air outlet end is 200mm2-1200 mm2

More preferably, the degree a is: a is more than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 7, or a is more than or equal to-7 and less than or equal to-4.
In some embodiments, a nose avoidance opening is formed on a nose corresponding region of the mask body to correspond to the nose of the wearer, the nose avoidance opening extending to or at a predetermined distance from the upper oral edge.
In some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder is polygonal, elliptical or circular, or the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder comprises a convex section protruding radially towards the inside of the oxygen guiding cylinder.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the barrel section of the oxygen conducting barrel has a cross-sectional dimension that gradually expands in a direction from the gas inlet end to the gas outlet end.
In some embodiments, a transition region of the mask body between the oronasal region and the face-engaging edge is provided with an air-permeable structure including a plurality of open openings spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the mask body, the plurality of open openings being sized such that portions of the transition region between adjacent open openings are formed as a connecting strip having a reinforcing rib formed on an inner surface thereof extending between the oxygen guide tube and the face-engaging edge.
In addition, the invention also provides an oxygen mask, which comprises an oxygen joint and the oxygen mask body, wherein the oxygen joint comprises a connector and a deflection cover, the connector comprises an oxygen inlet channel, the deflection cover comprises a deflection surface, the deflection cover is connected at the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel, and the deflection surface faces the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel; the connector can install with rotating on the inlet end, advance the export of oxygen passageway with the baffling cover is located lead in the oxygen cylinder.
In the oxygen mask, because the baffle cover of the oxygen joint has a baffle surface, the baffle cover is connected at the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel and the baffle surface faces the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel, and the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel and the baffle cover are positioned in the oxygen guide cylinder, the baffle surface can make the oxygen flow flowing out from the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel contact the baffle surface, and the baffle surface can utilize the shape of the baffle surface to diffuse the oxygen flow to the periphery so as to weaken the intensity of the oxygen flow, so that the oxygen flow flows into the oxygen guide cylinder from the periphery of the baffle surface and mainly flows forwards in the peripheral area of the oxygen guide cylinder. Thus, as described above, the oxygen mask can ensure an effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration even when the breathing frequency and the oxygen flow rate of the wearer change, and can significantly reduce the feeling of oppression of the flow of oxygen, so that oxygen can be uniformly diffused to the nose and mouth of the wearer and the surrounding area thereof, thereby ensuring the oxygen inhalation therapy effect and improving the comfort of the wearer.

Detailed Description
In the following detailed description of the embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof. The drawings show, by way of illustration, specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. The embodiments shown are not intended to be exhaustive of all embodiments according to the invention. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and structural or logical changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. With respect to the drawings, directional terminology, such as "lower," "upper," "left," "right," etc., is used with reference to the orientation of the drawings as described. Because components of embodiments of the present invention can be implemented in a variety of orientations, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting. The following detailed description, therefore, is not to be taken in a limiting sense, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the appended claims.
Referring to fig. 1-4, it is an object of the present invention to provide an oxygen mask body 18, the oxygen mask body 18 comprising a mask body 1, a face-engaging edge 2 and an oxygen guiding canister 3, wherein the mask body 1 comprises a breathing cavity and an oronasal region configured to correspond to the oronasal region of a wearer, the face-engaging edge 2 is disposed at a peripheral edge of the mask body 1 to fit the facial contours of the wearer in use, the oxygen guiding canister 3 comprises an air inlet end 4, an air outlet end 5 and an oxygen delivery passage section 6 between the air inlet end 4 and the air outlet end 5, the air inlet end 4 is configured to be capable of mounting an oxygen connector 7, the air outlet end 5 is connected to the oronasal region and is in communication with the breathing cavity, and a canister mouth edge 8 of the air outlet end 5 is lower than or flush with an inner surface 9 of a mask wall of the oronasal region in a full circle direction; wherein the volume of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is 2000mm3-16000mm3
In addition, in the oxygen mask body, when the thickness of the wall of the oxygen conduit 3 is relatively thin and is neglected, the volume of the oxygen conduit 3 is the volume of the oxygen conduit 3.
