Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of oral treatment equipment, in particular to a disinfection device for oral treatment.
Background
The incidence of dental diseases is the first of all organs of the human body, caries, pulpitis, periapical disease and periodontitis are the most critical diseases causing tooth loss of human beings, and the causative factors are bacterial infections, so the key to treat related diseases is to clear bacterial infections. Caries is clinically and defined as a chronic bacterial infectious disease, cariogenic bacteria tend to penetrate into dentin, infected tooth tissue is often only removed empirically in clinic, and a large number of studies indicate that in more than 70% of cases residual bacteria remain in teeth, thus often causing secondary caries and even pulpitis; for pulpitis and periapical periodontitis caused by improper filling of caries or other causes, it is currently internationally common practice to perform a root canal treatment, the number of which generally includes three basic steps: root canal preparation, root canal disinfection and root canal filling, wherein root canal disinfection is a core step in root canal treatment, and if the disinfection is incomplete during the treatment, the root canal treatment can fail, and even teeth can not be reserved. Periodontitis is the most common disease causing teeth deficiency of middle-aged and elderly people, and the core of periodontal basic treatment is also to control plaque and remove infected tissues such as dental calculus in the pocket, so that the disinfection in the periodontal pocket is particularly critical.
The common cause of the three diseases is bacterial biomembrane, which is a bacterial colony with special structure and organization adhered on the surface of a substrate, and can secrete polysaccharide matrix, lipoprotein and the like on the surface to form hierarchical and sequenced extracellular polymers so as to protect the biomembrane. Studies have shown that about 80% of all medical infections are biofilm-mediated for chronic infectious diseases.
Mechanical plaque removal and biomembrane matching with a physicochemical method have become main clinical solutions for treating the diseases, but because of the special structure of teeth, the diameter of dentinal tubules is only 2-5 mu m, the root canal system is diversified, the range of periodontitis is large, and the removal difficulty is high.

Wherein, the plasma is a physical state generated by ionization of gas when the gas is subjected to external high energy, and is also commonly called a fourth state of substances other than solid, liquid and gas. The high temperature plasma and the low temperature plasma are classified according to the energy level of the plasma. Low temperature Plasma Activated Water (PAW) is a generic term for the treatment of water of different nature (e.g. deionized water, phosphate buffered solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, etc.) with low temperature plasma. Because the PAW has low pH and takes active oxides and active nitrides as main active components, the PAW has strong killing effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, yeasts, moulds, viruses and the like.
The plasma activated water generator 17 in this embodiment is used for preparing the above-described low-temperature plasma activated water.
The disinfection device for oral treatment of the embodiment is characterized in that two or three of a plasma disinfection device 14, an ultrasonic treatment device 6 and a plasma activated water preparation device 17 are arranged on a machine body 1, the plasma disinfection device 14 can be used for disinfecting the tooth surface, the cavity surface and the root canal 14-5, the plasma activated water preparation device 17 is used for introducing plasma activated water into the ultrasonic treatment device 6, and the plasma activated water sprayed by ultrasonic treatment equipment is used for washing a target position in an oral cavity.
