Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral treatment equipment, in particular to a disinfection device for oral treatment.
Background
The incidence of dental diseases accounts for the first of all organs of human body, caries, pulpitis, periapical disease and periodontitis are the most critical diseases for causing human tooth loss, and the pathogenic factor is bacterial infection, so that the key to treating related diseases is to eliminate the bacterial infection. Caries is clinically and defined as a chronic bacterial infectious disease, cariogenic bacteria can often go deep into dentin, infected tooth body tissues can often be removed only through experience in clinical practice, and a large number of studies show that residual bacteria still stay in teeth in more than 70% of cases, so secondary caries is often caused and pulpitis is even caused; for pulpitis and periapical periodontitis caused by untimely filling of caries or other reasons, it is currently common internationally to perform root canal treatment, which generally includes three basic steps: root canal preparation, root canal disinfection and root canal filling, wherein the root canal disinfection is a core step in root canal treatment, and if the disinfection is not thorough during the treatment, the root canal treatment fails and even teeth cannot be kept. Periodontitis is the most common disease causing tooth loss of middle-aged and elderly people, and the center of fundamental periodontal treatment is to control bacterial plaque and remove infected tissues such as tartar in a pocket, so that the sterilization in the periodontal pocket is particularly critical.
The common cause of the three diseases is bacterial biofilm, which is an organized bacterial population with a special structure and adhered to the surface of a substrate, and can secrete polysaccharide matrixes, lipid proteins and the like on the surface to form hierarchical and sequential extracellular polymers so as to play a role in protecting the biofilm. Studies have shown that about 80% of all medical infections are caused by biofilms.
Mechanical plaque removal and biofilm-coupled physicochemical approaches have become the main clinical solutions for treating the above diseases, but because of the special structure of the teeth, the diameter of dentinal tubules is only 2-5 μm, the root canal system is diversified, the range of periodontal inflammation is large, and the removal difficulty is high.

The "plasma" is a state generated by ionization of gas when exposed to high energy from the outside, and is also generally called a fourth state of substances other than solid, liquid and gas. The plasma can be divided into two categories, namely high-temperature plasma and low-temperature plasma according to the energy of the plasma. Low temperature Plasma Activated Water (PAW) is a generic term for the treatment of water of different properties (such as deionized water, phosphate buffer solution, 0.9% sodium chloride solution, etc.) with low temperature plasma. Because the pH value of the PAW is low and the active oxide and the active nitride are used as main active components, the PAW has strong killing effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, mould, virus and the like.
The plasma activated water preparation device 17 in this embodiment is used to prepare the low-temperature plasma activated water.
In the oral treatment disinfection device of the embodiment, two or three of the plasma disinfection device 14, the ultrasonic treatment device 6 and the plasma activated water preparation device 17 are arranged on the body 1, the plasma disinfection device 14 can be used for disinfecting the surfaces of teeth, cavities and root canals 14-5, the plasma activated water preparation device 17 introduces plasma activated water into the ultrasonic treatment device 6, and the plasma activated water sprayed by the ultrasonic treatment equipment is used for washing target positions in the oral cavity. And forms a plasma jet 300 at the tip location. The plasma jet 300 enters the water to form low temperature plasma activated water.
The energy supply line 11 is electrically connected with an external power supply to supply electric energy to the plasma activated water preparation device 17, and the gas supply pipe 11-1 is used for conveying working gas into the plasma activated water preparation device 17; ensuring the smooth preparation of the low-temperature plasma active water.
As an optional implementation manner, the plasma activated water preparation device 17 of this embodiment further includes:
