本发明涉及一种焦化废水处理***,属于废水处理技术领域。
背景技术
焦化废水为煤气净化蒸氨单元产生的蒸氨废水和焦化工艺段循环水排污水,其中蒸氨单元收集的废水包括剩余氨水、煤气冷凝液、终冷排污水及粗苯分离水等。焦化废水中含有大量的大分子难生物降解的物质,废水可生化性较差,是一种典型的有毒难降解有机废水。本发明所述的焦化废水还包括生产生活污水,为一种混合废水。
目前,传统焦化废水的处理方法主要为预处理结合生化处理,绝大多数采用好氧生物处理法,但常规的生物法处理焦化废水,出水的COD值在150~200mg/L,很难达到排放要求;如遇水质波动,处理效果更差,容易造成事故。
随着我国环保要求的不断提升,针对焦化废水量大、难处理等问题,需要一套行之有效的工艺***,保证排放水质的同时,还要达到节水和预防水质波动造成的排放水质不合格的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种焦化废水处理***,将焦化废水和生产生活污水同时处理,处理的水质满足敞开式循环冷却水***补充水的国家标准,同时避免了焦化废水水质波动造成的排放水质不合格的现象。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:

本发明采用事故池和调节池,当来水水质恶化时,气浮池出水进入事故池处理,也可加入生活污水调节,可以有效防止原水水质变化或事故造成的水质变化严重,避免了对废水处理***的冲击,使废水处理***运行更加稳定,抗冲击性强。
本发明采用多介质过滤器、树脂吸附、超滤和二级反渗透相结合的处理方式,能够有效将废水中的多种有害金属离子和不能被生化处理的有害物质,经济有效地实现了焦化废水的深度处理。

一种焦化废水处理***,如图1所示,包括依次连通的提升泵池、隔油沉淀池、气浮池、调节池、预生化池、一级AO池、二沉池、二级AO池、混凝反应池、混凝沉淀池、催化氧化设备间、BAF池、膜处理集水池、高效沉淀池、多介质过滤器、树脂吸附装置、超滤单元、一级反渗透***、二级反渗透***和浓水池,所述一级反渗透***和二级反渗透***均与清水池连通;所述气浮池和调节池之间还设有事故池,当来水水质恶化时,气浮池出水进入事故池处理后在进入调节池。所述焦化废水经过处理后得到的清水池的水符合GB/T 19923-2005《城市废水再生利用工业用水水质》中敞开式循环冷却水***补充水标准,能够作为敞开式循环冷却水***补充水应用。
所述提升泵池的进水处设有格栅渠,所述格栅渠和提升泵池为合建式钢筋砼构筑物;提升泵池的作用是将来水提升至一定的高度,减少后续构筑物的埋深;提升泵池内配备超声波液位计,用于控制废水提升泵的运行。
所述隔油沉淀池用于去除废水中的悬浮物、重油和部分浮油,以降低油类含量,保证后续生化***稳定正常运行。考虑到冬季温度较低,在隔油沉淀池泥斗内设置蒸汽管,确保重油能够排出。
所述气浮池内投加有混凝剂和助凝剂,进一步去除废水中轻油及乳化油,减轻对后续生化处理***的影响。气浮产生的浮渣和浮油经刮泥机推至污泥排放管槽排入浮渣池。
所述一级AO池,分为两座,A池为缺氧段,位于O池之前,主要利用池内的反硝化菌,将回流的混合液中的NO3-N及NO2-N转变成N2,同时去除进水中的部分含碳有机物;O池为好氧段,主要进行硝化反应和含碳有机物的降解。为了使缺氧池内废水达到充分混合的效果,A池设潜水推流器搅拌;O池采用鼓风曝气,曝气头选用氧转移效率较高且耐结垢的旋混曝气器,向好氧池中鼓入由鼓风机送来的空气,为微生物提供氧;为抑制曝气池中泡沫的产生,沿曝气池隔墙表面布设有消泡水管。好氧池出水部分混合液用泵回流至A池前端。为了补充硝化反应过程消耗的碱度,在加药间内设置加碱装置。根据生物营养需要适当补加少量磷盐。
所述二级AO池的A池设置填料,以使池内污泥量达到要求;二级O池采用鼓风曝气,进一步去除二级A池未氧化的有机物,还设有碳源加入装置,补充反硝化反应过程需要的碳源。
所述催化氧化设备间采用臭氧进行处理,以去除CODcr,并提高废水可生化性。所述BAF池内设有缓冲配水区、承托层及滤料层、出水区及出水槽三个区域,BAF池内填充陶粒滤料,该填料具有比表面大,孔隙率高,截污能力强,滤速高,使用寿命长,反冲洗耗水量少,不易板结,不易风化等优点,且不含有对人体有害物质。所述高效沉淀池投加氢氧化钠溶液、石灰、PAM和PAC,以降低水中硬度及少量浮油。所述树脂吸附装置采用DJM树脂进行吸附,吸附了水中的有害金属离子和其他物质,对水质的提升具有重要的意义。

Claims (4)
1.一种焦化废水处理***,其特征在于:包括依次连接的预处理***、生化处理***、三级处理***和深度处理***;所述焦化废水经过预处理后依次进行生化处理、三级处理和深度处理,处理后的水作为敞开式循环冷却水***补充水应用;
所述预处理***包括依次连通的提升泵池、隔油沉淀池和气浮池,隔油沉淀池泥斗内设置蒸汽管,所述提升泵池的进水处设有格栅渠,所述格栅渠和提升泵池为合建式钢筋砼构筑物;所述生化处理***包括依次连通的调节池、预生化池、一级AO池、二沉池和二级AO池;所述预处理***和调节池之间还设有事故池,当来水水质恶化时,预处理***出水进入事故池处理后在进入调节池;所述三级处理***包括依次连通的混凝反应池、混凝沉淀池、催化氧化设备间和BAF池,所述BAF池内设有缓冲配水区、承托层及滤料层、出水区及出水槽三个区域;所述深度处理***包括依次连通的膜处理集水池、高效沉淀池、多介质过滤器、树脂吸附装置、超滤单元、一级反渗透***、二级反渗透***和浓水池,所述一级反渗透***和二级反渗透***均与清水池连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种焦化废水处理***,其特征在于:所述气浮池内投加有混凝剂和助凝剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种焦化废水处理***,其特征在于:所述二级AO池内设有碳源加入装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种焦化废水处理***,其特征在于:所述树脂吸附装置采用DJM树脂进行吸附。