In the oxygen mask body 18, the volume of the oxygen guide tube 3 is 2000mm3-16000mm3By the volume of the oxygen guide cylinder, the flow rate of oxygen can be reduced, and oxygen can be guidedThe time required for the oxygen concentration in the tube to rise to the effective concentration is short, the level of the inhaled oxygen concentration is maintained stable, the oxygen concentration is sufficient, and even if the breathing frequency and the oxygen flow rate of the wearer change, the oxygen mask body 18 can still ensure the effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration and ensure the oxygen inhalation therapy effect. At the same time, since the rim of the mouth of the outlet port 5 is lower than or flush with the inner surface 9 of the mask wall in the oronasal region in the entire circle direction, this allows the oxygen flowing at the peripheral region in the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 to continue to flow peripherally along the inner surface of the mask wall in the oronasal region at the rim of the mouth of the outlet port 5 for diffusion. Thus, in practical use, when oxygen enters the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 through the oxygen connector and flows along the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, and when oxygen in the peripheral area of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 flows to the rim of the mouth of the air outlet end 5 along the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, the oxygen diffuses all around and continues to flow along the inner surface 9 of the mask wall in the mouth-nose area to diffuse, and finally forms an oxygen ring substantially surrounding the mouth-nose area of the wearer, which can effectively weaken the intensity of oxygen flow directly flowing to the mouth-nose area of the wearer, thereby remarkably reducing the airflow oppression of the oxygen, enabling the oxygen to uniformly diffuse in the mouth-nose area and the peripheral area of the wearer, avoiding discomfort such as nasal cavity dryness and headache, and improving the comfort level of the wearer.
In addition, the oxygen mask body 18 of the present application also has significant clinical significance in attenuating the intensity of oxygen flow directly to the oronasal region of the wearer. Because the nasal mucosa of a human body can continuously secrete water to moisten inhaled air when breathing, the nasal cavity can not be dried. The excessive oxygen flow intensity directly flowing to the mouth and nose area of the wearer can directly take away a large amount of moisture of nasal mucosa when the nasal mask is inhaled, so that the nasal cavity of the wearer is dry and uncomfortable. The utility model provides an oxygen mask body 18 is because can effectively weaken the oxygen flow strength that directly flows to the person's of wearing oronasal region to can show the air current oppression sense that reduces oxygen, consequently, can avoid directly taking away the moisture of nasal cavity mucous membrane secretion objectively, thereby make the person's of wearing nasal cavity remain good mucous membrane moisture all the time and come moist inspiratory air, can not have discomfort such as nasal cavity drying and headache, promote the comfort level of treatment.
In addition, the oxygen mask body 18 of this application still very is favorable to the carbon dioxide of wearer's exhalation to discharge fast, avoids carbon dioxide to remain in the oxygen mask body. In the existing oxygen mask, a plurality of retention areas exist in the mask body, so that a part of carbon dioxide exhaled by a patient can enter and remain in the retention areas and is difficult to discharge, and when the patient inhales, the patient can directly inhale the carbon dioxide repeatedly, which is particularly unfavorable for the patient, especially a critically ill patient. Because repeated inhalation of carbon dioxide directly results in increased heart rate and increased respiratory rate, in some patients with serious diseases, carbon dioxide retention may be caused, so that the internal environment of the human body is disturbed, the pH value of blood is affected, and respiratory acidosis is caused, so that the treatment is affected. In the oxygen mask body 18 of the present application, the edge of the nozzle at the air outlet end is lower than or even with the inner surface of the mask wall in the oral-nasal region in the whole circle direction, so that the occurrence of a carbon dioxide retention area in the mask body can be completely avoided, and the carbon dioxide exhaled by the wearer can not be retained, which can completely avoid the repeated inhalation of carbon dioxide, thereby having more important clinical treatment effect, especially for critically ill patients.
In addition, in order to further improve the stability of oxygen inhalation concentration and ensure the oxygen inhalation therapeutic effect, in some embodiments, the tube mouth area of the air outlet end 5 is 200mm2-1200mm2. By such a tube mouth area, it is possible to form an appropriate oxygen region at the oronasal region of the wearer while combining the volume of the oxygen guide tube 3 of 2000mm3-16000mm3Further, the time required for the oxygen concentration in the oxygen guide tube to rise to the effective concentration can be made short, the inhalation oxygen concentration level is maintained stable, and the oxygen concentration is sufficient, so that even if the breathing frequency and the oxygen flow rate of the wearer change, the oxygen mask body 18 can still ensure the effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration, and ensure the oxygen inhalation therapeutic effect.
