Description

Composition for repairing scalp and application thereof in hair care comb
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, in particular to a composition for repairing scalp and application thereof in a hair-care comb.
Background
The scalp is covered with a layer of protective film, the main component of which is sebum, and the sebum is closely related to various indexes such as skin moisture, pH value and the like. The ten major standards of health released by the world health organization include the problems of glossy hair, no dandruff, no pruritus of scalp, no inflammation and the like. Scalp health is fundamental to healthy hair growth. The scalp injury or surface ecological imbalance caused by external physical and chemical factors such as sun, wind, dust and the like can generate scalp problems such as dandruff, alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, scalp moss and the like, and the scalp inflammation reaction caused by other factors such as fungi and the like is another reason, so that a large number of symptoms such as dandruff, pimples, pruritus and the like appear, and the scalp injury or the surface ecological imbalance is easy to repeatedly cure.
Although the diseases are not serious medically and generally do not have great influence on the physical health of people, psychological stress is easily brought to patients, and social problems and psychological problems are caused. Therefore, how to better maintain the health of the scalp and the hair, and repair and maintenance of the scalp is a social problem to be solved urgently.
The measures for improving the scalp imbalance at present mainly comprise the regulation of the scalp ecological balance, bacteriostasis and hair care.
The Chinese patent application CN110859766A discloses a scalp multi-directional care composition, which comprises the following components: polyhydroxy humectant with carbon chain length of C3-C6, pyrrolidone carboxylate, saccharide isomer, dihydroxypropyl arginine HC1, bacteriostatic agent, anti-inflammatory agent and water. The composition has mild formula, is moistening and moisturizing, is moderately bacteriostatic, is capable of relieving inflammation and controlling oil and dandruff, has a good scalp barrier repairing function, can help the scalp to resist the influence caused by external stimulation, lipid peroxidation and surfactant residue, effectively relieves scalp problems such as scalp itching, scalp inflammation, scalp tension and the like, can make the hair soft and antistatic, and has good elasticity and glossiness. Although the composition can relieve the problem of scalp inflammation to a certain extent, the active ingredients are complex, the maximum effect of the compatibility of the ingredients is not fully exerted, and the effects of clearing dandruff and relieving scalp inflammation need to be further improved.
Chinese patent application CN110876695A discloses a probiotic dandruff-removing shampoo containing inactivated lactobacillus paracasei, maltotetraose and soybean oil. The inactivated lactobacillus paracasei is added to the hair washing milk, and is used together with the soybean oil and the maltotetraose, so that the hair washing milk is beneficial to restoring the microecological balance of scalp flora, and the problem of dandruff is solved. The composition adopts probiotics for shampoo, can improve the micro-ecological balance of skin to a certain extent, but has extremely limited effect due to short action time and strains, and can not effectively improve the problem of scalp inflammation in a short time.

Example of the application Effect
The invention selects 60 persons with more sensitive scalp, inflammatory scalp, scalp itch or dandruff for 3 weeks. The cases were divided into 6 groups, examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, respectively, and the age, sex, and scalp symptoms were considered in the groups to ensure that the comparison between the 6 data sets was not statistically significant.
The using method comprises the following steps:
the scalp-repairing compositions (hereinafter, referred to as compositions) prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to the scalp by hand in an amount of 3ml once, and massaged by hand for 2 to 3 minutes, and were used 2 to 3 times a day according to skin sensitivity. Or combining with a hair comb, breaking off the mouth of a 3ml secondary polishing bottle according to the instruction of the hair comb, directly mounting on the hair comb, opening a button, enabling liquid to uniformly contact scalp during the hair combing process, and helping absorption through infrared laser and radio frequency. The red blood silk is obvious or the whole head often has the problems of pruritus and pimple, and the red blood silk is used all over the head and combed for 3 to 5 minutes; if there is local problem, redness, etc., the composition can be applied topically 1-2ml, massaged with fingers until absorption, and the above process is repeated for 1-2 times, combined with hair comb, and combed and massaged for 2-3 minutes. After 3 weeks of use, the condition of improving the scalp self-effect of each group is counted respectively.
The effect criteria are as follows:
and (3) healing: the scalp returns to normal, the scalp can feel that the sensitivity disappears, the pimple or the inflammation subsides, the disappearance of the red blood streak can be obviously seen through the observation under a scalp analysis mirror, and the sensitive and itching condition caused by the thinning of the scalp skin caused by the aging disappears.
The effect is shown: the secretion of oil is balanced, the itching feeling is obviously relieved, the dandruff is mostly reduced, and the reduction of red blood streak can be obviously seen through the examination under a scalp analysis mirror.
The method has the following advantages: the secretion of oil is more balanced than before use, the scalp is more refreshing, dandruff is slightly improved, and pimple or inflammation is slightly improved than before.
And (4) invalidation: no effect, or weak and unobvious symptoms.
The scalp improvement results for the compositions of the present invention are shown in table 1.
