The small-sized steam turbine or the marine steam turbine generally adopts a transportation mode of delivering the whole turbine, and is generally long-distance transportation of thousands of kilometers, road conditions are complex in transportation, various states such as frequent start and stop, acceleration, sudden braking, turning, jolt and the like can occur in a transportation vehicle, and because the inertia of the vehicle and the steam turbine equipment is large, the running state of the vehicle changes once every time, and the rotor inside the steam turbine and each static part sleeve have the risk of collision once, so that the great safety risk is brought to the steam turbine in the transportation and loading and unloading processes.
The traditional method for solving the problem is that before delivery and transportation, a bearing cover is opened, a thrust tile is taken out, an iron block is screwed in at the position of the thrust tile and clamped between a thrust disc of a turbine rotor and a thrust bearing support, so that the turbine is in a clamping state, and a clearance for front-back movement is avoided, thereby ensuring the transportation safety of the turbine. However, the method increases the complexity of the installation process to a certain extent, the bearing box cover increases the two disassembly and assembly processes along with the installation-taking out-installation of the thrust bearing, and the risk of abrasion of the turbine thrust disc is increased.
