In the process, when soybean seeds staying in the impurity conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism are found, the circular hole arc-shaped sieve can be opened only by lifting the regulating and controlling handle, so that the residual soybean seeds are released and gathered, and the harvesting loss is further reduced; and then the regulation and control handle is reset, so that the normal work can be recovered.
As shown in fig. 13 and with reference to fig. 1, the output end of the trash conveying auger 12 in the trash conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism 10 is connected to the input end of the threshing and separating device through a re-threshing elevator D2 (in this embodiment, a scraper conveyor produced by linyi xin hui agricultural machinery limited company) so that the part of the beans separated by the tail sieve after threshing operation without threshing is conveyed to the re-threshing elevator by the trash conveying auger and returned to the threshing and separating device for secondary threshing, thereby sufficiently reducing the harvest loss.
In addition, the threshing and separating device 6 of the present embodiment includes a threshing chamber frame 6-5 with an upper cover 6-1, a left circular hole concave sieve 6-2 and a right circular hole concave sieve 6-4 which are oppositely arranged, a threshing cylinder 6-3 supported on the threshing chamber frame 6-5, and a belt wheel transmission system 6-6, as shown in fig. 14. Considering that for a certain threshing chamber space of the shedding and separating device, when the harvesting feeding amount is increased due to the high and large varieties of soybeans, the improvement of the harvesting speed and the like in the harvesting process, if the diversion control cannot be carried out, the stalks are difficult to be discharged in time, the internal blockage is easily caused, and the fault is caused, so the improvement is needed.
As shown in figures 15 to 17, the lower part of the cover plate 6-1-1 of the upper cover 6-1 is hinged with a group of middle hinge holes of the guide plates 6-1-7 which are distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the flexible threshing cylinder 6-3 through the hinge strips 6-1-6. One end of each guide plate 6-1-7 is hinged through a connecting rod 6-1-8 to form a parallel connecting rod mechanism. The guide plate 6-1-7 at one end is fixedly connected with one end of the guide adjusting rod 6-1-3 through a hinge fulcrum shaft fixedly connected with a hinge hole in the middle of the guide plate and a connecting block 6-1-5. The cover plate 6-1-1 of the upper cover 6-1 is fixedly provided with a scale plate 6-1-2 for limiting the gear of the diversion adjusting rod 6-1-3. The scale plate 6-1-2 is provided with stop grooves which are opened upwards and distributed at intervals, and two sides and the upper part of the scale plate are semi-surrounded by the limit frames 6-1-4. The flow guide adjusting rod 6-1-3 is made of a metal lath with the thickness matched with the width of the gear groove, and the end, adjacent to the scale plate, of the flow guide adjusting rod is formed by twisting a horizontal right angle at the end fixedly connected with the connecting block. Thus, when the threshing and separating device works, soybean plants are fed into the threshing chamber from the front end of the threshing cylinder, threshing is carried out under the action of the threshing cylinder and the concave plate sieve, and when the harvest feeding amount is increased or the water content of the plants is larger, the angle of the guide plate is properly adjusted and increased, so that the movement efficiency and the trafficability of the crop flow are improved; when the harvest feeding amount is small and the plant water content is low, the angle of the guide plate is properly adjusted and reduced. When the guide plate is adjusted, the rotation of one guide plate drives other guide plates to synchronously rotate, and the adjustment of the integral angles of all the guide plates is realized.
When the harvester of the embodiment is used for harvesting, soybean plants cut by the cutter are poked into the header through the reel, conveyed to the middle conveying groove through the feeding auger of the header and conveyed to the threshing and separating device. After threshing operation by a flexible low-loss threshing cylinder, soybean grains and sundries fall on a screen surface of a cleaning device, most of cleaned sundries and straws are separated, the soybean grains fall into a grain conveying auger, and partial residual sundries and unpurified pods enter a sundries conveying auger. The soybean seeds are conveyed to the grain tank through the vertical seed elevator, and the bean pods with impurities and unpurified are conveyed to the front section of the roller again through the vertical re-threshing elevator for secondary threshing.
Because many places are improved and designed, experiments show that compared with the prior art, the soybean combine harvester of the embodiment has the following remarkable advantages:
1. on the basis of the cleaning device which is reasonably arranged on the front round hole sieve and the rear tail sieve, the seed grain conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism and the impurity conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism which are convenient to control are correspondingly equipped, so that the soybean seed grain residue in two threshing conveying systems can be timely removed, the conveying is smooth, the harvesting loss is reduced, and the crushing rate is effectively reduced.
2. The part of the unpinned bean pods separated by the threshing operation tail sieve are conveyed to the threshing and separating device again through the impurity conveying auger and the re-threshing elevator for secondary threshing, so that the harvesting loss is further reduced.
3. The inclination angle of the screen pieces of the rear grid screen can be changed, so that the rotating speed of the fan and the rear grid screen can be adjusted as required, the soybean harvester is suitable for harvesting and cleaning soybeans of different varieties, planting modes and operation conditions, the cleaning efficiency and quality of soybean harvesting are obviously improved, and the cleaning loss is reduced.
4. The inclination angle of each guide plate relative to the threshing cylinder can be conveniently and synchronously adjusted through the guide adjusting rod according to different harvesting operation conditions such as large feeding amount, the efficient matching harvesting operation is realized, the fault is obviously reduced, the difficult problem that the large feeding amount is easy to block is solved, and the loss of the unpurified rate and the soybean carried in the stalks can be effectively reduced.
In addition to the above embodiments, the present invention may have other embodiments. All technical solutions formed by adopting equivalent substitutions or equivalent transformations fall within the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A soybean combine harvester is characterized in that: comprises a traveling chassis with a driving console (8) on one side, a header (3) with a reel (1) positioned at the front part of the traveling chassis, a threshing and separating device (6) positioned on the traveling chassis, a grain tank (7) positioned at the rear part of the driving console and one side of the threshing and separating device, a cleaning device (4) positioned under the threshing and separating device (6), and a grain conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism (9) connected under the cleaning device;
the output end of the header is connected with the input end of the threshing and separating device through a middle conveying groove, and the output end of the seed conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism (9) is connected with the inlet of the grain tank through a seed elevator;
the seed cleaning mechanism (9) of the seed conveying auger comprises a conveying auger outer cover (9-1) with a groove-shaped cross section extending towards the conveying direction, and the bottom of the conveying auger outer cover is hinged with an openable circular hole arc-shaped sieve plate (9-2); the hinged end of the round hole arc-shaped sieve plate is fixedly connected with one end of a fixed block (9-3), the other end of the fixed block is hinged with one end of a driving connecting rod (9-4), the other end of the driving connecting rod is hinged with one end of a connecting lever (9-5), the other end of the connecting lever is hinged on a hinged fulcrum shaft (9-8) supported below the other side of the round hole arc-shaped sieve plate, the hinged end of the hinged fulcrum shaft is fixedly connected with one end of a crank lever (9-6), and the other end of the crank lever is connected with an adjusting handle (9-7).

