技术领域
本发明涉及医疗的技术领域,特别是涉及一种亲水性涂层及其应用。
背景技术
随着医疗技术的发展,医用导管在临床应用种得到了广泛应用,并起到了关键的作用。就目前体内外导管种类已多达百种。比如医用导尿管是现代医疗临床实践中常用的医疗器材之一,一般导尿管都是用单纯医用的橡胶管、硅胶管、及聚氯乙烯软管制成,为了在使用过程顺畅减少摩擦力,一般会在导尿管前段涂润滑剂,其用量和操作较难把握,更给操作增加不清洁的环节,此外,导尿管表面易粘附细菌,在导尿过程中极易感染,所以针对感染会对患者进行抗生素的预防和治疗,而抗生素会对人体产生一定程度的危害。
现有技术中,表面涂层技术越来越多的被使用在医用导管产品的生产中。例如医用导管在使用抗菌表面涂层技术后,产品在保持原有功能的同时,具有抗感染性能,不仅降低了感染几率,减少了抗生素的使用,也简化了治疗护理环节;医用导管在使用生物表面涂层技术后,产品在保持原有功能的同时,具有更好的生物相容性、抗凝结性和润滑特性,有效提升了产品的功能和性能。因此降低医用导管的表面摩擦系数,改善其亲水性和抗感染功能是导管生产和应用中及待解决的一个关键问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种亲水性涂层,有效降低了表面摩擦系数,改善其亲水性和抗感染功能,在保持原有功能的同时,具有更好的生物相容性、抗凝结性和润滑特性,提升了产品的功能和性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种亲水性涂层,包括聚氯乙烯树脂、偶联剂、纳米银离子、医用级水溶性溶液以及表面处理剂,各组分按质量份数配比如下:聚氯乙烯树脂15-45份、偶联剂8-16份、纳米银离子2-6份、医用级水溶性溶液10-30份、表面处理剂6-12份、抑菌活性分子1.5-2.5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH560、硅烷偶联剂KH570、钛酸酯偶联剂KR-TTS和硬脂酸钙中的至少一种。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述医用级水溶性溶液包括透明质酸水溶液和聚咪唑盐水溶液,其两者的配比为:1.2:1.8。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面处理剂含有非离子型表面活性剂和阳离子型表面活性剂两者。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述非离子型表面活性剂为选自醚、酯、酯醚、烷醇酰胺、多元醇和氧化胺中的至少一种;所述阳离子型表面活性剂为选自胺、胺盐、季铵盐、咪唑啉和咪唑啉鎓盐中的至少一种。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种亲水性涂层的应用,将所述亲水性涂层直接涂覆在体内引流管、鼻饲管或密闭式吸痰管上,采用紫外固化的方式机械固化,且遇水后形成超润滑膜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的亲水性涂层及其应用,具有良好的表面润滑技术,且固化后不易脱落,有效降低了表面摩擦系数,改善其亲水性和抗感染功能,在保持原有功能的同时,具有更好的生物相容性、抗凝结性和润滑特性,提升了产品的功能和性能。

通过偶联剂,将医用级水溶性生物高分子有机地结合到导管的表面。偶联剂一端与高分子材料导管表面的憎水基团结合,另一端与水溶性生物高分子结合。当与水接触时,水溶性生物高分子的亲水基团与水结合迅速溶涨,形成类似“泥鳅”表面的生物膜,具有极优的亲水润滑作用,润滑度是普通导管类产品表面的10~100倍。可大幅度减少了插管时对管腔组织的损伤,减轻疼痛,防止了并发症的发生,同时使医生操作方便,是现代医用导管的升级换代产品。
所述医用级水溶性溶液包括透明质酸水溶液和聚咪唑盐水溶液,其两者的配比为:1.2:1.8。其中,所述表面处理剂含有非离子型表面活性剂和阳离子型表面活性剂两者。所述非离子型表面活性剂为选自醚、酯、酯醚、烷醇酰胺、多元醇和氧化胺中的至少一种;所述阳离子型表面活性剂为选自胺、胺盐、季铵盐、咪唑啉和咪唑啉鎓盐中的至少一种。
主要创新点:
A.超滑亲水涂层(亲水性能)
该技术制备的医疗导管表面涂层比其他材料如硅橡胶、乳胶、仿超滑涂层及氟涂层等能产生更低的摩擦系数(摩擦系数≤0.01),表面润滑度高,临床操作性好。
导管表面非常润滑,摩擦系数仅为乳胶的1%左右;在水中浸泡7天,其摩擦系数无改变,润滑涂层的脱落量不超过附着量的1.5%,润滑稳定性良好。
经过初步实验结果表明:
普通乳胶导管——浸泡前、后摩擦系数无改变;
仿超滑涂层导管——浸泡后摩擦系数增大3.25倍;
本产品技术导管——浸泡后摩擦系数基本无改变。
与传统产品技术相比具备以下特点:
(1)泥鳅般的润滑,减小导管与身体组织的摩擦,插管时患者无疼痛;
