The deep makeup removing and repairing water according to claim 1, comprising 809 parts by weight of deionized water, 100 parts by weight of butanediol, 57 parts by weight of neopentyl glycol dicaprate, 6 parts by weight of fructo-oligosaccharide, 6 parts by weight of hexyl decanoic acid (and) apple (PYRUS MALUS) seed extract, 5 parts by weight of palmitoyl tripeptide-1, 8 parts by weight of babassu oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, 3 parts by weight of caprylyl glycol, 2 parts by weight of sodium hyaluronate, 2 parts by weight of Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) polysaccharide, and 2 parts by weight of ethylhexyl glycerin.
4. The deep makeup remover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the butanediol is 1, 3-butanediol.
5. The deep makeup removing and repairing lotion according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said sodium hyaluronate is hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate.
6. The method for preparing the deep makeup removing and repairing water according to claim 1 is characterized by specifically adopting the following technical steps:
(1) preparing: weighing the raw materials of the components according to the parts by weight, and sealing and storing at low temperature;
(2) dissolving: adding deionized water into a stirring pot, heating to 40-60 deg.C, sequentially adding Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) polysaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide and palmitoyl tripeptide-1, stirring for dissolving completely, and standing to room temperature;
(3) mixing: adding butanediol, hexyl decanoic acid (and) fructus Mali Pumilae (PYRUS MALUS) seed extract, and sodium hyaluronate into stirring pot in sequence, mixing, adding neopentyl glycol dicaprate, babassu seed oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, ethylhexyl glycerol, and sodium hyaluronate in sequence, and mixing;
(4) preparation: adding a proper amount of deionized water according to the weight parts to ensure that the final weight is equal to the total weight of the weighed raw materials, and uniformly mixing to obtain deep makeup removing and repairing water;
(5) sterilizing deep cleansing water, and packaging.
7. The method for preparing deep cleansing and repairing water according to claim 6, wherein the deionized water is added into a stirring pot, the temperature is raised to 50 ℃, and then TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS) polysaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide and palmitoyl tripeptide-1 are sequentially added and stirred until the mixture is completely dissolved.