In addition, in order to further improve the stability of the oxygen inhalation concentration and ensure the oxygen inhalation treatment effect, the oxygen concentration in the oxygen guide cylinder is maintained for the time required for increasing the oxygen concentration to the effective concentrationThe degree level and the maximum inhaled oxygen concentration level achieve better effect, and in some embodiments, the tube mouth area of the air outlet end 5 is 240mm2-1120mm2The volume of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is 2200mm3-15000mm3. In order to maintain the inhaled oxygen concentration level for the time required for the oxygen concentration in the oxygen guiding cylinder to rise to the effective concentration and achieve the most effective inhaled oxygen concentration level, in some preferred embodiments, the cylinder mouth area of the air outlet end 5 is 300mm2-1000mm2The volume of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is 3000mm3-13000mm3. In order to maintain the intake oxygen concentration level for the time required for the oxygen concentration in the oxygen guiding cylinder to rise to the effective concentration and the maximum intake oxygen concentration level for the optimum effect, in some further preferred embodiments, the cylinder opening area of the gas outlet end 5 is 400mm2-650mm2The volume of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is 4100mm3-7700mm3
In addition, it should be noted that the thickness is 200mm2-1200mm2Meanwhile, the area of the opening of the air outlet end 5 can be any value, for example, see the specific values in table 1 below (the area size is from the first row to the left, then from the second row to the left, then from the third row to the left).
Figure BDA0003580748490000081
TABLE 1
In addition, it should be noted that the thickness is 2000mm3-16000mm3The volume of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 may be any value, for example, see the specific values in table 2 below (the volume is from the first row to the left, then the second row to the left, then the third row to the left).
Figure BDA0003580748490000082
TABLE 2
In addition, referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, assuming that a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 is a 0 ° reference plane P, an angle a is formed between a line L connecting center points of an upper port edge 11 and a lower port edge 12 of the outlet port 5 in a height direction of the mask body 1 (e.g., a double arrow direction shown in fig. 1, and in addition, the height direction refers to an up-down direction of a face when a wearer wears the oxygen mask body 18) and the 0 ° reference plane P, and a degree a of the angle a is: a is more than or equal to 45 and less than or equal to 45. That is, relative to the 0 ° reference plane, angle a ranges from 45 ° counterclockwise rotation of line L from the 0 ° reference plane to 45 ° clockwise rotation of line L from the 0 ° reference plane, such that angle a ranges from 45 ° -45 °. Alternatively, the connecting line L may extend horizontally. The angle range of the included angle A has positive and negative values, so that the oxygen mask body can be turned up and down to wear.
Because the degree a of the included angle A formed between the connecting line L between the central points of the upper port edge 11 and the lower port edge 12 opposite to the port edge of the air outlet end 5 of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 and the 0-degree reference plane P is as follows: a is more than or equal to 45 and less than or equal to 45, and through the included angle A, a proper oxygen diffusion interval can be formed between the edge of the mouth of the air outlet end and the mouth-nose area of a wearer, and the volume of the oxygen guide tube 3 is 2000mm3-16000mm3The time required for the oxygen concentration in the oxygen guide tube to rise to the effective concentration is short, the level of the inhaled oxygen concentration is kept stable, the oxygen concentration is sufficient, and even if the breathing frequency and the oxygen flow rate of a wearer change, the oxygen mask body 18 can still ensure the effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration and ensure the oxygen inhalation treatment effect. At the same time, since the nozzle rim of the outlet port 5 is lower than or flush with the inner surface 9 of the mask wall in the oronasal region in the entire circumferential direction, this allows oxygen flowing at the peripheral region in the oxygen guide tube 3 to continue to flow peripherally along the inner surface of the mask wall in the oronasal region at the nozzle rim of the outlet port 5 to be diffused and fill the oxygen diffusion space. Thus, in practical use of the oxygen mask body 18, oxygen enters the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 through the oxygen connector and flows along the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, and when oxygen in the peripheral region in the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 flows to the edge of the cylinder mouth of the air outlet end 5 along the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, the oxygen diffuses around and continues to flow along the inner surface 9 of the mask wall in the oral-nasal region for diffusion, and most preferably, oxygen diffuses around and continues to flow along the inner surface 9 of the mask wall in the oral-nasal regionFinally, an oxygen ring which basically surrounds the mouth and nose area of the wearer is formed, so that the oxygen flow strength which directly flows to the mouth and nose area of the wearer can be effectively weakened, the air flow oppression of oxygen can be remarkably reduced, the oxygen can be uniformly diffused in the mouth and nose area of the wearer and the surrounding area of the mouth and nose area of the wearer, and the use comfort of the wearer is improved.
