The composition has mild formula, is moistening and moisturizing, is moderately bacteriostatic, is capable of relieving inflammation and controlling oil and dandruff, has a good scalp barrier repairing function, can help the scalp to resist the influence caused by external stimulation, lipid peroxidation and surfactant residue, effectively relieves scalp problems such as scalp itching, scalp inflammation, scalp tension and the like, can make the hair soft and antistatic, and has good elasticity and glossiness. Although the composition can relieve the problem of scalp inflammation to a certain extent, the active ingredients are complex, the maximum effect of the compatibility of the ingredients is not fully exerted, and the effects of clearing dandruff and relieving scalp inflammation need to be further improved.

Chinese patent application CN110876695A discloses a probiotic dandruff-removing shampoo containing inactivated lactobacillus paracasei, maltotetraose and soybean oil. The inactivated lactobacillus paracasei is added to the hair washing milk, and is used together with the soybean oil and the maltotetraose, so that the hair washing milk is beneficial to restoring the microecological balance of scalp flora, and the problem of dandruff is solved. The composition adopts probiotics for shampoo, can improve the micro-ecological balance of skin to a certain extent, but has extremely limited effect due to short action time and strains, and can not effectively improve the problem of scalp inflammation in a short time.

(2) Adding the solution B phase into the solution A phase, and stirring until the solution B phase is dissolved;

(3) Mixing 3-5% polyquaternium-51 water solution, dihydroxypropyl arginine (HCL), solubilizer and additive to obtain solution C, adding the solution C into the solution (2), and stirring.

Preferably, the preparation method of the solvent in the step (1) comprises the steps of adding EDTA or sodium salt thereof and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into water, stirring for 5-15min, heating to 80 +/-5 ℃, and preserving heat for 5-15min.

Preferably, the stirring temperature in the step (2) is 45-55 ℃, and the stirring time is 3-10min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Example 1

The formulation of the scalp energizing essence composition of this example is shown in table 1.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) Adding disodium EDTA and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into cold water, stirring for 10min, heating to 80 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 10min to obtain solution A phase.

(2) Mixing the lipid dynamic balance essence, the extreme bacteria of red wine and isoamyl glycol until the mixture is transparent to obtain a solution B phase;

(3) Cooling the solution A phase to 45 deg.C, adding into the mixed solution B phase, and stirring for 5min until all the solution is dissolved.

(4) Adding solubilizer hydrogenated castor oil CO40 and essence marine flavor into the mixture obtained in the step (3), mixing, adding cell phospholipid aqueous solution, dihydroxypropyl arginine HCL, preservative and pH regulator, mixing, and stirring at 45 deg.C for 15min to obtain the final product.

Example 2

The formulation of the scalp energizing essence composition of this example is shown in table 1.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) Adding disodium EDTA and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into cold water, stirring for 5min, heating to 85 deg.C, and maintaining for 5min to obtain solution A phase.

(2) Mixing the lipid dynamic balance essence, extreme bacteria of red wine river and isoamyl glycol until the mixture is transparent to obtain a solution B phase;

(3) Cooling the solution A phase to 50 deg.C, adding the mixed solution B phase, and stirring for 10min until all the solution is dissolved.

(4) Adding hydrogenated castor oil CO40 as solubilizer and essence wood essence in step (3), mixing, adding cell phospholipid water solution, dihydroxypropyl arginine HCL, antiseptic and pH regulator, mixing, and stirring at 50 deg.C for 10min to obtain the final product.

Example 3

The formulation of the scalp energizing essence composition of this example is shown in table 1.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) Adding disodium EDTA and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into cold water, stirring for 15min, heating to 78 deg.C, and maintaining for 15min to obtain solution A phase.

(2) Mixing the lipid dynamic balance essence, extreme bacteria of red wine river and isoamyl glycol until the mixture is transparent to obtain a solution B phase;

(3) Cooling the solution A phase to 55 deg.C, adding the mixed solution B phase, and stirring for 10min until all the solution is dissolved.

