一种一体式锂电池顶盖片,包括设有二个电极通孔的盖片主体,盖片主体上还设有注液孔,二个电极通孔都是台阶通孔,各电极通孔的边缘都一体成型设有上凸的环形抱紧圈,环形抱紧圈能够内翻形成电极密封无焊接结构。本发明的结构合理,电极通孔的边缘一体成型设有上凸的环形抱紧圈,生产装配时,环形抱紧圈能够内翻将绝缘圈、电极压板和密封垫圈等电极组件紧压在电极通孔中密封配合,无需任何焊接,不仅装配工艺简化,生产效率提高,即使在工况温度变化剧烈时,密封配合结构的变形缩放量也很小,不会有破裂漏液风险,密封结构的安全可靠性大大提高。

一体式锂电池顶盖片
技术领域:本发明涉及一种锂电池配件,特别是锂电池的顶盖片。
背景技术:为了使锂电池的壳体空间尽量充分利用,一般可以将电极压板、绝缘圈等电极组件都设计装配在顶盖片上面,减少占用下方的壳体空间。通常顶盖片和各电极组件的密封结构都依靠焊接工艺及高强度塑料件来实现,不仅装配工艺的要求高,生产麻烦,并且在工况温度变化剧烈的时候,密封结构可能变形破裂,电池壳体存在漏液风险,安全可靠性还有待提高。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种密封可靠性高的一体式锂电池顶盖片。
本发明包括设有二个电极通孔的盖片主体,盖片主体上还设有注液孔,二个电极通孔都是台阶通孔,各电极通孔的边缘都一体成型设有上凸的环形抱紧圈,环形抱紧圈能够内翻形成电极密封无焊接结构。
进一步的,在环形抱紧圈的上边缘分布设有若干个工艺缺口,内翻时可避免挤压褶皱。
本发明的结构合理,电极通孔的边缘一体成型设有上凸的环形抱紧圈,生产装配时,环形抱紧圈能够内翻将绝缘圈、电极压板和密封垫圈等电极组件紧压在电极通孔中密封配合,无需任何焊接,不仅装配工艺简化,生产效率提高,即使在工况温度变化剧烈时,密封配合结构的变形缩放量也很小,不会有破裂漏液风险,密封结构的安全可靠性大大提高。

具体实施方式:如图1至图4所示,盖片主体1上设有二个电极通孔2,盖片主体1上还设有注液孔4,通常在盖片主体1的中部还设有防爆阀孔8。二个电极通孔2都是台阶通孔,各电极通孔2的边缘都一体成型设有上凸的环形抱紧圈3,环形抱紧圈3能够内翻形成电极密封无焊接结构。一般在环形抱紧圈3的上边缘分布设有若干个工艺缺口5,可以在环形抱紧圈3内翻时避免挤压褶皱。
在本实施例中,如图5所示,电极通孔2内部的台阶上表面处设有数条波纹凹痕7,在装配时,波纹凹痕7的存在能够更充分可靠接触电极组件表面,密封性能更强。
在盖片主体1的下表面设有多个扣脚6,各扣脚6和盖片主体1是一体成型结构。生产装配时,扣脚6可以连接电池的下绝缘垫等部件,连接结构无需铆接、焊接,装配中也无需专用工装,提升了锂电池顶盖片的整体装配效率。

1.一种一体式锂电池顶盖片,包括设有二个电极通孔的盖片主体,盖片主体上还设有注液孔,其特征为:二个电极通孔(2)都是台阶通孔,各电极通孔(2)的边缘都一体成型设有上凸的环形抱紧圈(3),环形抱紧圈(3)能够内翻形成电极密封无焊接结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式锂电池顶盖片,其特征为:在环形抱紧圈(3)的上边缘分布设有若干个工艺缺口(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体式锂电池顶盖片,其特征为:在盖片主体(1)的下表面设有多个扣脚(6),各扣脚(6)和盖片主体(1)是一体成型结构。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体式锂电池顶盖片,其特征为:电极通孔(2)内部的台阶上表面处设有数条波纹凹痕(7)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一体式锂电池顶盖片,其特征为:电极通孔(2)内部的台阶上表面处设有数条波纹凹痕(7)。