For example, in one embodiment, the outlet end 5 of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 has a cylinder mouth area of 200mm2-1200mm2The volume of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is 2000mm3-16000mm3And the degree of the included angle A is a degrees, wherein a is more than or equal to 45 and less than or equal to 45, and through the tube mouth area, the volume of the oxygen guide tube 3 and the included angle A, even if the breathing frequency and the oxygen flow rate of a wearer change, the oxygen mask body 18 can still further ensure effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration and ensure the oxygen inhalation therapy effect.
In addition, in the prior art, no one has studied the oxygen inhalation effect of the patient from the structural relationship between the oxygen guide tube and the oxygen mask body. After the inventor proposes the above inventive concept, a large number of clinical tests are carried out to confirm the technical effects. In addition, in order to further maintain the level of the concentration of the inhaled oxygen, improve the stability of the concentration of the inhaled oxygen and ensure the therapeutic effect of the inhaled oxygen by the time required for increasing the concentration of the oxygen in the oxygen guide cylinder to the effective concentration, in some embodiments, the degree a is: a is more than or equal to 30 and less than or equal to 30. To further maintain the inspired oxygen concentration level for the time required to bring the oxygen concentration within the oxygen cartridge to an effective concentration, in some preferred embodiments, the degree a is: a is more than or equal to-20 and less than or equal to 20. In order to maintain the inspired oxygen concentration level for the time required to bring the oxygen concentration within the oxygen conduit to an effective concentration, the maximum inspired oxygen concentration level achieves a more advantageous effect, in some further preferred embodiments, the number a is: a is more than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 10. In order to maintain the inspired oxygen concentration level for the time required to bring the oxygen concentration within the oxygen conduit to an effective concentration, the maximum inspired oxygen concentration level is optimally effective, in some further preferred embodiments, the number of degrees a is: a is more than or equal to 4 and less than or equal to 7, or a is more than or equal to-7 and less than or equal to-4. In addition, it should be noted that the degree a may be any specific value between-45 and 45, for example, a may be 0, -5, 15 or 25.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, the top outer contour line of the mask body 1 may extend along the line L in the height direction in the up-down direction of fig. 4.
In addition, in the oxygen mask body, in some embodiments, the included angle between the inner surface of the edge of the nozzle rim and the inner surface of the mask wall may be 180 ° to form a flush transition connection, or the included angle between the inner surface of the edge of the nozzle rim and the inner surface of the mask wall may be 180 ° to 270 ° to form a non-flush transition connection, which may allow oxygen in the peripheral region of the oxygen guide tube to diffuse around as it flows along the oxygen guide tube to the nozzle rim at the outlet end and to continue to flow along the inner surface of the mask wall in the oronasal region to continue diffusion.
In other embodiments, in order to improve the smoothness of the air flow while adapting to the extended contour of the mask body 1, referring to fig. 2, the inner surface of the rim of the mouthpiece rim 8 is smoothly connected to the inner surface of the mask wall through an arc surface protruding toward the breathing chamber in the entire circumferential direction, so that the oxygen in the peripheral region of the oxygen guide tube smoothly and smoothly flows through the arc surface at the mouthpiece rim 8 by the arc surface, smoothly flows onto the inner surface of the mask wall in the oronasal region while changing the direction to diffuse all around, and continues to flow to continue diffusion. Thus, the arc-shaped surface between the rim inner surface of the nozzle rim 8 and the mask wall inner surface can allow the oxygen flow to smoothly flow from the rim inner surface to the mask wall inner surface. Of course, the curvature of the arc-shaped surface can be specifically selected according to actual requirements.