(2)亲水,润滑膜效果保持持久,不易脱落;
(3)良好生物相容性好,不易引起腔道感染;
(4)无需润滑剂可减轻对腔道的刺激;
(5)方便操作,顺利通过腔道狭窄或瘢痕处,无须扩张腔道。
(6)加工工艺简单,成本低。
B.抗蛋白质吸附涂层(抗感染及阻止血栓形成功能)
杀死或分解抗蛋白的方法包括设计释放银或抗生素的表面、抗菌多肽功能化表面、光活化表面以及含酶的涂层。释放抗生素或者银的表面长期以来一直用于杀死微生物。它们的广泛使用,已经导致耐抗生素和银的微生物的出现。此外,释放抗生素或者银的表面是通过释放机制作用的,它们的抗垢效果会随着时间的推移而衰竭。因此,新型阻止生物垢粘附的方法受到越来越多的关注和研究。目前国内尚无厂家专注于此类产品。
具有抗蛋白质吸附性能的聚合物涂层阻止人体中蛋白的吸附,有效降低血栓形成的概率,并阻止生物垢的形成,进一步预防感染发生。该技术通过表面处理剂,将具有抗蛋白质吸附性能的聚合物涂层使用紫外固化的方式,使得生物高分子与导管分子形成牢固的共价键。保证涂层有机地结合到导管的表面。
关键技术指标如下:
(1)皮肤摩擦>200次(无流水状态)润滑维持
(2)皮肤摩擦>40次(流水状态)润滑维持
(3)刚果红测试证明涂层完整均匀
(4)涂层本身良好的生物相容性,通过ISO10993细胞毒性测试
(5)水中浸泡>60天润滑功能不减少
(6)抗菌效果显著(微生物实验)
本产品与市场同类产品实验比较的优势如下:
(1)生物兼容性和生物稳定性
极佳的润滑功能、超强绝缘及防电子阻隔性能、较好的机械强度,耐用且附着良好,微米级涂层厚度均匀可控,可控制厚度降低500A。
(2)干膜润滑性
良好光学性能、本身无毒,无副产物、可承受常规消毒,符合ISO-10993生物试验要求,符合FDA G95-1,符合(RoHS)2002/95/EC等要求。
一种亲水性涂层的应用,将所述亲水性涂层直接涂覆在体内引流管、鼻饲管或密闭式吸痰管上,采用紫外固化的方式机械固化,且遇水后形成超润滑膜。
(1)体内引流管涂层
A.减少组织液,脓液在内壁的附着,继而限制细菌菌落的产生,避免抗生素的过度使用。
B.创口小,插拔容易,减少医护人员的操作难度,降低患者痛苦,缓和医患关系。
C.国内首家可以提供具有表面涂层的硅胶引流管。使得硅胶的表面干涩缺点得以解决。
D.抗蛋白质吸附涂层与亲水涂层结合,避免长期留置导管生物垢(如血块,类结石物质)的形成。避免与人体阻止粘连,出现“长死”的情况。
E.将抗菌药物或抑菌活性分子与亲水涂层结合,有抗菌功能的亲水润滑涂层可以进一步减少入院患者的感染风险。
(2)鼻饲管
A.表面润滑,插拔容易,减少医护人员的操作难度,降低患者痛苦,缓和医患关系。
B.抗蛋白质吸附涂层与亲水涂层结合,避免长期留置导管生物垢(如血块,类结石物质)的形成。避免与人体阻止粘连,出现“长死”的情况。
C.可以提供具有表面涂层的硅胶引流管,使得硅胶的表面干涩缺点得以解决。
D.将抗菌药物或抑菌活性分子与亲水涂层结合,有抗菌功能的亲水润滑涂层可以进一步减少入院患者的感染风险。
综上所述,本发明提供的亲水性涂层及其应用,具有良好的表面润滑技术,且固化后不易脱落,有效降低了表面摩擦系数,改善其亲水性和抗感染功能,在保持原有功能的同时,具有更好的生物相容性、抗凝结性和润滑特性,提升了产品的功能和性能。

Claims (6)
1.一种亲水性涂层,其特征在于,包括聚氯乙烯树脂、偶联剂、纳米银离子、医用级水溶性溶液以及表面处理剂,各组分按质量份数配比如下:聚氯乙烯树脂15-45份、偶联剂8-16份、纳米银离子2-6份、医用级水溶性溶液10-30份、表面处理剂6-12份、抑菌活性分子1.5-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性涂层,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH560、硅烷偶联剂KH570、钛酸酯偶联剂KR-TTS和硬脂酸钙中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性涂层,其特征在于,所述医用级水溶性溶液包括透明质酸水溶液和聚咪唑盐水溶液,其两者的配比为:1.2:1.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性涂层,其特征在于,所述表面处理剂含有非离子型表面活性剂和阳离子型表面活性剂两者。
5.根据权利要求4所述的亲水性涂层,其特征在于,所述非离子型表面活性剂为选自醚、酯、酯醚、烷醇酰胺、多元醇和氧化胺中的至少一种;所述阳离子型表面活性剂为选自胺、胺盐、季铵盐、咪唑啉和咪唑啉鎓盐中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的亲水性涂层的应用,其特征在于,将权利要求1-5所述亲水性涂层直接涂覆在体内引流管、鼻饲管或密闭式吸痰管上,采用紫外固化的方式机械固化,且遇水后形成超润滑膜。
