The flue of the converter waste heat boiler provided by the embodiment is simple in structure, the sealing problem between the skirt cover and the flue of the furnace mouth section is effectively solved through the design of the skirt cover structure and the arrangement mode, and the flue is small in maintenance workload, safe and reliable.
In a detailed embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the throat section flue 3 comprises a heated tube three 5, a water inlet header three 6 and a water outlet header three 4, and the water inlet header three 6 and the water outlet header three 4 are respectively connected to the lower part and the upper part of the heated tube three 5; optimally, water cooling jackets can be arranged on an oxygen lance insertion opening, a secondary oxygen lance insertion opening and a charging opening on the furnace mouth section flue 3 so as to ensure the cooling effect of the oxygen lance, the secondary oxygen lance and the feed opening. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, the water cooling ring 2 includes a first heated tube 18, a first water inlet header 17 and a first water outlet header 19, the first heated tube 18 is arranged in a ring shape, the inner wall of the first heated tube 18 is vertical, a concentric ring-shaped chamber is formed between the first heated tube 18 and the outer wall of the third heated tube 5 of the furnace mouth section flue 3, the first water inlet header 17 and the first water outlet header 19 are both arranged outside the first heated tube 18, the first water inlet header 17 and the first water outlet header 19 are symmetrically arranged, the water inlet end of the first heated tube 18 is connected with the first water inlet header 17, and the water outlet end of the first heated tube 18 is connected with the first water outlet header 19; further, the heated tube 18 is of an annular structure with the same inner diameter in the height direction, and the inner wall and the outer wall of the heated tube 18 are both smooth wall surfaces.
As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the skirt cover 1 includes a heated tube two 8, a water inlet header two 9, a water outlet header two 11 and a lifting guide assembly 10, the water outlet header two 11 and the water inlet header two 9 are arranged at intervals from top to bottom, the diameter of the water inlet header two 9 is larger than that of the water outlet header two 11, the water outlet header two 11 and the water inlet header two 9 are both located outside the heated tube one 18 of the water-cooled ring 2, the heated tubes two 8 are vertically arranged side by side in a circumferential direction, a bell mouth-shaped structure with a small top is integrally formed, the heated tube two 8 is arranged in a concentric annular cavity formed between the inner wall of the heated tube one 18 of the water-cooled ring 2 and the outer wall of the heated tube three 5 of the furnace mouth section flue 3, the water inlet end of the heated tube two 8 is connected with the water inlet header two 9, the water outlet end of the heated tube two 8 is connected with the water outlet header two 11, and the lifting guide assembly 10 is used for controlling lifting and lowering of the skirt cover 1.
Optimally, the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the heated tube II 8 are both positioned at the bottom of the heated tube II 8, the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the heated tube II 8 are both provided with bending sections 16 extending outwards, and the bending sections 16 are connected with the water inlet header II 9 and the water outlet header II 11, so that cooling water carries out waste heat utilization on high-temperature flue gas in the heated tube II 8 of the skirt cover in a vertically circuitous operation mode, the waste heat utilization rate is improved, and meanwhile, the bending structural design at the bottom of the heated tube II 8 further improves the effect of sealing the flue gas of the skirt cover 1.
Optimally, the top of the heated tube II 8 is provided with an outward expanding section 15 which extends outwards in a gradually expanding shape, and the design of the outward expanding section 15 can ensure that the heated tube II 8 keeps a certain distance with the inner wall of the water-cooling ring 2 and the outer wall of the furnace mouth section flue 3, so that the guiding effect on the lifting of the skirt cover 1 is further realized, a certain smoke sealing effect can be realized, and the smoke overflow is reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the lifting guide assemblies 10 may be designed into a plurality of groups, and are respectively arranged along the circumferential direction of the heated tube two 8 at equal intervals, in this embodiment, four groups of lifting guide assemblies 10 are provided; skirt 1 promotes or descends the in-process, promotes guide assembly 10 through the multiunit and provides the effort to skirt 1 simultaneously, guarantees the stability that skirt 1 promoted or descends the process.
