A self-quality-adjusting corn kernel harvester bridge comprises a box body, a chain plate type conveying mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a self-quality-adjusting mechanism; the chain plate type conveying mechanism comprises a tempering transverse plate (5), a stirring plate (7) and a material conveying plate chain (12); the transmission mechanism comprises a driving transmission part and a driven transmission part, wherein the driving transmission part comprises a power input chain wheel (1) and a power input shaft (11); the driven transmission part comprises a driven roll shaft (16) and a driven roll (8); the self-quality adjusting mechanism comprises a self-adjusting spring (3) and a spring adjusting rod (4) which are respectively arranged at two ends of a driven roll shaft (16), when corn ears are too much, the driven roll (8) can be lifted upwards, smooth passing of materials is ensured, and then the driven roll is reset under the action of the spring. The bridge can smoothly finish properly tempering corn ears while conveying the corn ears, and has the advantages of simple structure, stable work, high economical practicability and the like.

The transmission mechanism comprises a driving transmission part and a driven transmission part, the driving transmission part mainly comprises a power input sprocket (1), a power input shaft (11) and an input sprocket bearing (13), the material conveying plate drives a sprocket (14), and the power input sprocket (1) is fixed with one end of the power input shaft (11); the power input chain wheel (1) is used for conveying power to the whole bridge, the power input shaft (11) is connected with the side plate (2) through an input chain wheel bearing (13), and the material conveying plate chain wheel (14) is fixed on the power input shaft (11); the driven transmission component comprises a driven roll shaft (16) and a driven roll (8), the driven roll shaft (16) is connected to the side plate (2), the driven roll shaft (16) is connected with the driven roll (8) through a bearing, and a driven sprocket of the material conveying plate is arranged on the driven roll (8); the material conveying plate chain (12) is connected between the material conveying plate driving sprocket (14) and the material conveying plate driven sprocket.
The self-quality adjusting mechanism comprises self-adjusting springs (3) and spring adjusting rods (4) which are respectively arranged at two ends of the driven roll shaft (16), the self-adjusting springs (3) penetrate through the spring adjusting rods (4), the spring adjusting rods (4) penetrate through the driven roll shaft (16), when corn ears are too much, the driven roll (8) can be lifted upwards, smooth passing of materials is guaranteed, and then the materials are reset under the action of the springs.
Under specific conditions, the tempering transverse plate (5) and the stirring plate (7) are arranged at intervals, wherein the tempering transverse plate (5) is provided with splayed tempering inclined blocks, and the stirring plate (7) is provided with a zigzag outer edge.
Preferably, a power distribution pulley (10) is provided at the other end of the power input shaft (11).
Preferably, the rear part of the bottom plate (6) is connected with a bottom plate tempering plate (15), and the surface of the bottom plate tempering plate (15) is provided with tempering ribs.
The invention designs a self-quality-adjusting type corn kernel harvester bridge, which can adjust corn ears before the corn ears enter a threshing cylinder from a header, so that the binding force between kernels and corn cobs is reduced, the separation of kernels from a mandrel is easier to realize, and the problem of high breakage rate in the direct harvesting process of kernels is solved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The invention relates to a bridge of a corn kernel harvester capable of self-tempering, which can smoothly finish the conveying operation of corn ears and simultaneously roll tempering the corn ears.

Referring to fig. 1, the bridge of the self-tempering corn kernel harvester mainly comprises a box body, a chain plate type conveying mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a self-quality adjusting mechanism. The side plates 2, the bottom plate 6 and the upper plate 9 are welded together to form a whole box body, wrap the whole chain plate type conveying mechanism and the transmission mechanism, and leave corresponding hole sites to connect the chain plate type conveying mechanism and the transmission mechanism with the frame and the cutting table into a whole.
Referring specifically to fig. 5, the transmission mechanism comprises a driving transmission part and a driven transmission part, wherein the driving transmission part mainly comprises a power input sprocket 1, a power input shaft 11, an input sprocket bearing 13 and a material conveying plate driving sprocket 14. The power input chain wheel 1 is fixed with one end of a power input shaft 11 through a flat key; the power input chain wheel 1 transmits power to the whole bridge, the power input shaft 11 passes through a conveying chain wheel bearing 13 fixed on the box body, and the material conveying plate driving chain wheel 14 is fixed on the power input shaft 11 through a flat key; the driven transmission part comprises a driven roll shaft 16 and a driven roll 8, the driven roll shaft 16 is connected to the side plate 2, the driven roll shaft 16 is connected with the driven roll 8 through a bearing, and a material conveying plate driven sprocket corresponding to the material conveying plate driving sprocket 14 is arranged on the driven roll 8. In addition, a power distribution pulley 10 is provided at the other end of the power input shaft 11, and the power distribution pulley 10 can drive other components to operate.
Referring specifically to fig. 4, the chain plate type conveying mechanism comprises a tempering transverse plate 5, a stirring plate 7 and a material conveying plate chain 12, wherein the tempering transverse plate 5 and the stirring plate 7 are respectively connected with the material conveying plate chain 12 through bolts, and the material conveying plate chain 12 is connected between a material conveying plate driving sprocket 14 and a material conveying plate driven sprocket. The tempering transverse plate 5 and the stirring plate 7 are arranged at intervals, wherein the tempering transverse plate 5 is provided with splayed tempering inclined blocks, so that the materials are easy to compress and convey; the stirring plate 7 is provided with a zigzag outer edge, so that the material can be hung and conveyed backwards. The tempering transverse plate 5 and the stirring plate 7 are key components, so that corn ears are tempered while being conveyed. The tempering transverse plate 5 and the stirring plate 7 are fixed on the material conveying plate chain 12 through bolts, so that different materials and lengths can be conveniently replaced, and the requirements of being applicable to conveying different crops are met.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the rear part of the bottom plate 6 is connected with a bottom plate tempering plate 15, and the surface of the bottom plate tempering plate 15 is provided with tempering ribs which are distributed in a diamond shape, so that the tempering ribs are matched with splayed tempering inclined blocks arranged on the tempering transverse plate 5, and the material is easy to compress and convey.
Referring specifically to fig. 2 and 3, the self-quality adjusting mechanism includes self-adjusting springs 3 and spring adjusting rods 4 symmetrically disposed at both ends of the driven roller shaft 16, the self-adjusting springs 3 passing through the spring adjusting rods 4, and the spring adjusting rods 4 passing through the driven roller shaft 16. The side plate 2 is provided with a window for the driven roll shaft 16 to move up and down and finely adjust back and forth, and the side plate 2 is also provided with a limit groove for the spring adjusting rod 4.
The specific working process of the bridge crossing of the self-tempering corn kernel harvester is as follows: the power input shaft 11 drives the material conveying plate chain 12 to move, drives the tempering transverse plate 5 and the stirring plate 7 to move, corn ears enter from a feed inlet between the driven roller 16 and the bottom plate 6, are conveyed between the chain plate conveying mechanism and the bottom plate tempering plate 15, and realize tempering in the conveying process. When corn ears are too many, the driven roller 8 can be automatically lifted upwards, so that smooth passing of materials is ensured, and then the driven roller is reset under the action of a spring.
The self-tempering corn kernel harvester bridge can realize the task of smoothly conveying corn ears from a header to a threshing cylinder, simultaneously rolls the corn ears, appropriately tempers the corn ears, is favorable for separating corn kernels from a mandrel, solves the problem of excessively high breaking rate in the threshing process, can realize upward automatic adjustment of a driven part through a self-adjusting spring, does not cause excessively large rolling force on the corn ears, and prevents the occurrence of blockage and grain breakage caused by excessive rolling.