In addition, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a nose avoidance opening (not shown) is formed on a nose corresponding region 10 of the mask body 1 for corresponding to the nose of the wearer, and the nose avoidance opening extends to the upper side mouth edge 11 or maintains a predetermined distance from the upper side mouth edge 11. Therefore, the nose of the wearer can be prevented from touching the mask body 1, and the wearing comfort is improved. For example, in the oxygen mask body shown in fig. 5, since the nose corresponding region 10 extends in a direction away from the face, the nose corresponding region 10 may not be formed with a nose escape opening, or may be formed with a nose escape opening. For another example, in the oxygen mask body shown in fig. 6, since the connection line L is rotated clockwise with respect to the 0 ° reference plane, the nose corresponding region 10 extends in the direction toward the face, and at this time, a nose avoiding opening may be formed in the nose corresponding region 10, but of course, the nose corresponding region 10 may not be formed with the nose avoiding opening.
In addition, in the oxygen mask body 18, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 such as the oxygen delivery passage section 6 may have various forms, but it should be noted that, regardless of the form of the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, it is sufficient that the area of the opening of the outlet end 5 is 150mm2-1200 mm2And the volume of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is 1500mm3-16000mm3And (4) finishing. For example, in some embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 is a polygon, and the polygon may be a triangle, a square (refer to fig. 1 and 3), a rectangle, a trapezoid, a pentagon, a hexagon, or the like. For example, in some other embodiments, the oxygen cartridge 3 has a circular cross-sectional shape, see fig. 7 and 8. For another example, in some other embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guide 3 is elliptical. For another example, in some other embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 includes a protruding section 13 protruding radially toward the inside of the oxygen guiding cylinder, for example, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 is a quincunx shape or a pentagonal shape (refer to fig. 9 and 10). Of course, the cross-sectional shape of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 may also be other shapes.
In addition, in some embodiments, the cross-sectional dimension of at least a part of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, such as the oxygen delivery channel section 6, is gradually enlarged in the direction from the air inlet end 4 to the air outlet end 5, so that the cross-sectional dimension is gradually enlarged, thereby further slowing down the oxygen flow rate while ensuring the oxygen concentration, reducing the sense of oppression of the air flow, enabling the oxygen to be uniformly diffused in the nose and mouth of the wearer and the surrounding area thereof, thereby ensuring the oxygen inhalation therapy effect and improving the comfort level of the wearer. In addition, in some embodiments, the entire length of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 in the axial direction is gradually expanded in the direction from the gas inlet end 4 to the gas outlet end 5. In addition, in an alternative embodiment, the cross-sectional dimension of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 may be changed in a stepwise manner in the axial direction. In addition, in some embodiments, the oxygen guide cylinder 3 may be an equal diameter cylinder, that is, the inner diameter of the oxygen guide cylinder 3 is the same from the gas inlet end to the gas outlet end.
In addition, referring to fig. 1, the transition area of the mask body 1 between the oronasal area and the face engaging edge 2 is provided with an air permeable structure. The ventilation structure can allow the exhaled air of the wearer to be exhausted to the external environment, and in addition, air in the external environment is allowed to enter the breathing cavity, so that the wearer can have the feeling similar to natural breathing when wearing the oxygen mask body, and the feeling of respiratory urgency is not generated.
Of course, the air-permeable structure may have various types, for example, in one type of the air-permeable structure, the air-permeable structure may be a plurality of air holes formed in a part of the transition region in a gathering manner, and of course, the number, size and shape of the air holes may be set according to actual requirements. Alternatively, in another type of the air permeable structure, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air permeable structure includes a plurality of open openings 14 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the mask body 1, the plurality of open openings 14 are sized such that the transition region between the adjacent open openings 14 is formed as a connecting strip 15, and a reinforcing rib 16 extending between the oxygen guide tube 3 and the face attaching edge 2 is formed on the inner surface of the connecting strip 15, for example, extending from the oxygen guide tube 3 to the face attaching edge 2. That is, the open openings 14 may have a larger size, and the number and shape of the open openings 14 may be set according to the requirement, for example, the number of the open openings 14 may be 3, 4 or 5, and the shape may be a circular hole, a square hole or an elliptical hole, for example, the shape of each open opening 14 may be as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The open mouth 14 may allow the wearer to speak and drink naturally. For example, the open opening 14 under the mask body 1 may allow the wearer to drink directly from a cup, or alternatively, may allow a straw to pass through, allowing the wearer to drink through the straw.
