the cutting and polishing device (103) cuts off the long plate and polishes the cut surface, and the cut lock shell (106) is left on the flanging base (201);
s3, driving the sliding block (105) by the first transverse conveying device (104) to drive the sliding seat (301) to move to the position below the drilling and reaming device (115), and aligning the flanging base (201) with the drilling base (112);
s4, the first vertical conveying device (305) drives the clamping rod (302) to drive the clamping block (303) to move upwards, and the rotary seat (306) drives the first vertical conveying device (305) to rotate, so that the clamping rod (302) and the clamping block (303) are not located right above the flanging base (201);

s5, drilling and reaming the lock shell (106) by the drilling and reaming device (115);
s6, after drilling and reaming the hole, driving the grinding machine (118) to move downwards by the second vertical conveying device (117), and enabling a grinding belt (119) rotated by the grinding machine (118) to be in contact with the surface of the lock shell (106);
the transverse conveying device IV (116) drives the vertical conveying device II (117) to do transverse reciprocating linear motion, so that burrs on the upper end face of the lock shell (106) are ground by the grinding belt (119);
s7, after the burrs are ground, driving the grinding machine (118) to move upwards by the second vertical conveying device (117), and driving the second vertical conveying device (117) to return by the fourth transverse conveying device (116);
the clamping arm (109) loosens the lock shell (106), the transverse conveying device III (107) drives the mounting block (108) to drive the drilling base (112) to move towards the direction far away from the transverse conveying device I (104), and the transverse conveying device II synchronously drives the flanging base (201) to move towards the direction close to the drilling base (112) until the lock shell (106) is completely arranged on the flanging base (201);
