In an initial state, the second torsion spring 153 is in a deformation state, when people need to clean the residual mud blocks and silt at the bottom in the shell 2, the third wedge-shaped rod 162 can be pulled to move outwards, the fourth spring 163 is compressed, when the third wedge-shaped rod 162 is separated from the baffle 154, the baffle 154 is loosened by the third wedge-shaped rod 162, the second torsion spring 153 recovers to the original state at the moment, the second torsion spring 153 drives the baffle 154 to rotate and open, the baffle 154 is not blocked at the right side of the shell 2 any more, the third wedge-shaped rod 162 is loosened, the fourth spring 163 recovers to the original state, the third wedge-shaped rod 162 is driven by the fourth spring 163 to move inwards and reset, so that people can push the cleaned mud blocks and silt rightwards from the bottom in the shell 2, further, people can clean the residual mud blocks and silt in the shell 2 conveniently, when people clean all the mud blocks and silt completely, the baffle 154 is pulled to rotate reversely and close, and the second torsion spring 153 deforms, the baffle 154 is enabled to block the right side of the housing 2 again, when the baffle 154 is in contact with the third wedge-shaped rod 162, the baffle 154 extrudes the third wedge-shaped rod 162 to move outwards, the fourth spring 163 is compressed, after the baffle 154 passes over the third wedge-shaped rod 162, the fourth spring 163 is restored to the original state, the fourth spring 163 drives the third wedge-shaped rod 162 to move inwards to reset, the third wedge-shaped rod 162 clamps the baffle 154 again, and then the baffle 154 is released.

Claims (8)

1. A sewage filtering treatment device for a construction site comprises a support frame (1), a shell (2), a first connecting rod (3), first springs (4), filter plates (5), handles (6), first fixing blocks (7), first torsion springs (8), limiting rods (9) and a discharge port (10), wherein the shell (2) is arranged on the upper portion of the support frame (1), the first connecting rods (3) are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the inner portion of the shell (2) in a bilateral mode, the filter plates (5) used for filtering sewage are arranged between the upper sides of the first connecting rods (3) on the same longitudinal side in a sliding mode, the first springs (4) are arranged between the front side and the rear side of the bottom of each filter plate (5) and the shell (2), the first springs (4) are wound on the first connecting rods (3) on the same side, the handles (6) are arranged on the top of each filter plate (5), the first fixing blocks (7) are arranged in the middle portions of the front side and the rear side of the top of the shell (2), equal rotary type is equipped with gag lever post (9) on first fixed block (7), gag lever post (9) bottom left and right sides all contacts with filter (5) of homonymy, all be equipped with first torsional spring (8) between gag lever post (9) bottom centre and shell (2), first torsional spring (8) all wind on first fixed block (7) of homonymy, bottom right side middle part is equipped with discharge port (10) that are used for discharging sewage in shell (2), a serial communication port, still including preventing stifled mechanism (11), pushing mechanism (12) and safeguard mechanism (13), shell (2) upper portion left side is equipped with prevents stifled mechanism (11) that are used for preventing filter (5) jam, shell (2) bottom left side is equipped with pushing mechanism (12) that are used for providing power, shell (2) upper portion is equipped with safeguard mechanism (13) that are used for conveniently clearing up clod and silt.

The construction site sewage filtering treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the anti-blocking mechanism (11) comprises a first fixing frame (111), a second connecting rod (112), a second spring (113), a cleaning frame (114), a first connecting frame (115) and a first wedge-shaped rod (116), the first fixing frame (111) is arranged on the left side of the upper portion of the shell (2), the two second connecting rods (112) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the first fixing frame (111) in a sliding manner, the cleaning frame (114) is arranged between the bottoms of the second connecting rods (112) on the same longitudinal side, the cleaning frame (114) is contacted with the upper portion of the left side of the filter plate (5) on the same side, the first connecting frame (115) is arranged between the upper side of the second connecting rods (112), four second springs (113) are arranged between the top of the first fixing frame (111) and the first connecting frame (115), and the second springs (113) are wound on the second connecting rods (112) on the same side, the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the first connecting frame (115) are provided with first wedge-shaped rods (116).

