The deep makeup removing and repairing water as claimed in claim 1, which comprises, by weight, 805-812 parts of deionized water, 100-105 parts of butanediol, 54-60 parts of neopentyl glycol dicaprate, 4-8 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 5-7 parts of hexyldecanoic acid (and) apple (PYRUS MALUS) seed extract, 4-7 parts of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, 8-11 parts of babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 1-4 parts of caprylyl glycol, 1-3 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1-2 parts of Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) polysaccharide and 1-2 parts of ethylhexyl glycerol.

The deep makeup removing and repairing water according to claim 1, comprising 809 parts by weight of deionized water, 100 parts by weight of butanediol, 57 parts by weight of neopentyl glycol dicaprate, 6 parts by weight of fructo-oligosaccharide, 6 parts by weight of hexyl decanoic acid (and) apple (PYRUS MALUS) seed extract, 5 parts by weight of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, 8 parts by weight of babassu oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 3 parts by weight of caprylyl glycol, 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts by weight of Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) polysaccharide, and 2 parts by weight of ethylhexyl glycerin.
4. The deep makeup remover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the butanediol is 1, 3-butanediol.
5. The deep makeup removing and repairing lotion according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said sodium hyaluronate is hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate.
6. The method for preparing the deep makeup removing and repairing water according to claim 1 is characterized by specifically adopting the following technical steps:
(1) preparing: weighing the raw materials of the components according to the parts by weight, and sealing and storing at low temperature;
(2) dissolving: adding deionized water into a stirring pot, heating to 40-60 deg.C, sequentially adding Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) polysaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide and palmitoyl tripeptide-1, stirring for dissolving completely, and standing to room temperature;

(5) sterilizing deep cleansing water, and packaging.