In addition, in the oxygen mask body 18, the oxygen mask body 18 may be made of a soft material, so that the oxygen mask body 18 may be deformed to adapt to the face shape change of different wearers. Alternatively, the oxygen mask body 18 may be made of a hard material, and in this case, the face engaging edge 3 may have flexibility so as to be more suitable for being worn by different wearers, and the soft face engaging edge 2 may adapt to the face shape change of different wearers.
Furthermore, another object of the present invention is to provide an oxygen mask, which comprises an oxygen connector 7 (refer to fig. 11 and 12) and an oxygen mask body 18 as described in any of the above, wherein the oxygen connector 7 comprises a connector 19 and a baffle 20, the connector 19 comprises an oxygen inlet channel 21, the baffle 20 comprises a baffle surface 22, the baffle surface 22 can be a concave baffle surface or a convex baffle surface, the baffle 20 is connected to an outlet of the oxygen inlet channel 21, the baffle surface 22 faces an outlet of the oxygen inlet channel 21, the connector 19 can be rotatably mounted on the air inlet 4, for example, a section of a cylinder of the connector 19 can be rotatably mounted in a mounting hole 23 of the air inlet 4, and the outlet of the oxygen inlet channel 21 and the baffle 20 are located in the oxygen guiding cylinder 3.
In the oxygen mask, since the baffle cover 20 of the oxygen connector 7 has the baffle surface 22, the baffle cover 20 is connected at the outlet of the oxygen inlet passage 21 and the baffle surface 22 faces the outlet of the oxygen inlet passage 21, and the outlet of the oxygen inlet passage 21 and the baffle cover 20 are positioned in the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, which can make the oxygen flow flowing out from the outlet of the oxygen inlet passage 21 contact the baffle surface 22, the baffle surface 22 can diffuse the oxygen flow to the surrounding by using its own baffle surface shape to weaken the oxygen flow strength, so that the oxygen flow flows into the oxygen guiding cylinder 3 from the surrounding of the baffle surface and mainly flows forward in the surrounding area of the oxygen guiding cylinder 3, thus, as mentioned above, the oxygen mask can still ensure effective and stable oxygen inhalation concentration when the breathing frequency and oxygen flow rate of the wearer change, and can also remarkably reduce the flow sense of the oxygen, so that the oxygen can be uniformly diffused in the mouth and the surrounding area of the wearer, thereby ensuring the oxygen inhalation therapy effect and improving the comfort level of the wearer.
In addition, in the oxygen mask, the shape of the baffle 20 may be an umbrella shape, or may be a bowl shape, and the cross section may be a circular shape, or may be a polygonal shape. In addition, the concave baffle surface of the baffle housing 20 may not be provided with any baffle plates, and referring to fig. 12, a baffle space is formed between adjacent baffle plates. Thus, after contacting the concave baffle surface, the oxygen flow is divided into a plurality of smaller oxygen flows baffled in the baffle space by the plurality of baffle plates, and the plurality of smaller oxygen flows flow to the edge along the baffle space and enter the peripheral area of the oxygen guide cylinder, so that the baffle plates can fully disperse the oxygen flow entering through the oxygen inlet channel to further weaken the intensity of the oxygen flow. In addition, a plurality of baffle plates can be uniformly distributed at circumferential intervals or non-uniformly distributed.
In addition, in the oxygen mask, the oxygen joint may have various types. For example, in one type, referring to fig. 11 and 12, a connecting rod 17 may extend from a central position of the internal passage of the connecting head, an annular oxygen inlet passage is formed between an inner surface of the internal passage of the connecting head and an outer surface of the connecting rod 17, a baffle housing is connected to the extending end of the connecting rod 17, and a plurality of baffle plates are uniformly arranged on a baffle concave surface of the baffle housing at circumferential intervals.
In addition, the connector can be installed on the air inlet end of the oxygen guide tube in a rotating mode, so that a wearer can rotate the connector according to the requirement of the wearer to adjust the position of the oxygen mask relative to the oxygen therapy tube. For example, when the wearer needs to lie down, the connector can be rotated to adjust the relative position between the oxygen mask and the oxygen delivery tube, thereby improving comfort.
Furthermore, the present invention provides an oxygen therapy device comprising an oxygen supply apparatus (not shown), an oxygen tube, and an oxygen mask as described in any of the above, wherein the oxygen supply apparatus is in communication with the oxygen inlet passage via the oxygen tube, and the oxygen supply apparatus can provide a flow of oxygen.