The soybean combine harvester of claim 1, wherein: the cleaning device (4) is provided with a round hole screen (4-10-3) in front and a tail screen (4-10-4) behind, and a horizontal seed conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism (9) and a sundry residue conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism (10) are arranged below the round hole screen and the tail screen;
the miscellaneous residue conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism (10) comprises a groove-shaped cross-section conveying auger cover (10-1) extending towards the conveying direction, and the bottom of the conveying auger cover is hinged with an openable circular hole arc-shaped sieve (10-2); the hinged end of the circular hole arc-shaped screen is fixedly connected with one end of a fixed connecting rod (10-3), the other end of the fixed connecting rod is hinged with one end of an actuating connecting rod (10-4), the other end of the actuating connecting rod is hinged with one end of an intermediate lever (10-5), the other end of the intermediate lever is hinged to a hinged shaft (10-8) supported below the other side of the circular hole arc-shaped screen, and the hinged end of the hinged shaft is connected with a regulating and controlling handle (10-7).
3. A combined soybean harvester according to claim 2, wherein: the output end of the impurity conveying auger seed cleaning mechanism is connected with the input end of the threshing and separating device through a re-threshing elevator.

A combined soybean harvester according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the cleaning device comprises a front grid screen and a rear grid screen which are arranged on the upper part of the screen frame; the front and rear grid sieves respectively comprise a frame which is formed by an upward inclined front plate, side plates at two sides and a rear plate, and sieve sheets which are arranged in the frame and distributed at intervals; the side plate is provided with an upper row of hinged holes which are uniformly distributed at intervals and a lower row of abdicating holes which are correspondingly distributed at intervals; hinge pins extend from the upper end side and the lower end side of the sieve sheet respectively; the hinge pins on the two sides of the upper end are respectively hinged with the corresponding hinge holes, and the hinge pins on the two sides of the lower end are respectively hinged with the corresponding holes of the outer connecting rod after extending out of the corresponding abdicating holes, so that a multiple parallel four-bar mechanism is formed.

The soybean combine harvester of claim 4, wherein: the upper end of a first sieve sheet in the sieve sheets is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first sieve sheet through an upper end hole of an adjusting handle, and a middle hole of the adjusting handle is movably connected with the lower end of the first sieve sheet; the pull-down hole of the adjusting handle extends to the driver control console through a pull wire.

the lower part of the cover plate of the upper cover is hinged with the middle hinge holes of a group of guide plates which are distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the threshing cylinder through hinge strips; one end of each guide plate is hinged through a connecting rod to form a parallel connecting rod mechanism.

The soybean combine harvester of claim 6, wherein: the guide plate at one end is fixedly connected with one end of the guide adjusting rod through a hinge fulcrum shaft fixedly connected with a hinge hole in the middle of the guide plate and a connecting block; the cover plate is fixedly provided with a scale plate for limiting the gears of the diversion adjusting rod, the scale plate is provided with stop grooves with upward openings and distributed at intervals, and two sides and the upper part of the scale plate are semi-surrounded by the limiting frame.