The construction site sewage filtering treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the pushing mechanism (12) comprises a second fixing frame (121), an air cylinder (122), a second connecting frame (123), a second wedge-shaped rod (124), a second fixing block (125), a fixing plate (126) and a first sliding rod (127), the second fixing frame (121) is arranged on the left side of the bottom of the shell (2), the air cylinders (122) are arranged on the front and back sides of the lower portion of the second fixing frame (121), the second connecting frame (123) is arranged between the telescopic rods of the air cylinders (122), the second wedge-shaped rods (124) are arranged on the front and back sides of the upper portion of the second connecting frame (123), the second wedge-shaped rods (124) can be in contact with the first wedge-shaped rod (116) on the same side when moving rightwards, the second fixing block (125) is arranged on the right portion of the inner side of the second wedge-shaped rods (124), the fixing plate (126) is arranged in the left middle portion of the front and back sides of the shell (2), the fixed plate (126) is internally provided with a first sliding rod (127), and the inner side of the second fixed block (125) is connected with the left side of the first sliding rod (127) at the same side in a sliding manner.

The building site sewage filtering treatment device according to claim 3, wherein the protection mechanism (13) comprises fixing rods (131), second sliding rods (132), connecting blocks (133), protection plates (134) and a discharging port (135), the fixing rods (131) are symmetrically arranged on the upper portions of the front side and the rear side of the housing (2) in the left-right direction, the second sliding rods (132) are arranged between the upper portions of the inner sides of the fixing rods (131) on the same transverse side, the two connecting blocks (133) are arranged in the middle of the second sliding rods (132) in a sliding mode, the protection plates (134) are arranged between the inner sides of the connecting blocks (133) on the same longitudinal side, the protection plates (134) block the top of the housing (2), and the discharging port (135) is arranged on the left side of the top of the protection plate (134) on the left side.

The building site sewage filtering treatment device according to claim 4, further comprising a scraping mechanism (14) for scraping mud blocks, wherein the scraping mechanism (14) comprises a third fixed block (141), a push rod (142), a third spring (143), a scraper (144) and a sealing ring (145), the third fixed block (141) is arranged at the lower part of the left side inside the housing (2), the push rod (142) is slidably arranged at the inner side of the third fixed block (141), the push rod (142) penetrates through the left side of the housing (2), the lower part of the left side of the push rod (142) is in contact with the second connecting frame (123), the third spring (143) is arranged between the push rod (142) and the right side of the third fixed block (141), the scraper (144) is arranged at the right side of the push rod (142), the scraper (144) is in contact with the bottom inside the housing (2), the sealing ring (145) is arranged in the middle of the lower part of the left side of the housing (2), the push rod (142) penetrates through the sealing ring (145).

The construction site sewage filtering treatment device according to claim 5, further comprising a shielding mechanism (15) for shielding the right side of the housing (2), wherein the shielding mechanism (15) comprises a fourth fixing block (151), a rotating rod (152), a second torsion spring (153) and a baffle (154), the fourth fixing block (151) is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the right side of the housing (2), the rotating rod (152) is rotatably arranged between the inner sides of the fourth fixing blocks (151), the baffle (154) is arranged in the middle of the rotating rod (152), the baffle (154) shields the right side of the housing (2), the second torsion spring (153) is arranged between the upper portions of the front side and the rear side of the baffle (154) and the fourth fixing block (151) on the same side, and the second torsion spring (153) is wound on the rotating rod (152).

The construction site sewage filtering treatment device according to claim 6, further comprising a clamping mechanism (16) for clamping the baffle (154), wherein the clamping mechanism (16) comprises a fifth fixing block (161), a third wedge-shaped rod (162) and a fourth spring (163), the fifth fixing block (161) is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the right side of the housing (2), the third wedge-shaped rod (162) is arranged on the right portion of the fifth fixing block (161) in a sliding manner, the third wedge-shaped rod (162) is in contact with the baffle (154), and the fourth spring (163) is arranged between the inner side of the fifth fixing block (161) and the third wedge-shaped rod (162) on the same side.