(4) Adding solubilizer hydrogenated castor oil CO40 and essence fragrance into the mixture obtained in step (3), mixing, adding cell phospholipid water solution, dihydroxypropyl arginine HCL, antiseptic and pH regulator, and stirring at 50 deg.C for 20min to obtain the final product.

Comparative example 1 formulation of scalp energizing essence composition is shown in table 1. The preparation was carried out by following the procedure of example 1 except that dihydroxypropylarginine HCl was not added.

Comparative example 2 the formulation of the scalp energizing essence composition is shown in table 1. The preparation method was carried out according to the procedure of example 1 except that no extreme red wine fungus was added.

Comparative example 3 the formulation of the scalp energizing essence composition is shown in table 1. The preparation method is carried out according to the process of example 1.

Example of the application Effect

The invention selects 60 persons with more sensitive scalp, inflammatory scalp, scalp itch or dandruff for 3 weeks. The cases were divided into 6 groups, examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, respectively, and the age, sex, and scalp symptoms were considered in the groups to ensure that the comparison between the 6 data sets was not statistically significant.

The using method comprises the following steps:

the scalp-repairing compositions (hereinafter, referred to as compositions) prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to the scalp by hand in an amount of 3ml once, and massaged by hand for 2 to 3 minutes, and were used 2 to 3 times a day according to skin sensitivity. A composition for repairing scalp, characterized in that the active ingredients of the composition comprise, by mass ratio of 67-69:28-32:0.4-0.6 parts of a mixture of water, glycerol and linseed extract, 0.1-2 parts of extreme red wine river bacteria, 1-3 parts of isoprene glycol, 0.1-0.5 part of 3-5% polyquaternium-51 aqueous solution and 0.1-2 parts of dihydroxypropyl arginine HCL, wherein the product name of the extreme red wine river bacteria is MARS turizer; the mass ratio of the extreme red wine river bacteria to the mixture of water, glycerin and linseed extract is 1-3.

2. The composition of claim 1, further comprising 0.1 to 0.3 parts of a solubilizing agent, wherein the solubilizing agent is hydrogenated castor oil CO40.

3. The composition of claim 1, further comprising 0.3-1.0 parts of additives, wherein the additives comprise essence, preservative and pH regulator.

4. The composition according to claim 3, wherein the perfume is selected from at least one of woody, floral, marine; the preservative comprises at least one of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and caprylyl glycol; the pH regulator comprises at least one of arginine and citric acid.

5. The composition of claim 3, wherein the preservative comprises 0.05 to 0.2 parts of caprylyl glycol, 0.3 to 0.5 parts of a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerin.

6. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the mixture of water, glycerol and linseed extract is lipid homeostasis essence type Lipigenine, and the 3-5% aqueous polyquaternium-51 solution is an aqueous cell phospholipid solution.

7. The composition of claim 1, further comprising 0.1 to 100 parts of a solvent comprising water, EDTA or sodium salt thereof, and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

8. The composition according to claim 7, wherein the solvent comprises 0.05-0.2 parts of EDTA or its sodium salt, 0.2-1 parts of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and 0.1-100 parts of water.

9. A method of preparing a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

mixing the following components in a mass ratio of 67-69:28-32: mixing 0.4-0.6% of water, mixture of glycerol and semen Lini extract, extreme bacteria of red wine river and isoprene glycol to obtain solution B phase, and solvent is solution A phase;

adding the solution B phase into the solution A phase, and stirring until the solution B phase is dissolved;

mixing 3-5% polyquaternium-51 water solution, dihydroxypropyl arginine (HCL), solubilizer and additive to obtain solution C, adding the solution C into the solution (2), and stirring.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein the phase A of the solution in step (1) is prepared by adding EDTA or its sodium salt and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into water, stirring for 5-15min, heating to 80 + -5 deg.C, and maintaining for 5-15min.

11. The method according to claim 9, wherein the stirring temperature in the step (2) is 45 to 55 ℃ and the stirring time is 3 to 10min.

12. The method according to claim 9, wherein the stirring temperature in the step (3) is 45 to 50 ℃ and the stirring time is 10 to 20min.

13. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of a cosmetic product for scalp rejuvenation.
