In the process that the cleaning and maintenance box 8 in the device is collected into the containing box 1, the electromagnet 15 is electrified, the magnet block at the end part of the electromagnet 15 has stronger magnetism in the electrifying process, the electromagnet 15 is closely attracted with the side wall of the rail through the magnetism, so that the inner side of the railway of the device is kept stable, the device is prevented from flying from the inner side of the rail by strong negative pressure airflow generated in the advancing process of a train, the collision between the device and the train is avoided, the safety of the device is further improved, and the driving safety of the train is also improved.
After the train leaves from the upper part of the device, the first driving rotating shaft 3 in the device runs to enable the first adjusting telescopic rod 4 to deflect, so that the first adjusting telescopic rod 4 is kept vertical, then the device releasing work in the previous step is repeated, the cleaning maintenance box 8 is placed on the upper surface of the rail, the electromagnet 15 is powered off, the magnetic attraction force between the device and the rail is not generated, the device continues to advance on the inner side of the rail, and the cleaning maintenance detection work is continuously carried out on the rail through the cleaning maintenance box 8.

A rail cleaning and maintenance device is characterized by comprising a storage box (1) arranged between two parallel rails along the rail installation direction, a cleaning and maintenance box (8) used for cleaning and maintaining each rail; the upper surface of the storage box (1) is provided with a first storage cavity (2) for storage, the first storage cavity (2) is symmetrically provided with a bundling assembly along the rail installation direction, the cleaning maintenance boxes (8) are connected with the bundling assembly, and each cleaning maintenance box (8) can deflect from the storage box (1) to the rail through the bundling assembly;
the inner side of the cleaning and maintaining box (8) is sequentially provided with a detection assembly and a cleaning assembly along the installation direction of the rail, the detection assembly comprises a plurality of flaw detection probes (23) arranged on the inner side of the cleaning and maintaining box (8), and the cleaning assembly comprises a rotatable polishing wheel (18) arranged on the inner side of the cleaning and maintaining box (8);
the two sides of the storage box (1) close to the rail are provided with walking components which can be attached to the side wall of the rail to walk, one end of each walking component close to the rail is fixedly provided with an electromagnet (15), and the electromagnets (15) are magnetically attracted with the rail through magnetic force when being electrified;
the collecting component comprises a first driving rotating shaft (3) arranged in parallel to a rail, the first driving rotating shaft (3) is arranged in a first containing cavity (2), a plurality of first adjusting telescopic rods (4) used for adjusting the height are sleeved on the first driving rotating shaft (3), a first synchronous frame (5) is fixedly arranged at the output end of each first adjusting telescopic rod (4), a rotatable second driving rotating shaft (6) is arranged on the side surface of each first synchronous frame (5) along the rail installation direction, an extending arm (7) capable of rotating along with the second driving rotating shaft (6) is sleeved on the second driving rotating shaft (6), and the cleaning maintenance box (8) is arranged at one end, different from the second driving rotating shaft (6), of each extending arm (7);
a containing cavity (21) is formed in the cleaning and maintenance box (8), a mounting plate (22) is arranged in the containing cavity (21) in a direction parallel to the installation direction of the rail, the flaw detection probes (23) uniformly penetrate through the mounting plate (22), a second pressure spring (24) is sleeved outside the flaw detection probes (23) below the mounting plate (22), and the flaw detection probes (23) are tightly contacted with the rail through the second pressure spring (24) through self elasticity;
the cleaning assembly further comprises two groups of purging pipes (17) arranged on two sides of the polishing wheel (18) along the rail installation direction, the purging pipes (17) penetrate through the cleaning maintenance box (8), and a cleaning fan capable of purging the cleaning maintenance box (8) is arranged inside the purging pipes (17);
