1. A manufacturing process of non-woven all-cotton wall cloth is characterized in that: comprises a pre-treatment process and a coloring process,
the pre-treatment process comprises the following steps,
s1, putting the coiled material on a rack, and arranging the pure white non-woven all-cotton cloth roll on a raw material rack of a printing pulp scraper;
s2, pre-preparing slurry, and preparing pre-treated slurry according to needs;
s3, pumping slurry, namely pumping the prepared pretreatment slurry into a printing slurry scraper;
s4, scraping and coating a rotary screen, and scraping the pretreatment slurry onto pure white non-woven cotton cloth by using a rotary screen coating machine;
s5, preheating, drying, cooling and shaping the non-woven all-cotton cloth after pulp scraping to form a wide non-woven all-cotton wall cloth semi-finished product;
the coloring process comprises the following steps of,
s6, inputting the wide non-woven all-cotton wall cloth semi-finished product into a printing pulp scraper;
s7, preparing water-based color paste;
s8, pumping the prepared water-based color paste into a printing paste scraper and coloring the wide non-woven all-cotton wall cloth semi-finished product;
and S9, preheating, drying, cooling and pressing the colored wide-width non-woven all-cotton wall cloth to form a wide-width non-woven all-cotton multicolor wall cloth finished product.
2. The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: the coloring process also comprises the steps of cutting the width and sewing the end of the pressed and shaped wide non-woven all-cotton wall cloth.
3. The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step S4, the pulp scraping amount on the pure white non-woven cotton cloth is 50g-100g per square meter.
4. The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: the preheating temperature in the step S5 and the step S9 is 70-80 ℃.

The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pretreatment slurry in the step S2 comprises 5-10% of water, 60% of acrylic emulsion, 0.1-1% of a film forming additive, 0.1% of a preservative, 0.1% of a pH regulator, 0.1-2% of toner, 10-30% of a filler, 0.1-1% of a thickening agent, 0.1-1% of a dispersing agent, 1-3% of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-1% of a wetting agent, 1% of a rheology regulator and 3-5% of a flame retardant.
6. The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 5, characterized in that: the film-forming assistant adopts propylene glycol butyl ether or propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.

The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water-based color paste in the step S7 comprises 10-20% of water, 80% of acrylic emulsion, 2-5% of toner, 0.1-1% of wetting dispersant, 0.1-1% of dissolving assisting humectant, 0.1-1% of defoaming agent, 0.1-1% of thickening agent neutralizer and 0.1-1% of bactericide.
8. The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: the drying in the step S5 adopts four stages of drying at 110 ℃, 130 ℃, 150 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the drying time of each stage of temperature is the same.
9. The manufacturing process of the non-woven all-cotton wall cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step S9, the four sections of drying at 100 ℃, 120 ℃, 180 ℃ and 160 ℃ are adopted, and the drying time of each section of temperature is the same.
