Abstract
The invention provides an automatic correction device and method for steel structure steel column butt joint, which are used for realizing primary butt joint of steel columns based on a split type primary and secondary positioning device, can adapt to different steel column section shapes and realize symmetrical positioning. According to the invention, the elevation adjustment of the steel column is realized by using the screw rod transmission device between the primary and secondary positioning devices, the stability of the column body and the construction safety are ensured, the horizontal coordinate position adjustment of the butted steel column is realized by using the leveling screw rod arranged between the primary and secondary positioning devices and the steel column, the correction precision is effectively ensured, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, a large amount of labor force is not required to be invested, and the labor cost is reduced.

Technical Field

Background

An automatic correction device for steel structure steel column butt joint comprises a plurality of primary and secondary positioning devices which are arranged on the periphery of a butt joint steel column, wherein the primary and secondary positioning devices comprise a primary positioning unit and a secondary positioning unit which are integrally formed and are cross-shaped, a notch is formed in the bottom of the primary positioning unit, and a protrusion matched with the notch is arranged at the top of the secondary positioning unit; and a limiting rod and an elevation leveling screw rod lifter are connected between the sub-positioning unit and the female positioning unit, and the sub-positioning unit and the butt-joint steel column and the female positioning unit and the butt-joint steel column are connected through leveling screws.
Further, the sub-positioning unit comprises a first butt plate and a first mounting plate which are perpendicular to each other, a screw mounting hole for mounting the leveling screw is formed in the crossing position of the first butt plate and the first mounting plate and in the top end of the first butt plate along the width direction, and a notch is formed in the bottom of the first butt plate.

The butt joint steel column 1 is provided with a mounting hole matched with the leveling screw 7 in size and mounting position; one end of the leveling screw 7 is welded with a rotating piece convenient for a constructor to twist, and the other end of the leveling screw passes through a screw mounting hole on the primary and secondary positioning device and then is screwed into the butt-joint steel column 1 and is fixed through a nut; the leveling screw 7 is in threaded connection with the butt-joint steel column 1, and the leveling screw 7 is screwed by the rotating part, so that the horizontal butt-joint position of the two butt-joint steel columns 1 can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sub-positioning unit is connected with the main positioning unit through a limiting rod 9 and an elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10, and specifically, the limiting rod 9 and the elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10 are respectively installed on the first installation plate 3 and the second installation plate 5 at two sides of the first butt joint plate 2 and the second butt joint plate 4; the screw rod in the elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10 is fastened with the first mounting plate 3 and the second mounting plate 5 through nuts, in actual work, the elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10 works, the screw rod moves up and down, the sub positioning unit and the main positioning unit can be driven to be close to each other, and then elevation leveling of the two butted steel columns 1 is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, both ends of the limiting rod 9 are provided with threads and are provided with nuts as limiting members, so that the limiting rod 9 is prevented from falling off from the primary and secondary positioning devices; the periphery of the limiting rod 9 above the first mounting plate 3 is sleeved with a compression spring 8, so that the automatic correction device can be further protected.
The method for carrying out the butt joint of the steel structure and the steel column by utilizing the automatic correction device comprises the following steps:
step 1: four sets of primary and secondary positioning devices (eight primary and secondary positioning devices) are respectively fixed around two butted steel columns 1 through leveling screws 7 in a temporary connection mode, and then the butted steel columns 1 are vertically and mechanically lifted to a specified position;
step 2: the four sides are butted with the primary and secondary positioning devices, the secondary positioning unit and the primary positioning unit are mutually clamped through the groove and the bulge 6, meanwhile, the limiting rod 9 and the elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10 are penetrated through, and the secondary positioning unit and the primary positioning unit are further connected; locking a leveling screw 7 on the primary and secondary positioning devices;
and step 3: a compression spring 8 is sleeved on the limiting rod 9, then a nut on the limiting rod 9 is screwed, and a nut on the elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10 is screwed at the same time;
and 4, step 4: and starting the elevation leveling screw rod lifter 10, driving the sub-positioning unit and the main positioning unit to be further close to and butted with each other through the screw rod, so that elevation leveling correction is automatically performed on the two butted steel columns 1, meanwhile, nuts on the leveling screw rods 7 are unscrewed, and the horizontal coordinate positions of the two butted steel columns 1 are adjusted, so that the whole correction process can be completed.

An automatic correction device for steel structure steel column butt joint is characterized by comprising a plurality of primary and secondary positioning devices which are arranged on the periphery of a butt joint steel column (1), wherein each primary and secondary positioning device comprises a primary positioning unit and a secondary positioning unit which are integrally formed and are cross-shaped, a notch is formed in the bottom of each primary positioning unit, and a protrusion (6) matched with the notch is arranged at the top of each secondary positioning unit; and a limiting rod (9) and an elevation leveling screw rod lifter (10) are further connected between the sub-positioning unit and the main positioning unit, and the sub-positioning unit and the butt joint steel column (1) and the main positioning unit and the butt joint steel column (1) are connected through leveling screws (7).

The automatic correction device for the butt joint of the steel structure and the steel column according to claim 1, wherein the sub-positioning unit comprises a first butt plate (2) and a first mounting plate (3) which are perpendicular to each other, screw mounting holes for mounting leveling screws (7) are formed in the intersection of the first butt plate (2) and the first mounting plate (3) and in the top end of the first butt plate (2) along the width direction, and a notch is formed in the bottom of the first butt plate (2).

The automatic correction device for steel structure steel column butt joint according to claim 2, characterized in that the female positioning unit comprises a second butt joint plate (4) and a second mounting plate (5) which are perpendicular to each other, screw mounting holes for mounting leveling screws (7) are formed in the intersection of the second butt joint plate (4) and the second mounting plate (5) and at the bottom end of the second butt joint plate (4) along the width direction, and a protrusion (6) matched with a notch at the bottom of the first butt joint plate (2) is arranged at the upper end of the second butt joint plate (4).
